Frank-Walter Steinmeier loses all credibility when he states, in the same tirade about the war in Iran being a “politically disastrous mistake,” that “Trump’s second term marked a rupture in German foreign relations as profound as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.”
Frank-Walter Steinmeier’s flawed mentality was also on full display when he sent a congratulatory telegram to the islamic Republic of Iran on the occasion of its 40th anniversary in 2019. At the time, Josef Schuster, head of Germany’s Central Council of Jews, stated rightly that “routine diplomacy appears to have overtaken critical thinking.”
Steinmeier has made a habit of showcasing his lack of critical thinking. Also, his strong Russia-friendly policies that drew him criticism about putting business ahead of human rights prompted him to apologize for his mistakes.
Let’s hope he wakes up about Iran, too, given the regime’s threat to the EU, to America and to Israel, not to mention to the human rights of the Iranian people.

I watched a video where a cop stopped a Black woman in a new car and cited her for driving 30 mph in a 35 mph zone because he said, she was causing danger by going too slow. When she began to question why that was, he broke her taillight. As it turned out, she was a sitting judge and he has been suspended.

The terrorist attack on the 1972 Munich Olympics set the stage for all of this, I think.
Israel’s Mossad hunted all but one of the terrorists down and eliminated them. It would have been good if Germany and the rest of the world had put boots on the ground, if only for the sake of humanity and justice.
