We are so used to the UN linking the charge of “genocide” to the state of Israel, that it comes as a welcome shock to have the UN now issuing a report on the “genocide” that Arabs are committing against black Africans in Sudan. Mass killings of non‑Arab communities when the Rapid Support Forces paramilitary group captured the Sudanese city of al‑Fashir bear hallmarks that point to genocide, an independent UN probe said in a new report on Thursday.
At the end of October last year, the RSF took over the city, which had been the last remaining stronghold of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) in the Darfur region in the west of the country, with thousands of people killed and raped during three days of horror, the UN Independent International Fact-Finding Mission for Sudan said.
It followed an 18-month siege where the RSF imposed conditions of life calculated to bring about the physical destruction of non-Arab communities, in particular the Zaghawa and the Fur, the report stated.
The UN mission said it found evidence that the RSF carried out a pattern of coordinated and repeated targeting of individuals based on ethnicity, gender, and perceived political affiliation, including mass killings, rape and torture, as well as inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about the group’s physical destruction, core elements of the crime of genocide under international law….
The Rapid Support Forces, which the United Arab Emirates backs, consist solely of Arabs, while their victims are solely black Africans, mainly of the Zaghawa and Fur tribes. Arab violence against black Africans in Sudan has been going on intermittently since 1955; it was the reason why the blacks in the Sudan voted 99% in January 2011 for the secession of southern Sudan. The country of South Sudan declared its independence on July 9, 2011. The push for independence was driven by decades of civil war (1955-1972 and 1983-2005) against the Khartoum government, with the black Africans fighting for freedom from religious, economic, and political marginalization at the hands of the dominant Arabs.
British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper said the international response to the report and the situation in Sudan had to be emphatic and urged for a ceasefire.
“The findings of this UN report are truly horrific – atrocities including systematic starvation, torture, killings, rape and deliberate ethnic targeting used on the most horrendous scale during the Rapid Support Forces siege of al-Fashir,” she said in a statement.
The UN mission was mandated by members of the Human Rights Council, following backing from countries that included Britain, to urgently investigate violations and abuses under international law in and around al-Fashir.
The horrific crimes that the Arabs have committed against the blacks in Sudan are nothing new. Arabs began enslaving African blacks in 652 A.D., and it is estimated that 14 million blacks were brought to Arabia as slaves until the Royal Navy stamped out the Arab slave trade, but not slavery itself, in the 19th century. Slaves, however, continued to be held in Arab countries, until Western pressure forced an end to the practice, which took place much later than in any other part of the world. Saudi Arabia did not end slavery until 1962; Oman took even longer, abolishing slavery only in 1970. In Mauritania, slavery was not formally abolished until 1981, but even now, Arabs in Mauritania hold an estimated 90,000 black slaves. In Mali, Arabs hold 200,000 blacks as slaves, and 800,000 are similarly enslaved in Mali. The UN has issued no reports on these black slaves; the mainstream media has been almost completely silent.
Now we have a detailed UN report on what is clearly genocide in Sudan, though the report curiously softens the charge by referring to “hallmarks of genocide,” rather than to “genocide” itself. Arabs have been slaughtering tens of thousands of helpless black Africans in Sudan. That is “genocide” tout court. Those who have been so active protesting Israel’s supposed crimes in Gaza “war crimes” and “genocide” have long been silent about the continuing Arab mistreatment, including enslavement, of blacks in several countries. And they have so far met this UN report on Arabs mass murdering blacks in the Sudan with a similar silence. Who or what will shame them into speech?

What exactly are the geopolitical objectives of the Emirates? They’re backing the RSF in Sudan and the Southern Transitional Council in Yemen. What exactly are they trying to achieve by such adventurism: what is it that they hope to gain in Sudan and Yemen? They already practically own Socotra, the island east of Somalia that’s a part of Yemen, but has been under Emirati control since 2018. I know what the Saudis generally want, and I know what Qatar wants, but I have yet to figure out what the Emirates wants

Recently, the United Nations issued a report on the genocide, which Muslims who are Arabs are committing against the Blacks in the Sudan of Africa…
The UN, naturally, overlooked the religious element in al those murders. This “religious element” is the real spirit of Islam toward Black people, two Christians who are also authors revealed in the book about the prophet and founder of Islam, Muhammad, the person who all Muslims greatly admire and view and a perfect example for them to emulate was man that “He personally owned two ‘black slave…he endorsed sex slavery as a gift from Allah.. In the every next page of that same book I also informs the reader that “Islam had enslaved more people than any other culture.” [1]
Likewise , a scholar on Islam who is an Arab woman and speakers and reads Arabic and uses to live in one the those countries on the Middle East had exposes in her book that the prophet of Islam ,Muhammad referred to Blacks as “ ‘raisin heads’ several time in the hadith [1:663:9:256]”Her book also reveals that “Throughout the hadith blacks are also referred to as abeds, which means ‘black in Arabic and is also synonymous with the word “slave’ and filth.” In fact ,Arab Muslims have enslaved blacks for 1,400 years and the Black slave trade is still thriving in Sudan and Mauritania.” Further in her same book the author reveals that “Most interesting, though, is the even though black slavery by Muslims began long ago , almost no descends of those slaves are alive today in the Muslim world. Why is there no black culture in the Middle East ? Most slaves were either killed or died from being worked to death.” [2]
