Hippocratic Oath? Not for patriots and infidels.
Fanatical, thoroughly indoctrinated leftists believe that their political agenda will lead to peace, justice, and equality for all, and that opponents of the left, as guardians of an old order that made for war, injustice, and oppression, deserve nothing more than to be crushed as ruthlessly as possible. Fanatical, thoroughly indoctrinated Muslims believe that they are the exponents of the divine will on earth, and that those who oppose the advance of Sharia are enemies of Allah and allies of Satan. They also should be crushed, as the Qur’an directs Muslims to be “ruthless” to unbelievers (48:29).
And now, adherents of both fanaticisms who happen also to be medical professionals are taking this inhuman imperative to heart.
Erik Martindale, a far-left registered nurse in Florida, recently announced: “I will not perform anesthesia for any surgeries or procedures for MAGA. It is my right, it is my ethical oath and I stand behind my education. I own all of my businesses and I can refuse anyone.”
No, Martindale, that’s not actually how this works, as the former nurse himself found out when his license to practice was quickly revoked. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier explained: “Healthcare is not contingent on political beliefs, and we have zero tolerance for partisans who put politics above their ethical duty to treat patients with the respect and dignity they deserve.”
It is good that Martindale lost his license, but there are many, many others like him. Another Florida nurse, Lexie Lawler of Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital, recently responded to news of White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt’s pregnancy as only a leftist can: “As a labor and delivery nurse, it gives me great joy to wish Karoline Leavitt a fourth-degree tear. I hope you f**king rip from bow to stern and never s**t normally again, you c**t.” Lawler is no longer employed at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital, and has also had her license revoked.
Still, there are many others. And then there are the jihadis and jihad sympathizers, and medical professionals who are marinating in Islamic Jew-hatred. Dr. Feras Hamdan is “a family medicine physician in Cleveland” who is “affiliated with medical facilities such as Cleveland Clinic and Ashtabula County Medical Center.” Cleveland’s WJW reported in August 2025 that he has been charged with “threatening to kill U.S. Rep. Max Miller (R-Rocky River) and his family in an ‘antisemitic’ rant on a local highway.”
CNN reported in June 2025 that Hamdan was “arrested after Miller filed and signed a complaint with police for aggravated menacing, as well as requested a protective order against him, according to police in Rocky River, a suburb of Cleveland.” Miller, who is Jewish, called 911 on Thursday morning and said: “I’m on the freeway. I have somebody who has cut me off, who is flipping me off, who is showing me a Palestinian flag, and is yelling to kill me.” This was Rep. Miller’s introduction to the respected Dr. Hamdan, who also screamed “Death to Israel.”
Miller recounted: “I was just driving to work and I was cut off by a man in a Tesla who held up a Palestinian flag to me and then rolled down his window and said that ‘I’m going to cut your throat and your daughter’s.’ And he said ‘you’re a dirty Jew. I’m going to f**king kill you all, and I know who you are and where you live.’”
Feras Hamdan, MD’s practice is now listed on Google as “permanently closed,” but there is no public indication yet that Hamdan’s license to practice medicine has been suspended, or even if there is any inquiry underway that could lead to such a suspension.
Hamdan’s case is similar to that of another Muslim physician in Ohio, Lara Kollab, a former doctor of osteopathic medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. Kollab said on X, which was Twitter back then, that she would “purposely give all the yahood [Jews] the wrong meds.” In another tweet, she wrote: “Studying for my med micro final, came across this. Clearly, I pay attention in class and write very useful notes.” Accompanying that tweet was a handwritten note that read: “People who support Israel should have their immune cells killed so they can see how it feels to not be able to defend yourself from foreign invaders.”
After lengthy deliberation, Kollab’s license to practice medicine was revoked in 2020, no doubt to the great relief of any Jewish patients she may have had.
In the Hippocratic Oath, doctors also pledge that they will “do no harm or injustice” to their patients. These leftist and Muslim doctors and nurses have shown themselves incapable of that and should not be trusted to continue working in the medical field. And yes, there are numerous leftist and Muslim medical professionals who are competent, professional, sane and fair. But what is to be done about the others, and about the hatreds that make them think they’re righteous even as they are steeped in evil?

But one never knows when a leftist decides to become more radical – or a muslim decides to become more devout.

It is easy to identify if a doctor/nurse is muslim, and avoid him/her. How does one do that w/ Leftists? Do we now have to openly ask who they vote for, before deciding whether or not to trust them w/ medical advice?

Yes, it can be difficult to identify a leftist medical professional.
Word-of-mouth often helps with medical professionals who are quite vocal about their political views, and things like Harris-Walz bumper stickers give a clue.
But yes, oftentimes very difficult – particularly in a new medical setting.
The good news is:
If they lean “just a little” left – and are quiet about it – they are likely not a problem.

In order to become a family physician in the United States, one needs to:
Complete four years of premedical studies in undergrad with a BS / BA degree.
Take the MCAT Medical College Admission Test
Complete four years of medical school – two years didactic / two years clinical leading to an MD or DO degree
Pass the three-part The United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or the osteopathic COMLEX-USA
Complete three years of a family practice residency
Obtain a state medical license
And most hospitals / clinics require board certification through the American Board of Family medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians
Complete possible fellowship training in a focus area.
And all of this very expensive education and training- rightfully – goes down the drain with a brief tweet or video stating the intent of harm / lack of treatment against Jews / MAGA conservatives – or any other group.
Yes, hate can overcome logic.

If you cannot up hold your oath to do no harm you should not be trusted to even make coffee for strangers ,these people are in the “medical profession”? Even combat medicates would treat hurt prisoners of war better then these so called doctors treat their patients who put their lives and health into there hands. I work in emergency service for over 30 years i can say no matter anyone’s economic ,religious , political belief , race or where they lived I always did my best to help them and treat them with respect as fellow humans in need of help. What the patient’s opinion on politics ,or belief system become null and void in how I treat them.

Your work in emergency services for over 30 years is highly commendable!
And you followed your oath – and took “all comers”- and treated them to the best of your abilities – with dignity and respect.

I agree I have always respected the medical profession for all the qualification they have to achieve and the constant knowledge updates they have to keep up with as they continue in the profession. However, as you say once the virus of anti semtism enters their brain all is lost as they cannot help themselves and have to foolishly advertise their hatred on socmed. For which I thnk them. For a similar reason I never eat in Mulsim run restaurants either. I am not confident of their hygiene standards.

Guess what? There is no more requirement to say the Hippocratic oath.
There is also no barrier to hiring Muslims in the medical field, Muslims, who believe that they are superior to the infidel, especially women. What kind of medical care does that end up being? Pretty scary when you’re about to have surgery and you discover that your medical team has Muslims, as I did to my great regret.

*Insanity*. Medical professionals are supposed to treat all patients, regardless of politics. How can this be an issue in a civilized society?
When I first started out, I worked as a nurse’s aid at convalescent hospitals–I was never a medical professional, but I still never would have considered administering care based on the patient’s political views.
