Last month, I reported on a $68 million Pakistani Medicaid fraud scheme with ties to top New York Democrat officials.
Now here’s a $10 million out of Chicago according to this federal indictment.
Two foreign nationals participated in a $10 million scheme to fraudulently bill Medicare and private insurers for nonexistent health care services, according to an indictment returned in federal court in Chicago.
In 2023 and 2024, Burhan Mirza and Kashif Iqbal, along with several co-schemers, used nominee-owned laboratories and durable medical equipment providers to submit fraudulent claims to Medicare and private health care benefit programs for items and services that were not provided, the indictment states. Mirza, 31, is a Pakistani native who resided in Pakistan and obtained the identifying information of individuals, providers, and insurers without their knowledge and used the information to support the bogus claims submitted on behalf of the nominee-owned companies, the indictment states. Iqbal, 48, is a Pakistani native who resided in Lavon, Texas, and was allegedly associated with a number of durable medical equipment providers that submitted fraudulent claims to insurers. Iqbal also laundered fraud proceeds obtained by the co-schemers and coordinated the transfer of money obtained through the scheme to Pakistan, the indictment states.
Three alleged co-schemers were previously indicted as part of this investigation and have pleaded guilty to federal health care fraud charges. Mir Akbar Khan, 57, of West Chicago, Illinois, recruited and managed individuals, including Fasiur Rahman Syed, 47, a citizen of India who resided in Chicago, to pose as the nominee owners of the purported medical businesses that Mirza and Iqbal used in their false submissions to Medicare. Navaid Rasheed, 43, a citizen of Pakistan who resided in Plano, Texas, admitted that he tracked payments of false claims in the United States to the nominee-owned companies, as well as disbursement of the fraud proceeds to the co-schemers. Khan, Syed, and Rasheed are awaiting sentencing.
Syed may be a citizen of India, but based on his name, he’s likely Muslim.
And again, this is just the tip of a huge iceberg. Everywhere our welfare state reaches, the state of foreign fraud does, too.

Subversive Allah commands Muslims to conquer and subjugate every territory for Islam using every tool available with their MONEY and with their LIVES wielding the power of the Government or the State. Hence, Islam and Muslim actions should be legally challenged with a multi-faceted force of Western Laws like Muslims wield against Westerners via Governments, Tax Exempt Organizations, the Media and Hollywood, Foreign Funding, etc. because Islam violates and is incompatible with Western Laws(Qur’an 8:60; 9:5,29, 111; 45:18; 47:4; 49:15; 65:4 etc.).
Allah describes Muslim women in Jenna, Allah’s Paradise, as whores of Allah in Qur’an 56:37. Also, Allah stirs hatred, cursing, and punishment against Christians until the resurrection day when Qur’an 5:14 instructs, “And some of those who say, ‘Surely we are Nasara (Christians),’ we took their covenant. So they have forgotten a part of what they were reminded of, so we have stirred up ENMITY and HATRED among them until the resurrection day. And Allah will inform them of what they were doing.” See also Qur’an 2:225; 60:4; 8:55.
Islam must be banned as illegal, and we have the legal right to defend ourselves from Muslim violence. Allah in Qur’an 9:29 commands, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid, nor believe in the religion of the truth among those who have given the book until they pay the jizyah out of hand and they are subdued.”
Muslims are supremacist terrorists for Allah with their MONEY and with their LIVES while undermining a society from within using the man-made book of lies and deceit, the Qur’an. Allah in Qur’an 49:15 says, “Surely the believers[Muslims] are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed jihad with their MONEY and their LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.” Allah in Qur’an 4:101 says, “…Surely the infidels(Non-Muslims) were your clear enemies.”
MUSLIM BELIEVERS are a greater TERROR than Allah. Allah in Qur’an 59:13 says, “You[Muslims] are a greater terror in their chests than Allah. This is because they[Jews & Christians] are people who do not understand.” As a result, Non-Muslims are marked for death by Islam and its Muslims.

In India, muslims are generally referred to as Pakistanis, even though they have Indian citizenship. This is due to their loyalties to muslim countries, but not India. I recall going through a muslim-dominated locality of Calcutta 2 years ago during the Israel Hamas war, and there, there were the 🇵🇸 flags as well as Hamas flags (which closely resemble the Saudi flag 🇸🇦)
When Indian muslims do well enough to migrate to Western countries, they generally associate w/ Pakis and other muslims, rather than other Indians

Take everything they have…..no matter how they acquired it….and ship them back to pakistan. Don’t jail them; that’s too good. Ship them out. Sentence them to never being allowed to put foot on the U.S. soil again.
Any honest person who has health insurance….Medicare, Medicaid, or private….should look hard at any EOB’s they receive from the providers of said insurance. If there is fraud, report it immediately.

In prison, they’ll make converts among the psychopaths, they’ll demand special foods and other things that cost, and they will not reform. It will cost way more than they will be restricted or punished.

There are different punishments for violating the laws; not every lawbreaker is locked away.
Thieves once were made to work off their debts. Like in the Mosaic Law, a thief had to pay back what was stolen and more than what was stolen.
Keeping these thugs in prison, in my opinion, is not punishment that will do the public any good.

Nothing happens the accused if found guilty pay a fine get little or no jail time. The elected officials that get thick envelopes to look the other way or get a piece of the take go Scott free. Not only keep it out but do damage control – physically deport and de-Islamize the nation. Dismantle Mosques which serve the same purpose as pee does for a dog – marking and claiming your new territory. Same when they do their so-called prayers blocking city sections – peeing on the tree or stone and claiming the area for Islam while looking all religious. Same for Muslim Election & Legislative Jihad as you mentioned, which is an attempt by Muslims to hijack the country and legislate into law the Islamic agenda.
