In a similar manner that Hamas was part of UNRWA and was intertwined in mainstream Palestinian life in every sector and domain, Hizballah has also been deeply embedded into Lebanon’s landscape at every level. A report in The Guardian points out:
Hezbollah has played an official political role, with ministers in government and lawmakers in parliament. It holds the ministry of public works and the ministry of labour, and has often formed coalitions with other political parties, including Christian ones, under power-sharing agreements.
Recently, the Lebanese government has been making changes in its relationship with Hizballah. The government has made strenuous efforts to limit the influence of Hizballah, following a major ceasefire agreement in late November, 2024, followed by political changes afterward. The ceasefire was between Israel, Lebanon, and five mediating countries, including the U.S. Lebanese government officials have also taken steps towards disarming Hizballah, and are making efforts to limit Hizballah’s military capabilities. Hizballah, however, has refused to disarm.
It’s likely because of the significant efforts going on in Lebanon to reduce the influence of Hizballah that the Kuwaiti move comes as a shock to the Lebanese government. This is understandable, but it will likely force Lebanon into further vigilance to reduce Hizballah’s power even further. In efforts to revive Hizballah, meanwhile, the Islamic Republic of Iran has continued to pour millions of dollars into Hizballah, by smuggling cash into Beirut using diplomatic passports.
Kuwait has opposed Hizballah given the group’s allegiance to Iran, and its involvement in ongoing terrorism within Kuwait.

Lebanon’s health ministry expressed surprise and said it would seek clarification after Kuwait placed several Hezbollah-affiliated private hospitals in the country on its “terror” list on Sunday.
Kuwait’s foreign ministry issued a circular indicating that it had listed the eight hospitals as part of regulations related to “combating terrorism”.
The facilities are all owned or run by Hezbollah or affiliated organisations, and are located in south and east Lebanon and Beirut’s southern suburbs, all strongholds of the Iran-backed militant group, which Kuwait’s circular did not mention.
Lebanon’s health ministry said it received the Kuwaiti statement “with great surprise”, adding it had not been provided with “any information or notification from any Kuwaiti entity about this matter”.
According to Lebanese media, the hospitals on the list are: Sheikh Ragheb Harb University Hospital (Nabatieh), Salah Ghandour Hospital (Bint Jbeil), Al-Amal Hospital (Baalbek), Saint George Hospital (Hadath), Dar al-Hikma Hospital (Baalbek), Al-Batoul Hospital (Hermel), Al-Shifa Hospital (Khaldeh) and Al-Rasoul al-Aazam Hospital (Beirut’s southern suburbs)…

I think the only reason Kuwait is doing this now is that it senses that the Iran regime is about to fall. Last decade, Kuwait had been doing a careful balancing act b/w Saudi Arabia and the islamic regime in Iran, not wanting to attract the wrath of the IRGC or Hizbullah. It was also a mediator b/w Riyadh and Doha. So now, if it has turned on Hizbullah, the only explanation is that it senses that in Iran, the regime is collapsing, so now it wants to be on the good side of Riyadh
As for Lebanon, I still don’t see them having improved much in putting Hizbullah on a leash. Given how weak the latter is, they should have been able to disband Hizbullah completely, and invite their shi’a population to either support the existing parties, or start a new one unaffiliated w/ any foreign power

Allah describes Muslim women in Jenna, Allah’s Paradise, as whores of Allah in Qur’an 56:37. Also, Deceitful Allah stirs hatred, cursing, and punishment against Christians until the resurrection day when Qur’an 5:14 instructs, “And some of those who say, ‘Surely we are Nasara (Christians),’ we took their covenant. So they have forgotten a part of what they were reminded of, so we have stirred up ENMITY and HATRED among them until the resurrection day. Again, Islam is a civilization-destroying, totalitarian, and supremacist system of lies and deceit because Allah, the best deceiver, is the actual source of Muslim deceit as taught in Islam’s Qur’an. Muslims under Islam’s system of deceit are more easily controlled because there is no foundation for truth in Islam. Allah in Qur’an 3:54 says, “And they deceived, and Allah deceived.
