Philly’s Fake Muslim Sheriff Threatens to Arrest ICE Agents

“The criminal in the White House would not be able to keep you from going to jail.”

Rochelle Bilal, a Muslim convert, who calls herself ‘Sheriff’, appeared alongside pro-crime Soros DA Larry Krasner, to bluster about fighting any efforts at federal immigration law enforcement.

Bilal ranted incoherently that ICE was “fake, wannabe law enforcement” and threatened “if any want to come in this city and commit a crime, you will not be able to hide, nobody will whisk you off. You don’t want this smoke, cause we will bring it to you. … The criminal in the White House would not be able to keep you from going to jail.”

 

What you may ask does a ‘sheriff’ do in Philadelphia? Not a whole lot.

Philadelphia’s actual police answer to Commissioner Kevin Bethel who was forced to issue a statement that, in response to all the messages, “the City of Philadelphia is policed by the Philadelphia Police Department, not the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office”.

“The Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office is a separate entity, led by an elected official, currently Rochelle Bilal, with a mission that includes court security” and the usual glamorous stuff that sheriffs tend to do in northeastern cities like legal processes and property sales.

Personnel from the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office are much more likely to be arrested by the feds than the other way around.

To go back to a time before the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office was consumed by scandal, you’d have to time-travel at least three decades. Ex-Sheriff John Green, the city’s longest-serving sheriff, is now in the midst of his five-year prison sentence for a bribery scheme he led from the office. Green’s successor, Jewell Williams, who lost his reelection bid, has been credibly accused of sexual harassment multiple times — in lawsuits that cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands in settlements. Now, Sheriff Rochelle Bilal is accused by three staffers of ignoring sexual harassment claims, asking employees to break the law, financial impropriety, and retaliation against employees who spoke up.

And the FBI was already looking into her.

With just days to go before a Democratic primary in which first-term Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal faces two challengers, three longtime staff members of the office have together reached out to Philadelphia to disclose that the FBI questioned them in April about her spending and managerial actions, including her decision to stop using financial monitoring software to track the office’s expenditures… Each reported being asked similar questions — for instance, about payments for a party at Chickie’s & Pete’s and a proposal by Bilal to more than double her own salary.

But I’m sure Rochelle Billal will dispatch the process servers to take on ICE… as soon as they find their guns.

The Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office can’t account for nearly 200 guns, despite statements the sheriff made suggesting that her office had not misplaced any weapons, according to a new report released by the City Controller.

Of all the people who shouldn’t “want this smoke”, Ms. Bilal should be at the top of the list.

  2. Philadelphia has gone completely stupid and woke in the past quarter of a century. I know because I was born in Philadelphia and live in one of its suburbs and even the suburbs of Philly have gone downhill recently because foolish Philly people have moved out of Philly to get away from its insane and inane policies but, in full idiot mode, nonetheless these rubes have brought their mental baggage with them and the results have not been pretty to say the least.

    Pennsylvania is a great state and where America began and there are still many places in this Commonwealth to move to that are wonderful places—-but not in Philly or the surrounding four counties, to wit, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Bucks.

    • There is a remarkable scene in the Lou Diamond Phillips movie Route 666 where a delusional Sheriff’s Deputy tries to arrest a number of armed federal agents. It does not go well for the deputy. Great movie; one of my favorites! Available on Tubi and serval other networks.

  4. We should be careful not to judge all American women based on the female post turtles that rise to the top among the democrat party. She is not a one-off it is every single one of them. Over there on the left it is an orchestrated effort to install idiots and they have succeeded beyond their wildest dreams.

      • Post turtle. When you’re driving along a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top. You know he didn’t get up there by himself. He definitely doesn’t belong up there. He doesn’t know what to do while he is up there and you just gotta wonder what kind of dill put him up there in the first place.

    A Democratic North Carolina lawmaker claimed she was threatened last summer when she was on the verge of supporting legislation forcing sheriffs to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

    North Carolina State Rep. Carla Cunningham of Charlotte joined Republicans in July to successfully override Democratic Gov. Josh Stein’s veto of House Bill 318, which required sheriffs to honor detainers issued by ICE.
    he claimed that in the days before that vote, Mecklenburg County Sheriff Garry McFadden gave her strong hints of potential harm to come to her if she supported Republicans, according to the Daily Caller.

    McFadden, a Democrat, opposes collaboration with ICE.

    “As the conversation went on, he said he didn’t want to see me get hurt and I said, ‘Well, you know, I’m already under security,’ which I thought that he would have known because CMPD [Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department] knew, because the General Assembly police work with the local,” Cunningham said.

    On Monday, Cunningham filed a petition asking a Mecklenburg County judge to remove McFadden, according to NCNewsline.

    The petition claimed McFadden sought to extort or bribe Cunningham on the override vote.

    The petition also said McFadden should be ousted because of safety issues at the jail, retaliation directed at the sheriff’s critics, and the sheriff’s use of duty deputies to take visiting officials to strip clubs and bars, according to the Charlotte Observer.

    “The Sheriff is aware of the removal petition and allegations made, however we are not releasing a statement at this time,” a representative for McFadden told the Daily Caller.

    Cunningham, who said she had to hire private security after the July vote, faces a primary in March, according to NC Newsline.

    Cunningham recently apologized for comments she made on the House floor when the override took place, according to the Charlotte Observer.”

    “n the speech, Cunningham said America had been “exploited and abused by the different tactics to gain citizenship in America.”

    “First, as a people, we need to recognize that it’s not just the numbers that matter, but also where the immigrants come from and the culture they bring with them to another country,” she said last year. “As the social scientists report, all cultures are not equal.”
