Mamdani Promises to Replace ‘the Frigidity of Rugged Individualism’ with ‘the Warmth of Collectivism’

The “warmth of collectivism”claimed over 100 million lives.

Zohran Mamdani announces his seizure of power over New York City in a formal ceremony promising to “replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.”

The “warmth of collectivism” or perhaps, more aptly, the furnaces of collectivism, especially of the kind of movements that Mamdani is aligned with, claimed over 100 million lives from Russia to China to Latin America.

‘Rugged individualism’… a whole lot less.

New York City, the actual one, not the collective of Mamdani’s fellow radical trust fund hipsters and Indian Muslims that selected him, was a city of rugged individuals. Individualism, sometimes bizarre and eccentric, was the hallmark of New York City. That’s why you have quotes like “New York has more hermits than will be found in all the forests, mountains and deserts of the United States”. It’s what made walking down the street in the city interesting. Collectives aren’t interesting, they’re ominous. They strip away individualism leaving zombies who think and talk the same way, and who will attack you if you differ from them any way.

That’s what Communism or Islam do. Whether it’s the ‘Homo Sovieticus’ or Mamdani’s fellow Muslim mobs murdering non-Muslims in Bangladesh, that’s collectivism. There’s a reason that the current most talked about show, Pluribus, is about the struggle between the collective and the individual.

Mamdani announced that his regime will be about imposing the collective to stamp out the individual. But that’s what the Left is.

Mamdani is a malicious fool and the best case scenario for America here is that his mayoralty proves to be an utter disaster so that America as a whole learns a profound lesson and acts upon that lesson by greatly diminishing the Democratic Party nationwide, which party is now the chief instrument being used in the attempt to destroy America.

    • Let’s hope that will be the case, quickly, before NYC is unable to recover.

      Otherwise it is the non-collectives who earn the money taken for the collectives until the non- collectives leave or give up and life becomes, “We pretend to work and they pretend to pay us”.

He came from a millionaire family and said Billionaires should not exist .He said he is “for the working man and woman” he never held a job or report to a boss or made a product or provided a meaningful service in anything in his over 33 year old life .Never paid a mortgage ,I bet he has never touched a screw driver or a wench ,or even a gardening tool ,or held a job stocking shield to pay for his college education. He is a grade B drama kid actor .He was reported absence from his elected job as an assembly man representing his area of Queens almost never visiting (the second worse voting record he was beat out of first place by a 85 yr old bed riddle man another democrat)the state capital Albany to vote or speak out against or for what was vote on missed most votes .He never presented any legislation bill or input or served on any committee. He is the smiling greasy salesman ,with a good line of BS. Now he is playing three sides the communist ,the jihadist ,the free stuff crowd .When the bill comes due and someone from one of these groups of mental unstable man childes does not get what they want because it is not possible to satisfy them his own base will turn on him .I am predicting a summer like 2020 with this soy boy hiding from the press ,from the public ,beggaring for the National Guard to restore “order”. Businesses will move ,real estate will burn like the Bronx of the 1970s-1984 ,jobs will be lost forever, because voters bought this BS hook line sinker.

Anyone ask him if he was brought to this country around age 8 or 9 why he waited till he was 28 to become a citizen? Was it was because he wanted to run for elected office?

  5. Way too many Americans have forgotten or never learned the difference between East Germany (socialist/communist) and West Germany (freedom/capitalist). It was hard to tell East Germany in the 1970s from 1945. On the other hand West Germany had been rebuilt from the ruins of WWII. And then in 1989 the Berlin wall came down and Germany was reunited. Look where (united) Germany is heading now. The lesson must be, socialism/communism is a cancer that can invade and destroy freedom/capitalism if it allowed in.

    • Actually, East Germany of today is more capitalistic/conservative than West Germany. If you look at election results there, the Libertarian AfD won all its seats in East Germany: what prevented them from coming to power was that in West Germany, everybody voted for the others – CDU, CSU, SDP, FDP….

      In fact, I daresay if the 2 Germanies were to re-split and hold separate elections, AfD would sweep East Germany, while West Germany would hang b/w the others. In short, it’s Western Europe that’s the socialist part of Europe, tending towards communism, while Eastern Europe – Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary,… are more capitalistic

        They are all countries that were under the boot of soviet socialist/communists for nearly 50 years after WWII. Things change in the world. That is inevitable. One day a former so-called adversary becomes a friend. The next day a former friend becomes an adversary. The USA must adapt to new norms. We should be part of the world but at the same time somewhat isolationist. That was our nature throughout several centuries from our beginning and it worked out pretty well.

        The move came just one day after New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani was sworn in on the Quran as the first Muslim mayor of the city.

        “While I was proud to be sworn in as our city’s first Muslim mayor [Thursday], Muslims have been part of New York for centuries,” Mamdani wrote in a statement. “We have built small businesses, raised our families, pursued every profession, enriched our culture and cuisine, and been a part of what makes our city what it is today. I am grateful for Governor Hochul’s leadership in recognizing these many contributions and ensuring that every January, Muslim New Yorkers can see ourselves reflected and recognized in a city and state that is also our home.”

    The muzzies, in turn, will be “collecting” plenty of welfare….theft of the tax paying public

  13. As a Brit, I still can’t believe this guy got voted in, especially in a city like New York. Did no white people turn up to vote? Then again, I should ask the same question about London’s mayor Sadiq Khan who has been an absolute disaster, except for his fellow Muslims who must be enjoying seeing London turn into Tehran.

    What an insane world we are living in!

    • I can not believe it either, Nick, and I am American, but not a New York voter.
      The stupidity of New York voters is astounding! There must have been cheating in that election.
