This appalling story is about an Iraqi immigrant living in Germany, whose repeated requests for asylum had been denied. The immigration court found that his claim that he would be persecuted if he were to be returned to Iraq was not supported by any evidence. Since that ruling, he had been subject to an enforceable deportation order, but it was never enforced. Instead, he remained at large, as the police never followed through on locating him and sending him back to Iraq, his country of origin. Germany’s left-liberal globalist ruling class has once again offered a grim lesson in what happens when an ideology of multiculturalism and mass migration at any cost replaces responsibility.
The senseless, brutal, anti-European murder of a 16-year-old Ukrainian girl by a military-aged Iraqi migrant with expulsion orders—and the state’s decision to spare him prison—has become a symbol of a system that protects foreign offenders while abandoning society’s most vulnerable.
The victim, a teenage refugee who had fled the war in Ukraine, was trying to build a life in Germany through work and training. Instead, her life was tragically ended at a train station, one of the very public spaces that liberal-globalist elites insist remains “safe” despite mounting evidence to the contrary.
According to prosecutors, the 31-year-old Iraqi migrant ruthlessly shoved the girl in front of an oncoming freight train. The train was traveling at high speed, leaving the poor, innocent girl no chance of survival, yet the anti-European state now claims the killer bears no criminal responsibility due to alleged mental illness.Rather than facing prison and deportation, the Iraqi is being placed in psychiatric care— of course, at German taxpayer expense. This means no punishment, no deterrence, and no justice for the victim’s family.
AfD co-leader Alice Weidel criticized the decision sharply, saying that a deportable Iraqi migrant who killed 16-year-old Liana will face no real consequences. She argued that instead of prison and removal from Germany, he is being shielded by a finding of insanity and placed in psychiatric care at public expense—an outcome she called outrageous and deeply unjust….
All over Europe, Muslim killers of the indigenous non-Muslims are invariably labelled as “mentally ill.” That avoids any truthful discussion of what does motivate most of these killers: their Islamic faith, that teaches them to hate all Infidels, who according to the Qur’an are “the most vile of created beings.” This same Islamic faith makes them especially venomous toward Jews, who according to the Qur’an and hadith were “the strongest in enmity” to the early Muslims, and some believe it was Jews who poisoned Muhammad. Supporters of mass migration insist such cases are “exceptions.” Yet exceptions keep piling up, forming a pattern that can no longer be denied.
So very many such exceptions undoubtedly prove the rule.
Across Europe, train stations, city centers, and public spaces are becoming zones of fear rather than freedom. The promise that mass migration, mainly of military-aged men from alien cultures, would enrich society has been replaced by a reality of chaos and insecurity.
It’s in these places of crowded movement, where the disorientation of young people arriving in cities from the country is clear, that Muslims find their quarry — the young girls whom they meet, ply with drinks and drugs, rape, and then pass them around like confetti to their Muslim pals to be raped again and again, and they may be kept for months or years in such a horrific condition. Tens of thousands of young English girls had their lives ruined in this manner by Pakistani grooming gangs.
Unlike in the United States, psychiatric hospitals in Germany follow the Scandinavian model pleasant affairs, with libraries, computers and Internet connections, private rooms, good food. They are much more comfortable than prisons, and it is entirely possible that the Iraqi, who had repeatedly been denied asylum and was faced with deportation to Iraq, where his standard of living would plummet after years of living on the lavish benefits provide to him by the German state, deliberately pushed her because he wanted to be caught, wanted to be declared mentally ill, wanted to end up in a mental asylum in Germany — his deportation order naturally being cancelled following the finding of his mental illness — that would be far more comfortable than any possible life he would have in Iraq.

Who was the Judge or Court that issued the order and then did not have him transferred to a detention center for fasttrack processing until the order is executed?
Who in the police force did not execute the deportation order?
What is the reason for the stupidity – was the case just filed in some dusty cabinet and forgotten?
Why was he allowed to run around and endanger public safety if there was a deportation order?
Did the Judge consider the Quran & Hadiths and what is written there before releasing him into the public space? They knew what mindset he had, which is probably why he was ordered deported.

The authorities in Germany should make a team building trip to Singapore and study the Criminal Courts there. This guy would have been hanged within a year or two for the crime and deported.
