“I met Murder on the way/He had a mask like Khamenei.”
The numbers of protesters murdered in Iran by their own government keeps rising, and now we know that at least 30,000 have been murdered by their own government. Iran International, which has a history of accurate reporting from sources inside Iran, says that the number killed since the beginning of the protests is 36,500.More on these numbers can be found here: “Iran may have slaughtered 30,000 protesters in 48-hour intense crackdown – report,” by Jacob Laznik and Miriam Sela-Eitam, Jerusalem Post, January 25, 2026:
As many as 30,000 people may have been killed across Iran during a two-day crackdown on January 8 and 9, TIME reported on Sunday, citing two senior Health Ministry officials and a separate compilation of hospital data shared with the publication. The figures have not been independently verified and far exceed numbers publicly cited by authorities.
The number, if true, would massively increase the death toll from previously believed estimates. Days after the alleged massacre, Iran International estimated around 12,000 deaths from the two-day period.
The officials said the scale of killing overwhelmed the capacity to handle the dead, exhausting body bag stocks, and prompting the use of eighteen-wheeled trailers to move bodies. TIME reported that security forces used rooftop snipers and trucks mounted with heavy machine guns after authorities cut communications. An Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps official warned on state television that anyone entering the streets should not complain if a bullet hit them, according to the report.
A hospital-based count shared with TIME listed 30,304 deaths as of Friday, January 9, said Dr. Amir Parasta, a German-Iranian ophthalmologist who compiled the data. “We are getting closer to reality,” he said, while adding that the tally likely excludes cases from military hospitals and unreachable areas. Public health specialists quoted by TIME cautioned against over-extrapolating from hospital records but said the internal figures point to mass killing over a short period.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei slammed the estimated death counts in a Sunday evening X/Twitter post, calling them “truly vicious” lies.
“A Hitler-style BIG LIE: isn’t this the number they planned to kill in the streets of Iran?!” Baqaei wrote. “They failed, though, and now they’re trying to FAKE it in the media. Truly vicious!”…
“The 30,000 verified deaths are almost certainly an underestimate,” Columbia University researcher Les Roberts told TIME, noting that crisis mortality counts often omit victims who never reach hospitals or are buried outside official channels….
The latest figure on the total number of protesters killed, compiled by Iran International on the basis of “new documentation and eyewitness accounts from medical staff and families of the deceased,” is 36,500. By the time you read this, that number is likely to have risen to close to 40,000.
And that number gives new meaning to the line “where forty thousand met their death/incapable of shibboleth.”

That misogynistic monstrous monstrous malicious murderous oppressive brutal and cruel tyrannical Islamic Islamic regime of Iran is an horrendous abomination and affront to and against everything that is good, civilized and of value.
That horrific tyrant, Khamenei, needs to be held accountable for all the evils that he is responsible for. Because he very evil despots and is viciously against the Iranian people, For he and the other ayatollahs mullahs and similar Muslim despots in tyrannical control in that Islamic regime of Iran terribly oppress the Iranian people through their thugs in uniform who are called the “Islamic Revolutionary guards.”
All those years of miserly oppression suffering and murder imposed on the Iranian people by those despots of that Islamic tyranny of Iran is coming back down on those evil dictators of that horrific regime. Therefore, the old saying might a valid statement, which is “What goes around comes around.”
For the Iranian people are right and justified for hating that brutal cruel oppressive and even murderous Islamic tyrannical regime of Iran.
For example, the many arrest and imprisonment and even execution of people , repeatedly, who had peacefully protested that “mullah tyranny” of Iran only further exposes the weak ,fearful and intolerant nature of those in power in the oppressive and brutal “mullah regime “ of Iran.
Therefore, the Iranians people are more than justified in wanting that brutal cruel oppressive Islamic tyranny to be overthrown and replaced with a genuine government.
As a former Muslim revealed an important reality when he wrote, “The Islamic republic of Iran exists and operates as what every fundamentalist dreams of, an Islamic state ruled by Sharia …” He further exposes that “What followed its establishment was the inevitable consequence and inexorable logic of its Islamic premise; state terrorism, a merciless tyranny.” [1]

It’s just too late for any type of “diplomatic settlement’.” The reason why this is so is because the massive human carnage is so horrendous that those murderous despots of Iran must be brought to justice. Likewise, their tyrannical Islamic regime need to be destroyed.
Furthermore,, that cruel murderous horrendous vicious violence against the Iranian people is used by those despots of that bloody Islamic tyranny which has as its official title of “The Islamic Republic of Iran. Furthermore, the reason why this is so is because the essence of Islam is that of cruel vicious death inflecting violence.
Therefore it should be made known that if the founder of the current Islamic tyranny ,Ayatollah Khomeini would still be alive today ,he would spit on those Westerners who say that “Islam is a non-violent religion.”
If Ayatollah Khomeini had clearly announced that “Those who know nothing about Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war….There are hundreds psalms and hadiths urging of Muslims to value war and to fight. …I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim.” [1] So if he was alive today who would spit on those Westerners who say that “Islam is a non-violent religion.” [1]
There are also many places in the Qu ‘ran that instruct in violence and killing for the cause of Islam.
As found in ,for example Surah 2:191. 4:89.. 5:33. 9:5, 111,112 ,123. 47:4.

That tyrant Ayatollah Khamenei is an enemy the Iranian people, through that misery and death inflecting horrific Islamic tyranny of Iran, which is evil in sense of that word. Therefore, that Islamic tyranny should be overthrown and replaced with a genuine government which respects and safeguards that natural human rights of the people of Iran.
For that horrifically, cruel oppressive malicious and murderous Islamic regime of Iran, denies the Iranian, people their basic natural human rights. As in consequence the people of Iran would and should revolt against that viciously brutal tyrannical “’mullah regime” of Iran.
Accordingly, the Iranian people are right and righteous by engaging in bitter and strong protests against those cruel malicious and murderous tyrants in power of that cruel and oppressive Sharia based dictatorship of that Islamic regime of Iran.
In other words, those vicious despots of that horrendously horrific Islamic regime have provoked the people excessively too far.
In addition, some of the people who trapped in and forced to exist in the Islamic dictatorship of Iran might not know about the intellect philosopher John Locke, but his ideas do apply to them. For Mr. Locke taught that any good government has the duty to ensure the security and safety of its citizens. Yet when a tyranny is the people in the tyrannical government do have every natural and ethical right to overthrow that terrible and oppressive tyrannical government.
Walter Sieruk says
That cruel despicable fiendish tyrant, Khamenei, and the other ayatollahs and the mullahs along with the other fiendish despots who are in power in that tyrannical Islamic regime of Iran , also have much blood guilt of the mass murder of so many innocent Iranians on their sinister hands.
For example, a woman interviewed by the Epoch Times 1/20/26. A1, didn’t give an isolated report such murderous atrocities committed by the “security forces’ against the Iranians people has been confirmed by many other Iranians and other sources.
The article reads” Nights in Tehran, Iran, are increasingly violent” an Iranian woman told that newspapers reporter, “She said the security forces often move through crowds on motorcycles firing indiscriminately. She said I n the morning she was bodies in public areas and bold on the streets.”
In addition, the article further reports, “the death resulted from coordinated operation carried out primarily by Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and Basij forces not from spontaneous clashes. Sources indicate that the operation was conducted under the direct orders from Ayatollah Khamenei.”
That wicked death –inflecting Khamenei and the other Islamic despots using their murdering criminals in uniform “security forces’ against the Iranian people who are justly and righteously revolting against that horrendously brutal cruel and deadly tyrannical Islamic regimes of Iran is outrageous and wrong.
Iranian people in the righteous quest for a genuine, legitimate government that respects and safeguard their basic human rights is a good worthy decent just very good cause.

Yeah, these massacres took place just over 2 days – January 8th and 9th. Not holding much hope, but I do hope that the IRGC and Basij bases are all blown away by US and/or Israeli bombers
Keys says
Infidel-
I hope their bases and command centers are annihilated soon as well. I don’t believe there will be a bunch of personnel or weaponry on those bases, as they have had time to decentralize and spread smaller units and weaponry, etc. throughout their cities.
It could turn out like Gaza where hiding places (buildings, parts of buildings, etc.) are identified, and then bombed. Also, the fighters could look like civilians, and position themselves among the innocent and vulnerable (muslims have done this in every recent war everywhere), and soon cities look like WW2 ruble. Also, troops on the ground would be necessary to “clean them out”; bombing alone will not work.
The US almost certainly will not commit troops, so where will those trained troops come from for this type of warfare? The Israelis in Gaza had tanks, drones, specialized equipment, snipers, the will, etc. Iran is massive compared to Gaza.
Every leader’s family home could be bombed, but they probably won’t be there. Every regime ayatollah’s and imam’s mosque and homes could also be leveled, as they are the ones oppressing Iranians and waging war; they are likely thinking Allah will protect their mosques and no one would dare bomb a Muslim “holy” place (where they likely have lots of troops and war materials).
Erdogan expressed the mentality of many muslims: “The minarets are the bayonets, the domes are the helmets, the mosques are our barracks, the believers are the soldiers!”
Maybe before all this death and devastation a “deal” could be worked out. But for Iran to be free, it would have to be a deal regime Muslim leaders likely would not accept or keep (Hamas finally made a deal, but did not keep it). And as long as the regime lives and controls the armed forces, Iran will not be free. This regime does not love the Iranians – they love Islam and Sharia and Allah and Mohammed and the Koran and Death.

One of the reports said that the IRGC has moved out of their bases in several cities and are moving into schools. Iranian expats have advised their friends & relatives in Iran to stop sending kids to school for a while, while that happens. Once the bases are blown up and the new transitional regime starts getting troops of their own, some from defectors, they can then surround these schools and starve out the IRGC forces embedded there, and then try them
Most of the ground work will be done by Iranians themselves. What the US/Israel needs to do is neutralize the military advantage that the IRGC has over the average unarmed citizens. Destroying all their weaponry, to the extent possible, is a good first step
Keys says
Thanks for your response, Infidel.
I cannot think of another plan that would work short of foreign troops on the ground. I think it will be very difficult, but necessary, for the Iranians doing this groundwork against the IRGC and the Basij forces. Civil wars are horrific, of course, and if this is how it must be done, I think there will be horrendous loss of life, wide-spread infrastructure damage, and insane atrocities with no guarantees.
China, Russia, Turkey and others will work against American and Israeli efforts. Saudi Arabia has already denied air space for any US attack (some friend).
Also, remember how Saddam sabotaged the oil fields! Maybe foreign special forces could clandestinely assist to preserve these assets for a new government.
Finally, ISIS (and other outside and inside terrorist militias) troops from outside must be stopped before they infiltrate to seize power. There are plenty of fanatical imams within and nearby Iran.
Surely our government and military realize these things and much more – part of the reason any response to the Iranians killing demonstrators has taken so much time.
Tragically and ironically, doing these things to save protestor lives will result in more of their deaths than doing nothing. But without regime change Iran will get nuclear weapons.

Saudi Arabia is not “a friend”. They are a purveyor of oil and we have been a customer (for far too long),

The United States and Israel know that when the attack begins, Iran will launch every drone and every missile at US bases, ships, and Israel, so the US is flying in every air defense weapons system it can.

After that brutra cruel savagely murderously evil Islamic regime is overthrone. as it should be, and a legitimate government is established ,which respects basic human rights and natural freedoms , it’s very appropriate that a type of Tehran trials , similar to the Nuremberg trials after World War II. Those cruel oppressive death -inflicting desposts along with their thugs called the Revolutionary Guards and the “morality police” all need to stand in judgement in such a trial.
For it’s just too late for any type of “diplomatic settlement’.” The reason why this is so is because the massive human carnage is so horrendous that those murderous despots of Iran must be brought to justice. Likewise, their tyrannical Islamic regime need to be destroyed.
