In Germany, just since 2015, at least a million Muslim migrants from Syria alone have settled within the country, along with another 1.2 million migrants from a dozen other Muslim countries. And once in Germany, and granted citizenship, those migrants can bring in family members, including wives whom they send for once they have settled in Germany. Those Muslim wives, in turn, proceed to have large families, for they can live quite comfortably on the many benefits the generous German welfare state provides, including free or greatly subsidized housing, free medical care, free education, family allowances, and more. And in addition, they can bring in their relatives, as part of what is known as “chain migration.”

A leading immigration expert has warned that Germany is facing a “demographic time bomb” if it allows the massive influx of alleged refugees from Syria to become citizens as they will be enabled to bring their family members to the country.
A Dutch social scientist who is described as the top migration expert in Germany, Ruud Koopmans, has warned of the massive implications for the makeup of German society that chain migration represents. He argued that the government should consider whether it is the interest of the country to grant citizenship to the near million supposed refugees from Syria.
Why should the so-called “refugees” from Syria be granted German citizenship? They should no longer be considered as “asylum seekers,” because the civil war in Syria is over. Furthermore, those who fled Syria because they were Sunnis and subject to persecution under the Assad regime, can return safely to the country now that the Assad regime has been toppled.
Speaking to Cicero magazine, Koopmans said that while there has been positive steps made, such as scrapping the so-called “turbo naturalization” of allowing migrants to apply for citizenship after just three years, the standard five-year process remains in place and can still “be considered a demographic time bomb in the long run.”
At least the “naturalization” process has been lengthened. Migrants must now wait five years, instead of three, to apply to become citizens. But why should Germany allow Muslim migrants, who have demonstrated their inability to integrate into Western societies, to become citizens?
“We have almost one million Syrian refugees in Germany. It is necessary to think about the consequences of this for the future. This one million people has a great overrepresentation of men. They will look for their partners mostly in the country of origin. This is extremely likely because in these countries, marriages usually take place within large families. In these societies, marriage is also an economic business between families, and the ticket to Europe is an important means of exchange,” the Dutch social scientist said….
These men will import wives from their countries of origin, and proceed to have large Muslim families. In addition, relatives not just of the husbands, but also now of the wives — parents, siblings — can also be admitted as part of the policy of “family reunification.”
When a Muslim migrant becomes a citizen, he can at that point be the conduit for “chain migration” into Germany by his, or his wife’s, relatives. Koopmans suggests that instead of allowing Muslim migrants to apply for citizenship after only three years, at the very least, the new waiting period be lengthened to five years. Ideally, he would wish that such applications for citizenship from Muslim migrants be prohibited altogether. Or perhaps “chain migration” itself could be prevented, so that a Muslim migrant who has become a citizen could bring in only a spouse and no other relatives.
The experience of the last few decades has shown that Muslim migrants do not integrate into German society. And why should they? The Qur’an instructs them that they, the Muslims, are “the best of peoples,” while the non-Muslims among whom they are settling in Europe are “the most vile of created beings.” Why would the “best of peoples” want to conform to the laws made by the “most vile of created beings”?
The Muslims who have been entering Germany are largely uneducated, often illiterate, and thus unable to become part of the advanced German workforce. They go immediately on welfare and remain there. They also turn to crime: Muslims make up 7% of the German population, but more than 40% of the country’s prisoners.
Koopmans suggests that migrants in Germany illegally, who are in the process of being repatriated, be placed outside Germany, in third-party countries, while their cases are being decided. That will prevent them from disappearing into the general population in Germany, as so many now do to avoid deportation.
Finally, in cases of illegal migrants, instead of letting them remain in the country while their cases are being decided, Koopmans wants to park them in a third country, so that they are unable to avoid deportation by hiding within the general German population.
All good suggestions. But what about others? What if German authorities were simply to halt all Muslim migrants at the country’s borders, and promptly return them to their countries of origin, no matter what the conditions in those countries? And what about mass deportations of “asylum seekers” when the conditions that caused them to leave their own countries — as in the case of the one million Syrians now in Germany who were fleeing civil war and persecution by the Assad regime — no longer obtain?

As a Hindu, I believe in Karma, but usually, that descends on the perpetrators of evil themselves, not their descendants. Like the people who actually were Nazis or collaborators in Germany or Ukraine in the 1940s were possibly reborn to be minorities in muslim countries, where in their subsequent lives, they got to experience a taste of what they meted out. They deserve the punishment in their reincarnations more than their descendants, who are different souls altogether

Yes, somehistory, I think you are correct in supposing that many who aspire in the political realm in Western nations detest what the West has built. Almost without exception they can be found on the Left side of the political spectrum. Look at the female turkey who just ran for a Congressional seat in Tennessee and said she hated Nashville, country music, et al. (and she only lost by 9% which is what is really worrisome because it is evidence of just how many malevolent, stupid and foolish voters exist out there) as one example of this self-hate. And all of which has lead me to conclude that Leftism is some kind of mental disorder.
As for Merkel, she was a disaster for Germany just as one Prime Minister after another in the UK has been for that nation. What really concerns me about all this is that one of the two major political parties of the most powerful nation on Earth has gone into full idiocy mode, replete with dissing traditional America on a regular basis. America can no longer be trusted to the Democratic Party and one knows this or should know it.

Let us suppose that Germany immediately demanded all Syrian, Lebanese, Afghan etc. refugees leave Germany and all aid/welfare to them was halted. What would then happen (besides street protests)? They would all leave to emigrate to adjacent European countries (and the UK) to claim asylum. These neighboring countries hopefully would finally do something about these hordes of refugees. Germany needs to start the process.
