“Our approach is different,” Aharouch said. “I think we need to go more slowly at first, raise awareness, and explain to people the benefits of Islamic leaders and Islamic laws. Then, it will be completely natural that eventually we reach an Islamic state.”
When asked if he meant Belgium, Aharouch replied, “In Belgium? Of course. I support it. It’s Islamic law. I support it. This is a long-term struggle. It will take decades, maybe a hundred years. But the process has already begun.”

There needs to be a specific oath of allegiance upon requesting to be admitted to each and every European nation and that oath needs to be specific in reference to Muslims because Muslims already have allegiance to a system in direct opposition to the governments as well as the cultural and legal systems that Europeans follow.
The EU oath must state that the person who wishes to live for any amount of time in France or Belgium or Germany, etc. must say that the oath taker agrees to respecy and follow the legal system of the nation as well as the democratic system of government and not desire not to impose or try to replace the freedoms and equality of all citizens by law that EU nations now follow. References to sharia law replacing the present legal system are forbidden and will cause your request for citizenship or amnesty to be denied.

Again, this is why we need to outlaw Sharia Law as a law practiced in the U.S.A. It is not compatible with our Constitution and our laws, be they Federal, State, County, or City. And Sharia is not compatible with our Jedeo-Christian heritage, traditions, customs and way of life. Sharia Law is a law of slavery and death.
And just like if my 2 x 4 religion is not a legal religion, than Sharia Law of Islam should also not be allowed to be practiced outside the confines of the Masque. It is contrary to the 1st Amendment by forcing it’s laws and practices on others that do not agree with the Islam religion.

Sharia (the straight path) is not, as a whole, incompatible with our secular, man-made constitution and laws.
Wiping one’s butt with the left hand is not incompatible. And even if it could be banned or prohibited, who’s going to check for scofflaws. Praying is not incompatible, nor is fasting.
Those aspects (*divine* punishments for example) which certainly would violate U.S. law are already legally prohibited.
What’s the real problem? Legal maneuvering by so-called Muslim civil rights and advocacy organizations to slip the whole camel into the tent; no matter how long it takes to do.
That’s why those groups have so many U.S. trained lawyers and and are so hell-bent on getting more Muslims elected to lawmaking positions.

It’s also that the witness of 2 women is equal to 1 man, that the witness of a muslim is superior to that of an infidel, and then there is the elevated status of muslims vis a vis infidels in the eyes of the law. The Dearborn City Council ruling re: the call to prayer doesn’t vioate relevant law, so far as I know, but it is skirting it.
As a note, I don’t recall Spencer or Fitzgerald ever replacing the term Islamic law with sharia law.

PRCS–there are much worse things to Shari’ah law than this, as I’m sure you know. And even things like using stones to wipe your butt *if enforced* would be incompatible with civilized law.
If someone wants to do this voluntarily it is unhygienic and pretty disgusting, but perfectly legal.
