UK: Two Afghan Muslim teen ‘asylum seekers’ abduct and rape teen girl, one’s attorney pleads ‘cultural differences’

All over the UK, Muslim rape gangs have victimized British girls and women. And now, in a particularly egregious case, two Afghan teens have been convicted and sentenced.


Public fury is rising while the UK government attacks those who call it out, accusing them of “spreading lies.” Raping infidels is an Islamic problem, but the red-green alliance continues to provide cover for the worst Muslim offenders, and the jihad in general.

…Barrister Joshua Radcliffe, who defended Niazal, told the court that his client is “not used to a society where women are free and deemed equal to men. He is not used to a society where alcohol is freely available. He is morally at sea. There are massive cultural barriers that have become massive moral barriers.”

However, Judge Bertodano rejected this defence, saying that while there are “significant cultural differences” between Afghanistan and Britain, the defendants still should understand that concept of consent….

One X user wrote: “IF RAPING A 15 YEAR OLD IS DUE TO CULTURAL DIFFERENCES—THEN EVERYONE WITH THESE CULTUREAL [sic] DIFFERENCES NEEDS TO BE IMMEDIATELY DEPORTED”

Two teenage Afghan asylum seekers who abducted and raped a 15-year-old girl have been given custodial sentences.

Jan Jahanzeb and Israr Niazal, both 17, face possible deportation and were ordered to register as sex offenders following the sentencing at Warwick crown court on Monday.

The court heard the two boys had led the highly distressed girl into a “den-type” area in Leamington Spa in May before pushing her to the ground and attacking her.

Judge De Bertodano said they had “robbed” the victim of her childhood and nothing could be done to restore this. “What you two did on that evening changed [the victim’s] life for ever,” she said.

An impact statement read on behalf of the victim said: “The day I was raped changed me as a person. Every time I go out I don’t feel safe. So much so that I’ve started to avoid it all together. This has also impacted my education and school life at the worst possible time.”

A statement read on behalf of the victim’s mother said: “We have watched our vibrant happy and confident [daughter] shrink down and suffer with anxiety so bad that she’s often physically sick. This has affected every aspect of [my daughter’s] life and anything that hurts one of us, hurts us all in our family.”

The boys pleaded guilty to rape at an earlier hearing.

The court sentenced Jahanzeb, who has been served with deportation papers due to his age at the time of his guilty plea, to a youth detention term of 10 years and eight months.

Niazal was sentenced to nine years and 10 months. As he was 16 at the time of the guilty plea, the judge invited the government to recommend deportation….

  2. It’s absurd and wrong to excuse the heinous criminal actions of rape by those two Muslim asylum seekers from Afghanistan on “cultural differences.”

    If the very idea of “That’s how they were raised ” is never , ever, an real , genuine excuse for doing evil.

    That term “cultural differences” alone ,considering that specific crime reveals the the “culture” that Islam creates is a “culture” of cruel horrifically violent and vile misogyny.

  3. “Cultural Difference” is utter bullshit. It’s a lame excuse, In other words, the Afghan culture allows and permits Afghan youth to kidnap and rape young girls in Afghanistan???

    Is that what the attorney is trying to convince everyone? Well…. then those two Afghan youths and every inbred Afghan should be deported back so they can enjoy their culture of raping girls in Afghanistan.

  4. Note, their legal defense wanted their names kept quiet in case it “caused a riot”.
    In the UK, under 18s often are usually allowed that privilege unless exceptions are made as here.

    But then they’re clearly not 17 as claimed, they are much older.

    • Why would mohammedans fear a riot, when they have the numbers to hold their own? Not to mention that state machinery – both police and army – are completely on their side

        We all know the mosques as well are basically armouries. All ready to go when they decide. Police won’t even try to act upon that of course. While Brits face jail for basically having pocket knife.

        Maybe the real reason to keep the names out of the public arena was to protect the rapists and the reputations of ‘slims generally. Obviously, ‘slims don’t have one but maybe that’s how they saw it.

    This girl is expected to now see males all over her country, aggressively imported by her government, who can’t handle their “Cultural Differences” without raping her, but to expect imprisonment if she says a word about it.

    This girl is expected, in her culture, to carry on and get a challenging degree to succeed in a country that expects her to financially carry any number of 60IQ non-working rape-approving inbreds, without skipping a beat, after her rape.

    This girl is expected to become a productive adult, yet one who willingly accepts that her government and fellow citizens consider her a necessary sacrifice in a country with far too many Piers Morgans who just want muh curry and don’t give a —— about her.

    This girl is expected to be tolerant of muslimas who consider rape of the infidel to be a necessary step in fully humiliating them and who will never turn in their men.

    This girl is expected to live with her introduction to the worst of this world knowing she can’t keep it from happening again, whether to her, or to an even younger girl because. corrupt judges consider a few years and a discussion of “Cultural Differences” to be adequate punishment.

      They are not “boys.” She’s a child and they are adults….and this is all so very wrong.

    He is correct insofar as there certainly are “significant cultural differences” between Afghanistan and Britain.

    He should’ve added:

    That is why muslims from Afghanistan should not be allowed into Britain.

  12. These rapist should face the same kind of pain and suffering these girls will have to carry with them for the rest of their lives. Removing these mens ability to have sex accomplishes two things. that will carry that loss with them for the rest of their lives and keep them from raping another female. Win Win.
