There Is Francesca Albanese, and Then There Is Andrea Bocelli

The same country, Italy, that produced the obsessive antisemite Francesca Albanese, the UN’s Special Rapporteur for Conditions in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, also produced the philosemitic singer Andrea Bocelli, who has displayed, not for the first time, his sympathies for Israel and the victims of Hamas. Internationally recognized Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli hosted former Gaza hostage Segev Kalfon for a private concert at the artist’s home in Miami, Florida, last week.

Bocelli, who has previously expressed sympathy for Israelis freed from Hamas captivity, along with his wife Veronica, welcomed Kalfon for a day of music, conversation, and support.

During the meeting with Bocelli, Kalfon spoke with those present, saying, “If I survived, if I am surviving this hard condition [Hamas captivity], I felt like I could be everything. I can do everything. And no one can stop me.”

After being asked what he wanted to do next with his life, Kalfon said, “I want to live!”…

In 2022, Bocelli gave a concert to 20,000 people in Tel Aviv, then prayed with his family at the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. BDS fanatics in Europe pressured him not to go, but he brushed them off, as we all should. His mind and heart are in the right place, and his latest gesture — giving a private concert for a freed Israeli hostage — is especially welcome at a time when so many others have abandoned or even turned on the Jewish state.

  2. In the meantime, the Pope is visiting Mosques and taking off his shoes upon entering. Yet there is nary a peep from The Vatican concerning the murder of Catholics throughout the world by Muslims.

      for anything outside of your own Parrish, i.e. Bishop’s Appeal,
      Peter’s Pence, Catholic Voice, etc

      Don’t financially support this horror.

      Once you give money beyond your Parrish church
      you have no control over what is done with it.

  3. Please could someone add link to video of Laura Pausini and Andréa BOCCELLI singing “Dare to Live” (YouTube ?) 2007.
    BOCCELLI was criticized and boycotted by fake “feminists” for sharing his personal ProLife story: his mother contracted measles while pregnant with him.
    Doctors recommended abortion.
    Both parents refused and trusted GOD Almighty.
    Andréa was born with low vision, but otherwise healthy and intelligent.
    Later at age 8, he was blinded during a terrible accident during a soccer match.

  4. I don’t know if Andrea Bocelli has weighed in at all on the “need for a Palestinian state”. I doubt he has. He seems to be a guy with a big heart, not an ideologue. But in fairness to the Pope I think it should be pointed out that he is far from alone in taking that stance.

    Leaving aside the fact that the Palestinians (as we will call them for courtesy’s sake) could have had a country for themselves in 1937 on 75% of what Britain decided was Palestine in 1922, the fact that they are without a country now strikes a lot of people (usually unthinking people who dismiss jihad as racist propaganda, and who weren’t listening when Yasser Arafat compared the Oslo Accords to the Treaty of Hudaibiyya) as an injustice that should be put right.

    Perhaps it will be, if the Palestinians ever get round to assuring Israel’s safety. But I don’t think there is any need to dismiss the Pope’s joining the chorus for the two-state solution as malicious. He thinks he’s talking about the national self-determination of peoples – a Western concept.

    Deceitful Allah affirms Non-Muslims as enemies of Allah while Muslims undermine a society from within using the man-made book of lies and deceit, the Qur’an(Qur’an 3:54; 7:99; 8:30, etc.). Allah in Qur’an 4:101 says, “…Surely the infidels[Non-Muslims] were your clear enemies.” Corrupt Allah in Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…” As a result, Non-Muslims are marked for death by Islam and its Muslims.

    Islam is a delusional, indoctrinating, corrupt fraud because there is NO MECCA, NO MUHAMMAD, and NO Qur’an in the 7th century AD in Saudi Arabia despite the Muslim Standard Islamic Narrative claims; the Deceitful House of Islam is founded on propaganda, lies, intimidation, and deceit where Islam’s 1400-year traditions are based on fallacy and myth including a more than 300-year gap with no documented history. Hence, NEVER give money to Islamic Countries, Islamic Organizations, Mosques, Islamic Schools, etc. because your are funding your ultimate destruction. Islam must be banned as illegal, and we have the legal right to defend ourselves from Muslim violence.

    Muslims are to be seditionist terrorists for Allah with their MONEY and their LIVES. Allah in Qur’an 49:15 teaches, “Surely the believers[Muslims] are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed jihad with their MONEY and their LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.” Again, Islam is a FACTITIOUS IDEOLOGY and CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION despicably fabricated over time into the 21sth century, and there is NO PEACE only genocidal obliteration with Islam and its deceitful Muslims(Qur’an 7:18; 8:39: 9:5, 29, 111; 11:119; 32:13, etc.).

    ALLAH claims MUSLIMS are a greater TERROR than serpentine Allah. Allah in Qur’an 59:13 says, “You[Muslims] are a greater terror in their chests than Allah. This is because they[Jews & Christians] are people who do not understand.” Allah in Qur’an 9:29 commands, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid, nor believe in the religion of the truth among those who have given the book until they pay the jizyah out of hand and they are subdued.”

    Islam, its Mosques, its Schools, its Organizations, etc. are Terrorist-Criminal Enterprises of hatred and enmity against all Non-Muslims as totalitarian Islam, the House of Satan, islamizes the society with impunity(Qur’an 5:14; 9:5, 29, 111, etc.). As taught from Islam’s Qur’an, Islam should be banned for its incitement, funding, and promotion of violence, terrorism, hatred, human trafficking, and discrimination against women, children, and Non-Muslims.

    Allah stirs hatred against Christians until the resurrection day as Qur’an 5:14 instructs, “And some of those who say, ‘Surely we are Nasara (Christians),’ we took their covenant. So they have forgotten a part of what they were reminded of, so we have stirred up ENMITY and HATRED among them until the resurrection day. And Allah will inform them of what they were doing.” See also Qur’an 60:4.

  11. An act of kindness to a innocent victim who was kidnapped from his home held for months against his will triggers these woke idiots in the west. These political leaders in the west are cowards for appeasing these terrorist and whitewashing their actions .
