The idea of man-made climate change is one of the most successful hoaxes ever perpetrated upon the poor, beleaguered human race. Not only do millions of people accept as axiomatic that it is real, but they look down upon climate skeptics as a bunch of ignorant, science-denying yahoos who have the temerity to exalt their opinions above those of the Experts.
Nearly all of the governments of the West have committed to varying degrees of economic suicide in pursuit of the solution to this imaginary problem. Leftists are enraged at President Donald Trump for being skeptical about all their myths, and drawing back from some of his predecessors’ more outlandish commitments to economic self-destruction. That just makes leftists all the more enraged, and they continue to insist that more, much more, must be spent, lest Miami is covered in water within, at very least, the next couple of hours.

The climate has been changing’ for about 4 billion years.
The smog in the San Fernando Valley is, to a great degree, the result of internal combustion engine exhaust.
Any VFR only Private Pilot flying through the area on a hot summer day knows it’s just about bad enough to be IMC.
Difficult to imagine how much worse it would be without emission control improvements over the years.

Climate change is permanent – there is nothing that humans, or animals, can do about it. Sometimes, it heats up, sometimes it cools. If the Arctic melts, there are a lot of directions winter storms will take those waters. Also, some of the climate change is good – Omani and Emirati coastal areas are now flooding, so they now have an opportunity to capture some of that water and alleviate the water shortages that deserts tend to have
Also, on a different note, I was watching a YouTube video the other day discussing the shortage of carbon dioxide that goes into aerated drinks. Maybe coal plants should focus on carbon dioxide capture processes so that those can be sold to industries that can use them, be it as dry ice, or trapped in aerated drinks

There is a great deal of hard scientific evidence AGAINST man-made climate change. As an example, we are told that CO2 is a major contributor to warming things up but some 400 million years ago in the midst of the Paleozoic Era the Earth went through an horrific ice age, far more extensive than the most recent one that began as far back as 1.8 million years ago, and during this Paleozoic ice age CO2 levels in the atmosphere were 8 to 10 times higher than they are today and so if CO2 causes global warming how is this explained?
Such factors as ocean currents and solar activity are far, far more influential on climate than anything puny man might do. And this doesn’t mean we should have pollution. I’m all for sensible environmental standards so we have cleaner air and water, but one should not conflate this with all the bogus-man climate change nonsense. And let’s not forget that half a century ago the big hysteria was global cooling. Yes, by the year 2000 there would be mass starvation worldwide due to freezing temperatures aplenty. BTW, three quarters of the states posted their highest temperature ever before 1950, examples being California in 1913, Alabama in 1925 and Pennsylvania in 1936. Too bad science has been politicized just as most everything else has been.

It’s not the cars or trucks or airplanes not even the plastic WaMart bag that is the problem. It is the over population of the earth that causes the abuse. While most of the western civilization has reduce it birth rare the third world population is over producing and migrating into the modern industrial countries. Simply but, the more people the more pollution.

If population is the problem, then let’s blame it on the longer life expectancy. Most countries in the world are now facing a birth rate that falls well below replacement levels, which in the long term, would imply a population decrease! Then as older people die, you’ll see a drop in the population, since current fertility rates are well below population replacement rates
There are something like 85 countries (out of 190) that have a birth rate that exceeds the replacement rate of 2.3, but overall, the global fertility rate is 2.2, which is below the replacement rate. The bulk of countries that have the fertility rate above 2.3 are in Africa, and it’s not even all muslim. In fact, countries like Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Indonesia, Brunei, all have pretty low fertility rates
