Nashville judges demand extra security as Rep exposes release of Somali Muslim migrant suspect in brutal rape

Leftist judges do not care about the public’s wellbeing, but upon being exposed by Republican Rep. Andy Ogles, the six named Democrat judges who let Muhammad Muhammad off the hook — Jim Todd, Arron Holt, Robin Kimbrough-Hayes, Lynda Jones, Melissa Blackburn, and Rachel Bell — claimed victimhood and demanded extra security for themselves.

Ogles isn’t to blame for these corrupt judges’ feelings of insecurity; it is the judges themselves who have betrayed Americans.

In fact, every leftist politician who is lax on migrant criminals and reckless about  immigration policy will claim concerns about his or her own security in the face of a perceived threat. They do not, however, care about the security of the average American citizen.

As Ogles stated: “Every judge and prosecutor who let him off the hook was a DEMOCRAT. As long as local liberals are running things in Middle Tennessee, we are at war.” Not only in Tennessee, but all over America and other Western countries, leftist policies are destroying freedom and national security from within.

Judges of the Davidson County General Sessions Court are demanding heightened security measures in response to comments made by U.S. Representative Andy Ogles (R-TN-05) criticizing the judges who were part of earlier cases against Muhammad Muhammad, the Somali immigrant accused of raping a woman who later died from the attack in August.

Last Friday, Ogles posted a thread on social media identifying the judges who were part of previously dismissed cases against Muhammad leading up to the August attack, in which he was arrested and charged with four counts of rape after allegedly assaulting a 34-year-old woman who died after being transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Hospital.

Ogles said that Muhammad was arrested “over a dozen times” leading up to the August attack, but that every previous case against the Somali-born migrant was previously dismissed by multiple judges in Davidson County General Sessions Court.

The congressman listed six judges (pictured above) and a brief summary of their cases with Muhammad, including Judges Jim Todd, Arron Holt, Robin Kimbrough-Hayes, Lynda Jones, Melissa Blackburn (not pictured), and Rachel Bell (not pictured).

“Every judge and prosecutor who let him off the hook was a DEMOCRAT. As long as local liberals are running things in Middle Tennessee, we are at war. The state should impeach all of the judges. Send the guard to Nashville,” Ogles wrote.

On Tuesday, the Davidson County General Sessions Court judges released a joint statement and sent a letter to the governor condemning Ogles for shedding light on Muhammad’s background and pointing out how every judge involved in the migrant’s dismissed cases are Democrats….

    ALLAH’S MUSLIMS are a greater TERROR than diabolical Allah. Allah in Qur’an 59:13 says, “You[Muslims] are a greater terror in their chests than Allah. This is because they[Jews & Christians] are people who do not understand.” Islam must be banned as illegal, and we have the legal right to defend ourselves from Muslim violence. As a result, Non-Muslims are marked for death by Islam and its Muslims. Allah in Qur’an 9:29 commands, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid, nor believe in the religion of the truth among those who have given the book until they pay the jizyah out of hand and they are subdued.”

    Again, Islam is a totalitarian and supremacist system of lies and deceit because Allah, the best deceiver, is the actual source of Muslim deceit as taught in Islam’s Qur’an. Allah in Qur’an 3:54 says, “And they deceived, and Allah deceived. And Allah is the best deceiver.” Allah in Qur’an 8:30 says, “…And Allah is the best deceiver.” Allah in Qur’an 13:42 says, “And indeed, those before them deceived, so to Allah all the deception…”

    • There can be a lot of reason to dismiss a case. However when a criminal appears repeatedly in your court room something is up. Everyone deserves a fair trial and that should include the victims of the crimes that these multiple criminals seem to commit.

  9. The single greatest enemy of America in our era? Well, it is the Democratic Party of the USA. It has become ever increasingly authoritarian as well as foolish and I have zero doubt that if it comes back into power at the national level, including the Presidency, it will mean open borders, coddling of criminals, accusations and indictments aplenty against Americans complaining of Democratic ineptitude and the entire nine yards of rubbish and nonsense which the Democratic Party of the USA has become. Frankly, by the year (the month?) I ever increasingly look upon anyone registered Democrat as a fool at best, a traitor at worst.

    Yes, it has become this bad and one knows this by now or should know it. The Democratic Party needs to go the way of the Whig Party lest America be destroyed from within. There is no good reason, no patriotic reason, to remain a Democrat any longer.

  11. Many years ago a cartoon “Bloom County” had a lawyer arguing in court to release the Bloom County Axe murderer as really not a bad person. The cartoon Judge placed the axe murderer in the custody of the lawyer. The final panel had the lawyer barricading themselves in their bedroom as the axe murderer hacked at the door with an axe. I think this should be done to these judges. They will house the most vile murderers, rapists, and criminals in their homes with their family especially grandkids for a month. Have them experience “THEY ARE NOT DANGEROUS”.

    You are a judge.
    You have a criminal in front of you.
    You have the criminal’s record of repeat sexual offenses in front of you.
    You have the power to protect the public – and you decline.

    When the criminal’s offensiveness escalates to raping and killing you get real concerned with safety – because it’s your own.
    When your willful blindness to threats to the public are laid at your chamber door
    you become concerned – about yourself.
    Suddenly, when it’s about you – you are able to perceive a threat.

    If your judgement record shows a clear inability to perceive threats to the public you serve, you should be impeached. You are so biased you literally cannot judge.
