To call jihad violence a “radical perversion of Islam” in 2025 is simply asinine. Ever since 9/11, and before that as well, we have had counterterror “experts” warning about this “perversion” or “hijacking” of Islam, and saying that it was high time for “moderates” to step up and reclaim their religion. Over the years, numerous willfully ignorant commentators have repeated that call, apparently unaware of the fact that the “moderates” had been asked to step up many times before, and never did. They won’t, either, because they know the jihadis have the Qur’an and Sunnah on their side, and they don’t want to put their lives at risk by coming out against jihad terrorism and thereby appearing to be public heretics.
Now Albanese complacently labels the Islamic State (ISIS) a “radical perversion of Islam.” He didn’t explain how ISIS has perverted Islam, or how it is able to convince Muslims of the correctness of this perverted version. He didn’t say anything about calling upon mosques in Australia to begin teaching against this “radical perversion of Islam,” and training their members to avoid it and counter it. He didn’t say anything about examining Muslim communities in Australia for signs of this “perversion of Islam,” much less deporting any non-citizens who may be spreading this “perversion” in Australia.
Albanese was simply repeating the dogma he knows that he must hold as a leftist, that Islam is a religion of peace that is entirely benign and to be welcomed into the West. He was signaling that mass Muslim migration into Australia will continue, and that nothing will be done to combat the motivating ideology that led this father and son team to engage in a mass murder of Jews. Anthony Albanese is the decline of the West personified.

LONDON — The alleged father and son gunmen who killed at least 15 people in a mass shooting at Australia’s Bondi Beach traveled to the Philippines in the weeks leading up to the attack and may have been inspired by the ISIS terrorist organization, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said.
Investigators are probing the months and weeks leading up to the Sunday shooting, when the suspected gunmen — Sajid Akram, 50, and Naveed Akram, 24 — fired at people taking part in a Hanukkah event. Australian investigators and officials have described the incident as an anti-semitic terrorist attack.
“It would appear that there is evidence that this was inspired by a terrorist organization, by ISIS,” Albanese told reporters at a Tuesday press conference. “Some of the evidence which is being procured, including the presence of Islamic State flags in the vehicle that has been seized, are a part of that.”
“Radical perversion of Islam is absolutely a problem,” the prime minister continued. “It is something that has been identified globally as a problem as well.”
One of the two alleged shooters was killed during the incident, with the second injured. Police confirmed to ABC News that the surviving alleged gunman, Sajid Akram, had woken from his coma but had not yet been questioned.
New South Wales Police Force Commissioner Mal Lanyon also took part in Tuesday’s press conference. He confirmed to journalists that the seized vehicle was registered to the younger of the two alleged gunmen and “contained IEDs” as well as ISIS flags.
“We continue to work through the motive of this tragedy and will continue to do so,” Lanyon said.
Law enforcement officials said they are also probing a trip taken by the alleged shooters to the Philippines in November. “The reasons why they went to the Philippines and the purpose of that and where they went when they were there is under investigation at the moment,” Lanyon said….

It looks like so many world leaders want to believe the lie that Islam is a religion of peace and that those muslims who carry out acts of jihad are radical muslims following a form radical Islam. These leaders do not look at the accepted main teachings of Islam about Jihad as based on the Koran and Hadiths. The truth is that the accepted main teachings of Islam promote and command Jihad activities against all non-muslims. So the real problem is the ideology of Islam itself that motivates these muslims to commit jihad terrorist acts.

There is that old line, a valid one I would contend, that every people have the government they deserve. True right now in Australia and hopefully not true some four years from now in America, because if America goes under the utterly decrepit Democratic Party then the best of mankind, what’s left of it, will come close to being no more.

I do think that this atrocity will wake some people up to Islam’s evil nature. I will be voting for one nation from now on, used to vote for the liberal party, our conservatives, because if one nation get a bit of power and pressure the liberals I am sure one nation want pretty well no Muslims which is what I want. The Hungarians and poles and Czechs look like geniuses to me for saying if you’re a Muslim get lost you are not wanted here

I see Australia as being very similar to the UK and all those other western European countries who try to be oh so nice and tolerant towards everybody including Muslims. All our governments since way back in the 1970s when they first let Muslims refuse to face reality about islam. Of course Australia’s future is Asian which I am quite happy about but, just like anywhere else, Muslims could destroy this country with their poisonous view of life. Too many people here are still clueless about islam. Their foolishness about islam annoys me enormously.

While Albanese plays ignorant, he probably isn’t. In the Bondi case, the police hid behind their cars for 20 minutes and only got involved to shoot the guy who disarmed the shooter. It wasn’t a mistake, they watched the whole thing. These days, the police are often at the scene to protect the shooters as the FBI did in Garland, TX. It also seems that the FBI was on the side of the shooters at Las Vegas, NV (destroyed the evidence) and Butler, PA (knew ahead that a man was on a roof with a rifle). We have no reason to think that this isn’t a worldwide phenomenon.
