But he failed to attend Southwark Crown Court, resulting in Judge Justin Cole issuing a warrant for his arrest ‘not backed for bail’….

My best offer on the basis for his refugee status is that he might be bisexual (given the nature of his offence, he can’t be exclusively same sex attracted). Or maybe he is an extreme climate change protester – one would scarcely expect obscenely rich oil sheikhs to be enthused by such a stance.
