Texas Senator Ted Cruz takes on the demented antisemite and Hitler worshipper Nick Fuentes and his semi-demented friend Tucker Carlson here: “Ted Cruz Blasts Tucker Carlson, Nick Fuentes While Declaring a ‘Time for Choosing’ on Right-Wing Antisemitism,” by Corey Walker, Algemeiner, October 31, 2025:
US Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) repudiated controversial pundit Tucker Carlson, antisemitic commentator Nick Fuentes, and Heritage Foundation leader Kevin Roberts while calling out a rise in right-wing antisemitism during remarks at the Republican Jewish Coalition’s annual summit on Thursday night.
“Now is a time for choosing. Now is a time for courage,” Cruz said to the audience in Las Vegas, Nevada. “If you sit there and nod adoringly as someone tells you that Winston Churchill was the villain of World War II, if you sit there and nod as someone tells you there’s a very good argument that America should’ve intervened on behalf of Nazi Germany in World War II, if you sit there with someone that says that Adolph Hitler was very, very cool, and that their mission is to combat and defeat global Jewry, then you are a coward.”
Cruz was referring to a series of recent podcast interviews in which Carlson hosted controversial guests who made such arguments but did not challenge their views, seemingly endorsing them as legitimate.
Most recently, Carlson conducted a friendly interview with Fuentes, an avowed antisemite and Holocaust denier, that was released earlier this week. During the conversation, both men rebuked Israel and Zionism, with Carlson lambasting Christian Zionism as an affront to the values of Christianity.
“I dislike them more than anybody. Because it’s Christian heresy, and I’m offended by that as a Christian,” Carlson said of Christian Zionists.
Fuentes further declared “organized Jewry in America” as the obstacle preventing Americans from experiencing true unity. He also stated that ‘these Zionist Jews’ need to be removed from the broader conservative movement.
Following the controversial interview, Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts issued a statement reaffirming the prominent conservative think tank’s relationship with Carlson. Roberts argued that his loyalties rest with Christianity and the US, and that Christians are not obligated to lend support to Israel. He then repudiated critics of Carlson as “globalists” — a term that many people believe serves as an antisemitic dog whistle — and as a “venomous coalition.” He stated that he does not agree with Fuentes’s antisemitism, but “canceling him is not the answer.”
Roberts’s comments whipped up a firestorm of criticism online, with many Jewish conservatives expressing outrage and feelings of betrayal. Republican Jewish Coalition CEO Matt Brooks wrote that Roberts’s statement “is a total abrogation of their mission and what it means to be a conservative today.”
Carlson has sparked backlash among conservatives over his consistent pattern of condemning Israel and platforming individuals who peddle antisemitic narratives. He has falsely suggested that Israel, the world’s lone Jewish state, oppresses and persecutes Christians….
There is only one country in the entire Middle East where Christians are safe — Israel. Their numbers have been decreasing everywhere else. Five seconds of internet searching would set Carlson straight on that melancholy fact. But he’d only refuse to believe it; don’t confuse him with facts.
The commentator Fuentes has further claimed that “Jews run the news” and defended Hitler, saying that the Nazi leader’s reputation was “crafted by Jews.”
“Everybody, in every nation, in all times, for thousands of years, eventually comes to the conclusion that Jews always act in bad faith,” Fuentes said during an episode of his show.
Does Fuentes mean to include the Jews Jesus and Mary in his fulminations?
Let’s get this clear: Fuentes, with all of the accumulated wisdom of his 26 years, thinks Christian Americans should make a “Holy War” on Jews in order to rid the country of them. In the past, he has called for their “extermination.” Jews, he insists, for “thousands of years” have shown they are crafty and always act “in bad faith.” He has denied the Holocaust.
As for Carlson, he has had as a guest on his show, and did not once contradict, Darryl Cooper, whose views include the claim that America was on the wrong side in World War II, that Winston Churchill was that war’s chief villain, and that the Germans killed the Jews because it was more “humane,” since there was not enough food to feed them.
Cooper, Fuentes, and Carlson deserve one another. They are in the same boat, rudderless, brainless, and drifting in the offing. A ship of fools.

Bravo! The last paragraph says it all. These idiots have the right to spew hate but each of us have the right to use our ‘off’ button – especially for the next generation.

I’m a Bible-oriented Christian, a confessional Protestant, do not like hatred of any group, and believe that the US has good geopolitical reasons for its alliance with Israel. But I do not see the re-establishment of a Jewish polity in the Middle East as a harbinger of the end times any more than any other case of nation rising against nation (cf, Matthee 24:7). Perhaps, per Romans 11, the re-establishment of Israel may be a providential prelude to a mass conversion of the Jews as a people, but I do not know and think that the only way we can know is after the fact.
While I hold to covenantal rather than Dispensational theology (Dispensationalism is the one that thinks the premillennial return of Christ is going to happen by 1967, 1984, 2010….every time someone burps between the Mediterranean and the Jordan), I weep that a rediscovery of covenantal theology has caused some to shout, “Whoooopppppeeeeeee! We can start hating the Jooooooz again!”.
I saw some harbinger of this when I studied theology, and had classmates who did study tours of Israel thinking that everyone there would have his eyes on the sky or collecting stones for a Third Temple, but instead found a typical country with its struggles, high and low points; low points including hucksters of all stripes whose calling was to fleece tourists, etc.
The Shoah happened. An anti-Western Arab nationalism happened, including Haj Amin Al-Husseini’s taking refuge in Hitler’s Germany while the young Anwar as-Sadat and Michel Aflaq admired fascism–and Rashid Ali supported a wide-spread killing of Iraqi Jews. These are warnings that the human heart is a very dark place (FTR, Uncle Kepha ewcofnizes that there are sins of Western civilization as well). ‘
It pains me that Tucer Carlson and Candace Owens, who were once very insightful about the American political scene, should join forces with the Shoah deniers and Jew-baiters. While I do not share Senator Cruz’s Dispensational theology, I say kudos to him for taking them to task.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. (“Replacement Theology” ? )

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Isaiah 46:8 Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,

He also said that He would do nothing ‘unless He informs the prophets.’
There are times in the Bible when God gave explicit directions which involved a *time* for action. Like with Noah, the Jews in Egypt, and as you quoted about “fleeing* when they saw the ‘abomination standing in a Holy place.’
The Jews who had accepted Jesus as Messiah, fled to the mountains between the times when the Roman armies in (66) surrounded Jerusalem and its Temple. They were gone when Titus came and destroyed the city in 70.
Jesus said to ‘stay awake so we would know when He’s near at the doors.’

I broke with Carlson back when he was still with Fox. What snapped it for me was when he devoted two entire shows to the bi-polar ramblings of Kanye West, essentially without comment.
Carlson seems to take the position that he gives the floor to those too controversial for other forums, which is reasonable in the interests of free and open discourse. But Carlson fails to question such people and their views; he just allows them an open mike while not taking them to task, either intellectually or morally. He is a pundit without a conscience.
As for Fuentes, he should scurry back under that rock of his. He just oozes venom as he vituperates against blacks, Jews and whoever else hits his malign radar.
Such people do not represent us, and we must condemn and repudiate them without reservation, lest we are mistaken for them.

Glenn Beck also repudiated antisemitism on the Right in an appearance yesterday w/ Megyn Kelly. I don’t often agree w/ Ben Shapiro, but I do agree w/ him that there needs to be an open warfare within the Right on antisemites there. That of course, runs counter to Matt Walsh and Michael Knowles
The Right wing movement could be a coalition of all faiths (not including islam), but if (like the Second Crusade) it morphs into a theocratic movement that decides that Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Agnostics,…. don’t belong in it, then we’ll have nothing stopping this country folding to the

These slugs misrepresent Christianity.
One day, hopefully sooner than anyone can foresee, Christ will set them straight as He fulfills His prophecy outlined in Matthew 25.
He made promises and He gave warnings.

I too parted ways with Carlson when he was at Fox. I kept spotting inaccuracies of omission e.g. his report on the, 2021,Texas grid failure during the severe cold snap. He said it was completely the fault
the green energy interface. It was the fault of the entire grid. I’m not a fan of “green” energy but his report was just wrong and inaccurate. I don’t like being misled.
Watching him converse with other deluded/dishonest people puts them on full display as to who they are.
I want their ideas soundly rebutted and hopefully mocked. For us to know how to defeat their ideas we need to hear them speak.
I don’t want Carlson, et al cancelled but my intention is to shun them.
If I had been at Carlie Kirk’s memorial I would not have applauded at his appearance and certainly not his “favorite story of all time” which just happens to be where the Jews, “guys eating hummus”,insist that the Romans put Christ to death “to silence him”. Just like people are trying to silence Tucker et al! How convenient! I would have registered my concerns with Turning Point.
I’m not religious, but he says he is. He has the entirety of the Bible and centuries of Christian writings and his “favorite story of all time” is the blood libel of the Jews as Christ killers. Add that to all the other incidents in his speaking and the patten recognition becomes apparent. it adds up to the antisemitism that it is.
