An Egyptian man, the son of a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, arrived in the UK illegally in 2016. Since then, he’s been a one-man crime wave. An Egyptian man has been allowed to stay in Britain on human rights grounds despite committing 19 crimes since arriving in the UK.
The court also granted him the right to stay anonymous and protect his identity.
The 24-year-old arrived in Britain in 2016 and has committed offences including robbery, burglary, possessing an offensive weapon and drug offences.
He also served time in prison after assaulting an emergency worker.
The Egyptian argued that he was at risk in Egypt as his father was a banned Muslim Brotherhood extremist.
The court ruled that his deportation would violate the European Convention on Human Rights [ECHR].
If this Egyptian is not himself a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, there is no reason to think that the Egyptian government would prosecute him, so he should be deported. And if he is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, then he is a great danger to the indigenous Infidels in the U.K., and in order to protect them, he should be deported. He could be deported not to Egypt, but to a country where the Muslim Brotherhood has friends in high places, including Turkey and Qatar.
Despite his crimes, the man has not been named to preserve the privacy of his mental health issues….
At the Conservative Party Conference last month, the Tories officially adopted the policy of committing to leave the European Convention on Human Rights.
This decision was based on a review by the Shadow Attorney General, Lord Wolfson, who concluded that remaining in the Convention placed “significant constraints” on a future Conservative Government’s ability to implement key policies.
The Conservatives understand, as Labour does not, that the ECHR prevents its member states from dealing appropriately with the continuing mass migration of Muslim economic migrants who are bankrupting their exchequers by taking advantage of every conceivable benefit that the generous welfare states provide. The Conservatives further recognize the futility of trying to integrate Muslims into the larger society. Why would Muslims, taught in the Qur’an that they are “the best of peoples,” want to become part of a society created by Infidels who are “the most vile of created beings”?
The UK ought never to have been a member of the ECHR. It gave away too much of its sovereignty by allowing the ECHR to dictate policies on immigration and deportation. In a number of high-profile cases, the ECHAR has insisted that asylum be granted to those whom the UK had rejected; in other cases, it has halted attempts by the UK government to deport migrants with long criminal records.
The UK’s commitment is to the rule of British law, not to those who would attempt to dictate to the British which of its laws it may enforce, and which it must violate. And the spectacle of the ECHR repeatedly overruling British judges in their application of British law will not strengthen, but rather, weaken Britain’s international standing.

Dispositive of a much bigger problem and not just with the UK, i.e., Europe (America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand too) has brought in millions of people who have, at best, no understanding of the greatness of Western Civilization, and, at worst, an utter contempt for it and the desire to destroy it.
In the entire history of Western Civilization I think it quite arguable, and I would argue such, that no group of Western leaders, not any from antiquity nor the medieval era, bad as some were, nor from the early modern European era, nor more recently with fools like Neville Chamberlain at Munich in 1938, has done greater harm to the best of the West, to Western Civilization in its entirety, than have people like Tony Blair, Angela Merkel, Pope Francis, Justin Trudeau, Emanuel Macron, Barack Obama (in Obama’s case it was clearly intentional), the brain-dead Biden, et al.
The West is in destructive mode not first and foremost because of Islam, bad as this religion is, or because of a seemingly permanently dysfunctional Latin America (too bad America under President Polk didn’t take over all of Mexico—who could cogently argue it’s better as it is but I digress), or for reasons of standard ignorance taking Western affluence for granted, et al. No, the main reason why the West is in such trouble presently is because it has been led, for the most part, by a collection of moral and corrupt idiots over the past half century and making people like Reagan, Thatcher and Pope Benedict XVI doing their best to reverse the continued descent of the West looking more and more like noble but ultimately doomed figures.

I could be wrong, yet it appears to me that it is the native UK women who could still decide the fate of the UK, depending on what native males choose, extended adolescence or manhood.
The reasoning is:
Most of the Muslim migrants since 2015 were single men. If the native UK women choose Muslim men for family mates, the UK is lost.
If the UK native males man-up, marry native females, and shoulder their family responsibilities, many of the migrants will return to their native lands without mates and the UK native males would have the back-bone to keep those Muslims who don’t return to native lands, civil.
Currently, the UK males are so feminized and self-interested that the native women might find Muslim men preferable. If a woman must make a choice between a man who will not commit nor protect her and her children above his own wants and a man who will – is it a difficult choice?

1. Britain signed up the the ECHR in 1950 when the world was still reeling from the fight against Nazism.
It was designed to protect human rights at that time.
It’s principles were sound.
It is misused today to protect criminals particularily foreign criminals

Yes. It needs to be abandoned but it is not that simple.
2. The Articles of the ECHR are embodied in the British “Human Rights Act 1998″ . This was done by Blair.
It is therefore now British Law however ill advised and corrupted in modern usage
3. The Conservatives had 14 years to get rid of the ECHR and the Human Rights Act and did nothing.
In fact the perpetuated the gross destruction initiated by Blair.

Muslimes around the world are laughing in the faces of the British people and spitting in the faces of these stupid stupid Judges in the UK.
We are seem as weak men that cannot defend the women as we ”allow” them to do their own thing and have a free lifestyle and muslimes see this as disgusting and look down on Western men for ”allowing” this kind of behavior.
There is no way we can fix these muslime men and the only thing to do is start deporting those here illegally and then round up ALL the Iman in every single mosque and tell them if they preach hate against the UK then they are gone baby gone.
Meloni in Italy just did this after she heard about an Iman who taught about killing infidels and she had him deported within 24 hours.
