James DiEugenio is perhaps the most knowledgeable JFK assassination researchers. That said, the video is almost unwatchable due to the poor audio.
The JFK assassination was at its base a homicide, murder by gunshot. There is not a single bit of forensic or any other kind of evidence that would convict Oswald in a legitimate homicide trial.
Dallas chief of police, Jesse Curry, turned out to be one of Oswald’s chief defenders. On the day of the assassination Chief Curry was all in with the opinion that they had their man. In later years Chief Curry had this to say. “We don’t have any proof that Oswald fired the rifle and never did. Nobody’s yet been able to place him in that building with a gun in his hands.”

Nonsense. Oswald’s own Mannlicher-Carcano was found with the the three empty shells on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository building and where he left it after firing the three shots he did. This was the same rifle that was used in his attempt to kill General Edwin Walker the previous April. Also, if Oswald was innocent, why did he kill Officer Tippit?
Oswald was the lone killer and every conspiracy theory has far more holes in it than the Warren Report. Yes, mistakes were made in the Warren Report but the overall conclusion was eminently correct, i.e., Oswald alone killed JFK and wounded Governor Connally.

My name for the Warren Report is The Grand Finagle. The WC began its deliberations with the pre-ordained conclusion that Oswald was the assassin. They no sooner got started when they began to bump into exculpatory evidence. This caused them to spend much of their time looking for ways to finagle their way around this unwanted evidence and testimony. Their main finagle, their grand finagle was their invention of the single bullet scenario. When you get right down to it, if wasn’t for exculpatory evidence, they wouldn’t have had any evidence at all.
BTW, that alleged 6th floor window snipers’ nest was a comical stage prop. Those three empty shells were found neatly placed side by side on the windowsill. Nobody, and I mean nobody saw any rifle fire coming out of that window. Keep in mind the alleged rifle is loud, smoky and emits a significant muzzle flash. There had to be at least a 1000 people on the street and in the trailing motorcade with a clear view of that window and only one person claimed have seen it. This person’s description of what he saw had more holes in it than a colander, but they used him anyway because he was all they had.

There’s so much you alleged which is not true. Two men, Harold Norman and Bonnie Ray Williams were on the fifth floor directly below Oswald and heard him operate the bolt action on that rifle and heard the cartridge cases hitting the floor.
The empty shells were identified by numerous ballistic experts as coming from Oswald’s Mannlicher-Carcano rifle, the very rifle Oswald used the previous April in his attempt to kill General Walker, which you did not address, just as you did not address why Oswald killed Officer Tippit. And referring to the Warren Report as “the Grand Finagle” proves absolutely nothing. It’s conclusionary in the worst way.
As for the “single bullet” matter, sometimes called the “magic bullet,” it is an eminently correct theory. Bullets do crazy, unpredictable things and the second bullet Oswald fired did just this (the first bullet missed completely and was never found, the second bullet was found mostly intact on the gurney that brought the Governor into Parkland and about 3/8ths of the third bullet, the one that was lethal to JFK, was found in the limousine).
All the conspiracy theories have far more holes in them than the Warren Report. Arguably the single greatest myth of the 20th century is that there was a conspiracy to kill JFK. There was not. Oswald, a total loser but an excellent marksman—he won the second highest award for marksmanship in the Marine Corps and any Marine is an above average shot; Oswald was an above average shot for a Marine—alone killed Kennedy.
So tired of the rubbish conspiracy theories. They’re all bogus.

The captain of the Dallas Police Department who interrogated Oswald said he agrees with the Warren Report. The only thing that was left out, he says, is that Oswald was trained to evade the question about his shooting of JFK.

If that is the case why won’t they release all the files on it? It was a conspiracy, & LBJ was one of the big ones involved in it. He even confessed to his shrink about it. The Zabruda film clearly shows the kill shot coming from the grassy knoll front right of JFK.

You have zero evidence that LBJ was involved with any conspiracy to kill JFK. This is what happens with a lot of conspiracy theories, i.e., a statement is made as fact when in fact it is not fact.
Oh, btw, LBJ confessed to his shrink? Uh-huh. What was the name of that shrink? How and from whom do you know this?

Read Roger Stone’s book about it for answers. So why haven’t they released everything about it then if nothing to hide? The CIA & mafia were involved too.

I had a friend (passed away) who was a retired FBI agent. He had just joined the FBI in 1963 and was stationed in New Orleans. He got the job of looking through the local libraries for any books Oswald had checked out. He found them: novels on political assassinations and texts on sharpshooting.
He also told me that the U.S. government went through the trouble of reconstructing the Dallas crime scene at a military base. The limo with dummies was pulled along a carwash style track. A tower with a single window simulated the Book Depository. One hundred riflemen were pulled at random from various units, placed into the tower, and told to kill the president. Ninety six succeeded.

To say that JFK was going to withdraw America presence in South Vietnam would be misreading his January 20th, 1961 Inaugural Address in which he said that we were willing to help any friend and fight any foe to secure freedom.
For that reason, I did not believe LBJ when he campaigned on the promise not to have American boys fight against Asian boys.

At the 3:19 mark it is claimed that JFK was working for a rapprochement with Castro. This is totally untrue. Operation Mongoose, which tried to kill top Cubans and destabilize the country, was still underway on November 22, 1963. The only ‘rapprochement’ prior to that date were internal studies in Kennedy’s administration that explored the possibility of trying, they were in no way. commitment to do so.
