A crucial part of the plot had to be for Oswald to be killed shortly after JFK. That part of the plot went awry so Jack Ruy had to be called in as the clean-up man. In that short period between Friday afternoon and Sunday morning the case of against Oswald had already begun to fall apart. If Oswald had not been killed my guess is he would have been released with all charges dropped no later than Tuesday. By Friday evening they already knew that the tests done on his cheeks to see if he had fired a rifle recently came back negative. His fingerprints were not on the rifle. There is no record that the rifle itself was ever tested to see if it had been fired recently. My guess is that fundamental test was done and came back negative, so they just decided not to mention it. Then there was the Altgens photo that showed an Oswald lookalike in the doorway of the Book Depository at the time of the shooting. The key feature of that individual was the dark colored shirt unbuttoned about halfway down. If you look at all the photos of Oswald taken at the time of his arrest and while at the Dallas police station many of them show him wearing a dark colored shirt unbuttoned about halfway down. A retake of that photo on Monday using Oswald and other employees posing in the doorway wearing the same clothes they wore on Friday would have been the end of the case against Oswald.
One other point. Oswald was the victim of a professionally choreographed frame-up. Even though it was put together by pros, parts of it were as the saying goes “too clever by half.” For example, the forged photos, what we now call photoshopped, of Oswald posing with guns and communist periodicals was shown to Oswald while he was still alive and in custody. Oswald immediately recognized them for what they were and stated he would be able to prove it.

Nonsense. So much of what you stated is simply not true. For example, Jack Ruby being the “clean-up” man when no such proof exists. Another example: Oswald’s palm print WAS found on the rifle by Lt. Carl Day of the Dallas Police crime lab.. And what was Oswald’s rifle doing on the sixth floor of the Depository in the first place, the very rifle used by Oswald in his attempt to kill General Edwin Walker some seven months before? And put together by pros? What pros? Name them. I say you can’t.
So tired of this shit.

Oswald shouldn’t have been outside anywhere. He should have been inside working at his day job–not going home and getting a handgun and killing a police officer.
