It’s a joke in extremely poor taste. This Wednesday, November 5, around noon, a group of teenagers filmed themselves in the nave of Saint-André Cathedral, located on Place Pey-Berland in Bordeaux. In the videos, the five teenagers, aged 16 and 17, repeatedly shout “Allahu Akbar.”The scene frightened the worshippers who had come to pray, and they alerted the local police. At the scene, law enforcement officers apprehended three of the five teenagers; the other two had already fled.
Placed in police custody, the three teenagers are accused of condoning terrorism. However, the police are trying to reassure the public. “This is completely stupid behavior. The terrorist angle has been ruled out,” stated the Gironde Regional Directorate of the National Police (DIPN).
Currently, the three youths remain in police custody. The legal proceedings are not yet known. Directly inciting acts of terrorism or publicly condoning such acts is punishable by five years’ imprisonment and a €75,000 fine.

We can expect the court will likely accept it as a foolish prank and no court will fine assetless Muslim teenagers €75,000 for this.
Why? Because only a minority of native French citizens take religion seriously, an example well set by the government’s own elite.
Was Notre Dame rebuilt because it was a necessary place of worship or for its value as an iconic tourist stop and national symbol? I remember that tourists were buying organ concert tapes and memorable trinkets while Mass was in progress.
Was it an intentional affront to French Catholicism? Yes. Yet it seems that Western government, under the democracy of voting, will not appear to step too far out of sync with the voters or of appearing “Islamophobic” – essentially politicizing law.
Interestingly, the UK, France, and Germany all have significant growing factions who are fed up with elites and migrants. If Europe is saved from Islam, it won’t be due to government action.

The next day, he was convicted in court of “incitement to racial hatred” at the request of the prosecutor of the city of Angers, Mr. Bouillard. He will be tried next May. In the meantime, he has been placed under judicial supervision, is no longer allowed to post on X for a month, and is also no longer allowed to go to the supermarket.

Jean-Eudes Gannat is not an isolated case; some French citizens face multiple lawsuits for “hate” or “racism,” while others live under judicial protection.
It’s a case of double standards: these kids who are calling for murder will probably have no problems with either the police or the justice system because they are Muslims.

At some point in time these attacks on none islamic churches is going to reverse and mosques will become fair game for destruction if muslins/islamic criminals keep attacking other religious sites. If they keep poking the bear it will wake up and strike back.
