A migrant from Syria who has a ‘receding hairline’ and ‘grey hair’ has won an age case after an immigration judge ruled he was 16.
Authorities in Britain said the Syrian was ‘clearly an adult’ when he arrived on a small boat last year because of his ‘mature’ physical features, a tribunal heard.
The migrant – who claimed he was 16 – had ‘hairy, muscular arms’, ‘crow’s feet lines’ on his eyes, and ‘wrinkles’ on his forehead.
He is a smoker and has ‘stubble’, a ‘deep voice’, a ‘visible Adam’s apple’, and age assessors said he had a ‘receding hairline with grey hair all over his head’.
Derby City Council, which carried out the age assessment after his arrival, rejected his claims and said he was ‘significantly over 18 years of age’.
Senior immigration workers judged him to be aged between 24-26.
An immigration officer said the Syrian, who was given anonymity and was referred to as SMF, used his ‘slim’ body stature ‘to present himself as a child’.
But the Applicant took the case to an appeal in the Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber and has now won his case.
An immigration judge ruled that he was 16 at the time of his arrival in 2024 and is 17 now….

A judge like this intends to cause strife for native society. If we could view the judge’s life as a child it would all make sense. Just like counselors tend to be those who had psychological problems as youth, so liberal judges tend to be those who suffered or saw what they believed could be rectified by a courtroom.

It’s truly a wonder that anyone arrested, indicted and tried for a crime while claiming innocence is ever convicted. “I didn’t do it” will likely one day be enough to have a judge say, “not guilty.” no matter how much the evidence says otherwise.

If any citizen in American is injured or killed by any of these “refugees” that overreach by this judge and the 9th Court of Appeals allowed into our country the victims should be allowed to sue every one of the judges involved for malfeasance and wantonly disregarding public safety and reckless public endangerment. Furthermore Congress should hold hearings on impeaching these judges. There is no excuse for their activism on the bench.

Teeth don’t lie.
A forensic dentist should have looked at his teeth; and likewise, since, the skeleton of a teenager is different from that of a full adult, the relevant bones should have been X-rayed and then the images examined by a forensic medico or archaeologist. They know what tell-tale features reveal the age of a skeleton.
If that sort of evidence is not required and/or not deemed admissible, then the powers-that-be are either evil, or idiots.
