A Moroccan “minor” who claimed to be 17 years old when arrested for the rape of a 14-year-old girl in Madrid has been revealed to be 23, shifting his case from juvenile to adult court and exposing his long record of violent crime.
The attack occurred on Aug. 29 near the Hortaleza juvenile center, where the man was living under the guise of being an unaccompanied minor. According to police and medical reports, the victim was beaten, stripped, and raped.
Officers responding to the scene found the suspect, identified as Mohamed Rifai, hiding in the bushes nearby. As reported by OKdiario, he resisted arrest, punching and kicking the officers, threatening to kill them, and later lashing out violently in custody.
Once detained, Rifai vandalized his holding cell, threatened police and forensic staff, and refused to cooperate. His outbursts escalated to the point where authorities were forced to sedate him.
Though he presented himself as 17, forensic examinations of his teeth, wrist, and collarbones concluded he is at least 19, with a most probable age of 23.2. As a result, his case was formally transferred from the juvenile court to a regular one. The ruling stated that on the date of the attack, he was “in any case, over 18 years of age.”
This reclassification carries significant legal consequences. If convicted of rape as an adult, Rifai could face up to 15 years in prison. Had he been tried as a juvenile, the maximum penalty would have been eight years in a detention center.
It was later revealed that the suspect had already amassed 14 convictions in Spain, ranging from shoplifting to violent robbery and assaulting a police officer, before the alleged rape….
The revelation regarding Rifai’s age comes the same week that Spain’s socialist government began the gradual transfer of more than 600 Moroccan nationals claiming to be minors from the North African enclave of Ceuta to the Spanish mainland….

For the jihad-minded, it was better in many ways than riding with Muhammad, sacking cities, looting, and taking sex slaves – it was booty without combat, sex without the responsibility of supporting a slave, and not a moment worrying about any eternal punishment from Allah for exploiting infidels.
The only worry was the infidel laws, under which, if the young man was caught, infidels might offer only mild or no punishment to avoid the scarlet mark of “Islamophobia”.
What an oasis for a Muslim male from a poor country, particularly when EU leaders were so ignorant of Islam’s doctrines. The UK seems to be learning though much too late to save thousands of women.
