It was only a matter of time. Pope Francis’ woke doctrines are living on through Pope Leo XIV. “Pope Leo XIV reminds Catholics of duty to welcome and assist migrants,” Africanews, October 5, 2025:
Pope Leo XIV has invited Catholic faithful to choose between God and money, as well as justice and injustice.
He was speaking in St Peter’s Square on Saturday, the first day of the Jubilees of Migrants and the Missionary World.
Addressing the over 40,000 pilgrims present, he said people should use God’s gifts to create a more just and equitable world.
“In order to start everything afresh, the Jubilee also opens up the hope of a different distribution of wealth, the possibility that the Earth belongs to everyone, because in reality this is not the case,” he said.
“In this year we must choose whom to serve, justice or injustice, God or money. To hope is to choose. This means at least two things. The most obvious is that the world changes if we change.”
A Catholic faithful, originally from Nigeria, Regina Ubiaco, side migrants were happy to be in St Peter’s Square with the Pope who she described as “one of our own”.
What about God’s mercy on victims of Muslim rape gangs, as well as victims of the jihad, human trafficking and the like?
When will a pope come out in full support of Christians whom jihadists and communists are persecuting? When will one express concern for the victims of crime and jihad that have occurred as a result of uncontrolled and unvetted migration?
The pope has previously stated that “no one should be forced to flee, nor exploited or mistreated because of their situation as foreigners or people in need! Human dignity must always come first.” He’s right that people should not be mistreated due to their being “foreigners” and “in need,” but that he is also naive since that is not the reason that sensible leaders in Western countries are refusing, or calling for the refusal of illegal migrants from Africa, the Middle East, Mexico and countries of the Northern Triangle of Central America — Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. Borders are managed to protect innocent people, in much the same manner that the pope himself is safely walled up in the Vatican.
In fact when will those popes who advocate for “equity” and open borders relinquish their own personal security and fully open up the Vatican to all the migrants from Africa and the Middle East who wish to enter?
Hypocrisy is dangerous when it emerges from the highest levels.

How about the Christians having to “flee” their homes, churches and fields in many nations of Africa? The word “migrant” needs to be discussed. Are all migrants equally able to integrate into their host societies? Have some migrant populations shown contempt for those who give them succor,? Which migrants have been brainwashed to believe that they are the “best of peoples” and that all others are the “most vile of created beings”? Do we have any experience with different migrant groups that lead us to distinguish those who pose no threat and those who are a menace, to our well-being?
The refusal to distinguish one set of migrants — the Muslims — from all the other, inoffensive migrants, is what keeps us from arriving at the unpleasant truth. We need to halt not migration, but Muslim migration.

Migrants do not have the right to expect benefits nor to live beyond the reach of the new country’s law nor to be able to substitute their own laws and systems.

But whose dignity? That of the citizens they’re attacking and demanding they work to support them, and worse yet, sacrifice their children and their own beliefs, should come first. A “distribution of wealth” should be like this; A wealthy, or at least “well-off” guy hires a less wealthy person to do some work…yard, store, phone…and when the work is done as required, some “wealth” is “distributed” to the worker. “A worker deserves his wages.” As Paul wrote to Timothy (first letter, 5:18)
According to James (brother of Jesus), people who are truly Christian help “widows and orphans.” Those ones cannot do a day’s work, but giving to them is appropriate.
Real *men* want to work and earn what they need; and what their families need.

The immigration act of 1965 needs to be repealed. It allows LEGAL immigration from many Muslim majority countries. Meanwhile, the LEGAL door is almost shut from people from central and South America. In TX you only see Hispanics, probably mostly illegal, working in the hot sun. You don’t see any of these legal Muslim refugees doing much of anything. Uber drivers maybe. ( they are given free housing, Medicaid health insurance, Food stamps, and even free transportation to mosques, so why work.)
In the USA most Hispanics assimilate in one generation. Most Muslims don’t ever assimilate. Just look at Dearborn,MI.

In my opinion, this is the kind of position most Christians around the world are currently waiting for. And this position has very often been that of the Church throughout history. Moreover, the Church did not only condemn Islam ; it must also normally condemn communism.
