Pakistan: Deaf and mute missing Hindu teen shows up ‘converted’ to Islam and married to much older Muslim man

Each year, at least 1,000 Hindu, Christian and Sikh girls are forcibly converted to Islam, while the Muslim perpetrator often denies everything, and the state turns a blind eye. Although the UN Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner stated that UN experts are alarmed by the lack of protection from forced religious conversions and forced marriage for minority girls, nothing is ever done about it. It should be no surprise to find that Pakistan is actually on the UN Human Rights Council. This mockery of justice exposes the absurdity that the UN has become.

A 15-year-old Hindu girl, born deaf and mute, who was missing for over a week, has surfaced before the media in Pakistan’s Sindh province, holding a certificate of conversion to Islam after allegedly marrying a much older Muslim man.

The girl from Korwah town in Badin district had gone missing around nine days ago. Her parents had lodged an abduction complaint with the local police.

On Saturday, she appeared before the media alongside her alleged husband, where photographs of her holding the conversion certificate were taken.

Her father questioned how a deaf and mute minor could have agreed to marry a man, who is a drug dealer and has seven daughters…
