Muslims Vandalize Texas Church, and Hamas-Linked CAIR Discovers Free Speech

While the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) presents itself as “America’s largest Muslim civil liberties organization,” it is actually only glancingly interested in civil liberties. Whenever a public official dares to utter even the mildest negative word about Islam, including opposition to jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women, CAIR kicks up as much of a brouhaha as it possibly can, demanding apologies, resignations, and even reeducation classes for everyone who might have been tainted with the offender’s “Islamophobia.”

  1. CAIR, as usual skews the details. The three were charged with a hate crime not because of the content of their “speech” but rather because the crime of criminal mischief was committed against a Christian Church.

  2. The U.S. constitution has a First Amendment, but how do you justify free practice of a religion that espouses in its main tenets and centuries of violence the killing of Jews and Christians?

    Does that not deny them First Amendment protections?

    India tried to ban Islam, but they were too late. During the court proceedings riots and massacres across the city of Calcutta and throughout India caused the judge to have second thoughts even hearing the case.

    In 1945 the U.S. census only recorded 5000 Muslims. Now, they are 2% of our population . . . is it too late for US?

    • People can practice Islam in the US–but only to the extent that it does not violate our laws.

      • ‘Practice’ is a copout.
        Their holy book’s basic and fundamental tenets are Jihad and Kill the Jews.

        Just because a relatively small percentage of adherents never engage in Jihad or kill a Jew makes no difference. If they contribute just one dime to the mosque or madrassah, then they are complicit in ‘religious practices’ in violation of public policy, and public policy cancels out the First Amendment.

        An example is animal sacrifice for religious purposes. If the killing is cruel and/or involving torture, the ‘religion’ has no First Amendment Rights.

        If the religion requires abuse of a child or human torture, ditto.

    • Islam is practicing Politics all around the world today. Political Islam should NOT be consider a RELIGION.

      CAIR is an organization who’s sole purpose is to promote the migration invasion of America.

      “Is it too late?” No we do have an advantage over most other countries, called the Second Amendment.

  3. That church doesn’t have an armed congregation or security? That too, a Texan church? We’re not talking here Michigan or Minnesota

  4. Camera’s are inexpensive, can hide them and nail the Muslims who did damage. Security would also help as in alarm systems.

    This is just the beginning people, Oct. 2023 set off a global message to all Muslims, time to conquer where ever you are.

  5. the one muzzie convicted so far, was not convicted of a ‘hate crime,’ although that is what it was…muzzie hatred of Christianity and Israel.

    Claiming this vandalism was simply a “First Amendment Right” of the muzzies to express their opinion is such a twisting of the Law and Constitution, it should be enough to send the cair members out to sea.(my opinion)

    One can only imagine how their argument would be the opposite if a muzzie barracks had some graffiti about anything written on a wall. They wanted hate crime charges a few months ago because someone did something at a barracks (in IL, I believe it was) They called on the FBI to investigate.
