Iran: Prosecutor tells ‘chastity and hijab working group’ that ‘intensified hijab enforcement’ is coming

The Islamic Republic of Iran is prepared to become even more oppressive to women. Its mandatory hijab laws, which it intends to intensify, are based on Qur’anic edicts.

And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only what is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment except to their own husbands or fathers or husbands’ fathers, or their sons or their husbands’ sons, or their brothers or their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, or their women, or their slaves, or male attendants who lack desire, or children who know nothing of women’s nakedness. And do not let them stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn to Allah together, O believers, so that you may succeed. (Quran 24:31)

If a woman does not cover, she is fair game to be assaulted….

O prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their veils close around them. That will be better, so that they may be recognized and not molested. Allah is always forgiving, merciful. (Quran 33:59)

The Islamic regime’s enforcement is excessively brutal, yet Western leftist feminists argue in defense of the hijab.

Meanwhile, three more women died in the Islamic Republic after being denied medical care in prison. Arbitrary detention of dissidents is commonplace in Iran, so one never knows the truth about why prisoners are in jail.

A prosecutor in central Iran announced that authorities will intensify enforcement of mandatory hijab laws.

Mohammad Hatamikia, the prosecutor for Ardestan in Isfahan province, told a meeting of the city’s “chastity and hijab working group” that under the law, any individual who clashes with those enforcing Islamic codes cannot receive reduced sentences “under any circumstances.”

The announcement comes as reports emerge of increased pressure on women in public spaces, universities, and government offices across Iran.

Hatamikia said no individual or legal entity has the right to prevent enforcement of the “Propagation of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice,” using the Islamic term for morality enforcement.

“For example, if a woman appears as a client in an office and the office manager prevents the Propagation of Virtue, he will face temporary suspension of up to two years,” Hatamikia said.

The prosecutor announced plans for expanded “special and field patrols” in cooperation with the Basij militia and FARAJA, Iran’s law enforcement command.

Hatamikia cited Article 638 of the Islamic Penal Code, saying: “If a case related to lack of hijab is sent to the judicial system, we will be obligated to take legal action and punish individuals.”…

  3. The Shiite Islamic tyranny of Iran is based on Islam with its Sharia is, very much, anti-female towards both girls and women.

    Islam with its Sharia supports forcing females to wear the hijab is demeaning and degrading to females, both girls and women.

    Likewise, the hijab is one of the many aspects of the oppressive misogyny of Islam.

    As a scholar of Islam had revealed the disturbing horrible truth in her book “Control of behavior and disregard for human life are key elements in Islam ideology.” Furthermore, the author also exposed that `” Women is Islam are considered unclean, deemed inferior even to dirt.” [1]

    In addition, the misogyny of Islam isn’t limited to Shiite, it’s also a strong powerful vicious part in the essence of Sunni Islam.

    For example, on March 11, 2002 in the Sunni Saudi Arabia a girls dorm caught on fire, the girls naturally rushed out of that dorm that was on fire. In their hast to escape the flames they forgot to take and put on their face veils. Those Islamic state police of Saudi Arabia with this totally unreasonable and heartless Islamic mindset forced all the girls back into the dorm that was on fire. Only because they didn’t have their face veils. So all those girls did a horrible painful death .This is worse than tragic and sad, this is the murderous misogyny of the Islamic kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It had been revealed in a Time –Life book with the title MESOPOTAMIA: THE MIGHTY KINGS copyright 1995 ” For that future history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.

    Therefore Sharia is of pagan origin and therefore has no value or worth.
