London’s Metropolitan Police arrested a doctor in the UK who called for the ethnic cleaning of Jews and celebrated Hamas’s Oct. 7, 2023, massacre across southern Israel
Dr. Rahmeh Aladwan, 31, was charged Tuesday on four charges related to her statements about the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza, London police said.
Video footage on social media shows police officers removing the trainee surgeon in handcuffs after explaining her alleged crimes.
Aldawan has been the subject of an ongoing investigation by the General Medical Council and was scheduled to appear again before a tribunal on Thursday, following public pushback after a previous review cleared her to continue practicing medicine….
In the arrest video, the female officer tells Aladwan, “You’re under arrest for four offenses: malicious communications times three, and for inciting racial hatred.”
After hearing the charges against her, Aladwan asks the police officer in the video, “Are you doing this for Israel?”
“I know you’re doing this for the Israeli Jewish lobby so you can get an arrest on me before my tribunal on Thursday,” she adds, according to the video. “A doctor for seven years and I’ve never harmed anybody. Never had any patient complaints. And this is what the British state is doing for Israel, for genocidal Israel.”
If you were Jewish, and you were assigned to be Aladwan’s patient, would you not be full of anxiety? If Aladwan thinks that 90% of the world’s Jews are genocidal, then doesn’t she have a right, even a duty, to stop them in their tracks? Why should she not treat her Jewish patients in such a way that they are weakened by their illness rather than cured? If a life-threatening condition is detected in a Jewish patient, there is no need to pass on that information to colleagues so that the condition can be treated; for Jewish patients, she may want to let nature take its course without human intervention. By her lights, she’ll only be doing the world a favor.
And by our lights, the NHS’ Medical Advisory Board needs to ensure that she is struck off. Aladwan’s deranged hatred of Jews makes her a clear menace, a threat to the safety not only of her Jewish patients, but also to the safety of Jewish medical colleagues for whom she harbors such hate. Imagine what she could do in a hospital setting, if not under constant surveillance. She’ll be able to continue her surgical training in any number of places — Qatar, Iran, Turkey, and Pakistan all come to mind — places where antisemitism is no hindrance to becoming board certified. It may even be a plus.

I am more concerned with the watering down of requirements for foreign educated physicians to practice in the US. 17 states no longer require residency in a US hospital to obtain a physician’s license. Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin already made this law. 16 other states have such legislation in 5he pipeline.
So, Rahmeh Aladwan could just move to the US (after lying on her visa application, and get herself a job as a physician in one of those states.

I have noticed the doctors do not care about their patients anymore. To many have come to America only to make a lot of money. They just give people who pay for the license get it even though they should not be a doctor. Money is the only thing the elite seem to care about.America needs to be more careful and not let so many crazy people into our country because we have way to many crazy people now. I was wondering what is being put in the water in Oregon and state of Washington, did you look at the rioters faces; they did not even know what they were doing.

If she approves of terrorism, whatever the cause, then she is morally off-centre and ought not to be in any of the caring professions. And if she doesn’t understand why her social media posts might alarm people, then she lacks empathy, in which case, ditto. I haven’t heard of any adaptation courses enabling doctors to retrain as veterinary surgeons, but, rather than waste her training so far, surely someone could put one together.
