Trump should ‘take the win’ and not get involved in nation building in Gaza.
Once it was clear that its attacks on Oct 7 wouldn’t lead to the conquest and destruction of Israel (especially once Hezbollah refused to pull the trigger and Iran hung before instead of launching the massive rocket barrage that would have followed had it looked like its Jihadists might be winning), Hamas fell back and used the hostages and more importantly, worldwide propaganda, as a shield to prevent Israel from finishing it off.
Hamas had two objectives in the negotiations.
1. Leverage the handful of hostages for the mass release of Islamic terrorists to nail down the narrative that it did more than survive, it won.
The disastrous ‘peace deal’ accomplishes that, unleashing large numbers of some of the worst monsters.
But, more importantly,
2. That Israel would not be able to go back in and attack it.
Hamas obviously accomplished its first objective. The question of whether it accomplished the second objective is still up in the air. The Blair-Witkoff-Kushner peace plan is a Qatari plot to safeguard a Hamas state (under the façade of dismantling it) by building a political infrastructure that it can operate behind, by bringing in foreign ‘peacekeeping’ troops sympathetic to Hamas to do for it what the UN’s peacekeeping troops did for Hezbollah: allow it to attack Israel and then hide behind the ‘peacekeepers’ to prevent any Israeli retaliation.
The Qataris and their useful idiots did their best to create such a wall for Hamas in its plan. But it’s up to us if that plan succeeds.
The Gaza plan depends on the United States to maintain it. The best position for the Trump administration to take, is to ‘take the win’ with the hostages, take the victory tour and then stop being involved.
Nation building is a bad idea in general. It’s a worse idea in Gaza. And still a worse idea using blueprints from the state sponsor of Hamas meant to protect it.
As I’ve been saying for two years now, the best thing the U.S. can do in Gaza is not be involved. The only people who disagrees are left-wing wokes and right-wing wokes who are now very excited about recognizing a ‘Palestinian’ state. The more we get dragged into nation-building, the more we have to lose.

So point is, since Sinwar told the Muslim savages of Hamas to be very cruel .. Now since Sinwar had been killed he is now severely cruelly suffering in the fires of hell.

I think that #1 is a split win for both Israel and Hamas – Israel for getting back the 20 surviving hostages, and Hamas for getting back all its murderers. But going forward, I’d think Israel is a lot freer to attack Gaza if it sees Hamas not relinquishing power, or Gaza reverting to their control, and this time, there being no hostages that Hamas can use. I do think it’s a loss for Israel that the Palestinians won’t be expelled to other countries, as Trump proposed some months ago: I do hope that’s still on the cards
As far as rebuilding Gaza goes, if the Palis are to stay there, Qatar should be the one forced to bankroll the effort. As far as security goes, maybe let muslim countries that are somewhat soft on Israel, such as Azerbaijan and Indonesia do that

I don’t agree with the US taking a back seat on the committee. These Lilly-livered pseudo heads of state will appoint people who can be easily manipulated into doing their bidding. The US needs to counterbalance this. Trump is the first head of state to have openly said that the people of Gaza should move somewhere else. Many now wish to do this so the Arab countries need to open their doors to them and let them in. Arab money should also be used to rebuild Gaza once it is decided what it should become. Never should it be allowed to harbour terrorists again.

Nation building in any Muslim-majority nation will always fail as the US discovered in iraq. Building supplies will be stolen and and bullets will pfly.
Hamas didn’t care about Palestinian suffering when it began 10/7 nor does it now. It is hooked on adrenaline and power. It won’t give up unless the Palestinins kill it. Hamas can never integrate back into normal life, like a child soldier who has no idea of normal family life and just wants the next adrenaline fix and recognition.
We have seen this story before. Israel has only bought time, though it may now be considerable, before the jihadi cycle begins. Islam is a religion of conquest and and the most ardent believers will be the violent ones.

Nur eine komplette Zerstörung der Hamas Terroristen und die Vertreibung ihrer Familien aus Gaza, ist ein klares Statement an alle Linksfaschisten (mit oder ohne Küchentuch auf dem Kopf), die glauben, mit ihrer Unmenschlichkeit und Gewalt gegen den politischen Gegner ungestraft davon kommen zu können.

These are very tough times. Netanyahu said yesterday that Israel is reading Ecclesiastes this week, so i read it with tearful eyes. It spoke to my soul.
It is a mixed joy and grief to see the hostages, but knowing how the deeply narcisstic, psychotic ideology of islam and its followers lie, deceive, manipulate, it won’t be a long-lived truce. This may be Mr Trump’s 1st miss-step. The violence in Palestine and the rest of the middle east will not stop, all Arab nations do not want to join the Abraham Accords, Saudi Arabia have said they will only join if Palestine is made a State which won’t happen & they know it, and doing a victory lap before Hamas hav eeven kept their part of the bargain is excruciatingly awkward knowing they WILL NOT LAY DOWN THEIR ARMS, or deliver all of the dead hostages.
