A court trial for a 23-year-old Iraqi migrant has begun before the Dresden Regional Court, who prosecutors believe has no ability to limit his sexual impulses after a series of groping incidents targeting women and children.
The man is expected to be permanently placed in a secure psychiatric facility after the series of attacks, if prosecutors have their way.
In March 2025, according to prosecutors’ indictment, he sexually harassed several women and even a child.
Among the incidents, he grabbed a 22-year-old’s buttocks in front of the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), and in Blasewitz, he harassed a 17-year-old. Both victims were fortunately able to defend themselves from the stranger’s sexual assaults.
However, he then targeted a younger and smaller victim, attacking a 10-year-old near a school.
Police were able to arrest the Iraqi man, but in each case, he was quickly released.
The accused first applied for asylum in Sweden but likes to repeatedly travel to Germany. In February 2024, he returned to the Swedish city of Trelleborg with a ferry using the Dublin procedure. However, he popped up again in Saxony-Anhalt shortly after he was sent back to Sweden.
Now, the court is examining whether the Iraqi man has schizophrenia and whether he can be put inside a psychiatric hospital, permanently….

Well if its like here in the states a death penalty means you will live off the citizens for at least thirty more years or your natural life span. Life in prison may result in 10 to 12 years depending on the parole board.
I think removing his junk and deporting him makes way more sense, but them again I’m not a judge or politician being paid by the citizens to protect them and carry out the laws.

A convicted murderer….he stabbed a six year old boy in the child’s own bedroom and tried to also murder the little boy’s sisters…was sentenced to 20 years for **assault**. He has just been released after serving 8 years. In the U.S.
Also in the U.S., a woman got 13 years for abuse of an infant. (she and the baby’s father did unspeakable things)..only weeks old…which led to death, the baby’s father might get more prison time.
these are only two….a very, very small fraction of cases…examples of what is going on in the *justice system.*

Dresden falls within the former East Germany’s boundaries, and East Germany has consistently voted AfD in recent years. So if there is a continent-wide revolt against this “migrant” crisis, which started w/ Merkel’s inane announcement more than a decade ago, it would start where the crisis started – in Germany, before spreading to the rest of Europe. Just like the “Arab Spring” started this crisis, particularly when it tried to spread to Syria, the European Winter or Autumn may be what ends this

Why does the EU think of those Muslims doing such horrible crimes are mentally disabled at first place? They should be immediately deported to their respective countries or should be dumped in jail to rot like the ordinary criminals. This is the Germany Angela Merkel dreamed about. I remember Bob Dylan a long time ago singing that someone’s conclusions should be more drastic. This article nails it. “They know it’s jihad. They want it.” It’s a hard thought to have, and easy to avoid – but if it’s true, we have to deal with it. Those “in charge” of our safety want jihad, otherwise they would be opposing it.
To bring in socialism, yes. And also, for many, I wouldn’t rule out sheer sadism, identifying with the oppressor. And acting out anger against a society that they think has failed them, because they failed to believe in it and its Christian core. They gave up on God, feel empty, and then blame the world instead of themselves. One could go on and on with motivation for their betrayal of their post and of reason. But they are accountable.
