Was this an attempted vehicular jihad?

If you can kill a disbelieving American or European — especially the spiteful and filthy French — or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other disbeliever from the disbelievers waging war, including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be….If you are not able to find an IED or a bullet, then single out the disbelieving American, Frenchman, or any of their allies. Smash his head with a rock, or slaughter him with a knife, or run him over with your car, or throw him down from a high place, or choke him, or poison him….

A 32-year-old woman from Saint-Malo attempted to cause an accident by attempting to grab the steering wheel of the bus she was riding. She was taken into custody for condoning terrorism.
On Monday, October 27, in front of the Maupertuis high school in Saint-Malo, a woman attempted to cause an accident on the bus she was riding.
It was around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, October 27, in Saint-Malo, when a bus traveling from the Féval parking lot to the city center was involved in an accident. As the bus passed in front of the Maupertuis high school on Avenue Coubertin, a 32-year-old woman shouted “Allahu Akbar” once, according to several sources close to the investigation. According to initial evidence, the assailant walked toward the driver and attempted to grab the steering wheel to cause an accident….
The police arrested the young woman. The resident of Saint-Malo, who was completely unknown to the police, was taken into custody on charges of ‘glorifying terrorism’ and ‘intentional use of force.’ A psychiatric evaluation will be conducted shortly….

A would-be murderer , in the U.S., with a fork gets on a bus and stabs teens.
Its bus-jihad. Will buses be banned? Will everyone be forced to walk to school, work, the grocery store, etc.?
