Of course. Barring him from practicing medicine would have been “Islamophobic.” Do you think that if Suhail Anjum had been a native British Anglican, he would have been given this light a punishment? In shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain today, the answer is clear.
“Married doctor, 44, who left patient on operating table in the middle of surgery to have sex with a nurse is cleared to resume his medical career,” by James Tozer, Daily Mail, September 18, 2025:
A senior doctor who left a patient on an operating table in the middle of surgery to have sex with a nurse in an adjoining theatre has been cleared to resume his medical career.
Consultant anaesthetist Suhail Anjum, 44, was discovered ‘in a compromising position’ with another nurse at Tameside General Hospital in 2023.
The father-of-three was seen tying up the cord of his trousers, while his colleague had her underwear on display when the pair were surprised by another nurse.
A disciplinary panel has now found that Dr Anjum’s ‘deplorable’ actions amounted to serious misconduct, but concluded that as there was a ‘very low risk’ of them being repeated.
Today it ruled that a written warning should remain on the doctor’s registration for two years, saying his fitness to practise medicine was not impaired.
Married Dr Anjum – who said he felt ‘shame and guilt at this horribly embarrassing incident’ – is currently back working in his native Pakistan.
But he has expressed hopes of returning to the UK to work in the NHS again.
The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service hearing in Manchester was told that Dr Anjum left the patient, who was having keyhole surgery to remove a gall bladder, because he knew that his colleague – referred to as Nurse C – ‘was likely to be nearby’.

He told colleagues he needed a ‘comfort break’, the panel was told.
But a second nurse who went to prepare medical equipment in a different operating theatre was ‘shocked’ to come across the pair engaging in ‘sexual activity’.
Dr Anjum admitted all the allegations, saying the incident occurred during a period when he and his wife ‘were not connecting as a couple’.
‘I have let down everybody,’ he said.
‘It was the lowest point of my career.
‘I am genuinely sorry and shamed and fully recognise the seriousness of my behaviour.
‘It was a one-off error and I will never repeat this behaviour.
‘I would like to ensure the panel that it will not happen again but that does not take away the guilt and embarrassment.
‘I have only myself to blame.’…

Countless cases of patients dying and inquests uncovering a serious lack of care have been on the news thread the past few years. Little babies, pregnant women, old people, young adults, all being *mistreated* by doctors and nurses and staff.
Wondering now how many of the deaths could be attributed to actions such as this from muzziescum like this one.
Disgusting is not strong enough to describe this evil. Both he and the nurse involved should be stripped of their credentials. At the very least.

According to the AMA, an anesthesiologist taking breaks during surgery is not abnormal. In this case it is the nature of the activity and unnecessary absence that is unethical. Apparently, “signout logs” are kept describing the reason for the break which was unlikely to have made any reference to sex.
“Anesthesiologists regularly take breaks during operations, whereas surgeons do so more rarely. This article considers the origins of this difference in practice in relation to different characteristics of the work of these 2 specialties as well as differences in professional identity..” …… “Anesthesiologists have embraced the concept of intraoperative breaks, which they describe as ‘relief’ breaks.”

This guy had a distorted view of what “relief” the profession intended. It seems that a certain culture may have a tendency toward, “Whatever is wanted, by right, should be possessed”.
The fact the anesthesiologist was a Muslim likely reduced his punishment but one should always be aware that the higher echelons of medicine, since their origins, have a common deference as do all professional organizations.

Poor old doctor Anjum.
Obviously poking around in that keyhole looking for a gall bladder got him going, so what else was he supposed to do! Nurse C was handy so why not. Every doctor should have to stop half way through an operation for a quick bonk, new NHS rules.

Nobody will be surprised to know that in the UK Indian sub-continent types and Afros are hugely over represented in the figures for doctors and medical staff abusing their positions with patients. When an incident is announced, most people can pictured the offender easily.

UK: Muslim doctor who left patient during surgery to have sex with nurse is cleared to resume his medical career
………………………………..
This *is insane*. Doctors don’t get to take a “comfort break” during surgery, even of it doesn’t involve the nurse. The *only* way a doctor “takes a break” is if they are suddenly feeling seriously ill and cannot finish the operation–and they would have to arrange for another doctor to take care of the patient–unless they were so sick they had passed out.
And note that this doctor only seems embarrassed about his involvement with the nurse–no concern about hs patent at all, which should be the first concern. Something can go wrong with even the most routine surgery.
He should *never* practice again–certainly not in the UK. And what happend to the nurse?
James Lincoln says
I am a physician who has assisted operating surgeons on hundreds of major surgeries. And a cholecystectomy (gallbladder surgery) is major surgery.
During those times, I have never seen an anesthesiologist leave the operating room without either another anesthesiologist – or nurse anesthetist – taking over during the absence.
Like I’ve said before: avoid muslim physicians if at all possible.
somehistory says
Dr. Lincoln, I have had several operations. For some of them I was just *numbed* but still awake and alert. Never did any of the doctors leave the theater.
I have heard from doctors that the anesthesiologist is the guy who keeps the patient alive while the surgeon cuts, removes, sews the patient.’
This creep should not have anyone’s life in his hands….ever again.
James Lincoln says
somehistory,
You are 100% correct, thanks for your reply.

Two and a half years in prison for chanting who the f**k is allah? Leaving a patient during surgery to have sex with nurse calls for reinstatement. Muslims often say they love death and evidently the UK and Western Euros do too.
OLD GUY says
As the saying goes you said a mouth full. Where in the hell is common sense? Why should non-islamic/muslim people live in fear of offending Islam? Islam hates us and wants us as slaves or killed and we are so concerned about F-Islam. Do our government leaders ever lock up muslims who shout out load and clear kill infidels? NO.
Captain Quirk says
Good point. I think that the reason is that criminal law attorneys aren’t nearly as informed as they should be on the tenets of muhammadanism, whereas they should be. I guess law schools don’t teach the truth of the matter. Thus, this is a very good point OLD GUY! By the way, why use caps? There’s nothing wrong with being old, nothing very interesting about it either. For all I care, you’re 127 yrs. old. That’s fine with me. Your opinion counts as much as anyone else’s. But hey, yours is pretty good!
