A disturbing case of abduction and sexual assault has shaken Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, where a Hindu girl from a Pakistani refugee family was allegedly kidnapped and raped in late July. According to the FIR filed on August 5 at the Jaisalmer Women’s Police Station, the girl was forced into a car around 1:30 am on July 28 by four Muslim men, including one identified as Fazal Mohammad. She was taken to a room near the Mohangarh bypass, where Fazal allegedly raped her while the others remained present. The men threatened to wipe out her entire family if she dared to speak out. Later, when the group received a phone call from another Muslim man warning them that police and relatives were searching for her, they abandoned her on the roadside. She was eventually rescued by the police and brought to the station.
The girl, who had turned 18 only recently and married on June 8, was visiting her parental home when the attack took place. She later told police that this was not the first assault. For a long time, Fazal had harassed her. He frequently lingered near her home in Mohangarh. On Valentine’s Day earlier this year, when her parents were away, he lured her outside and raped her. The girl also stated that he had taken photographs and videos of the assault, which he later used as leverage to threaten and coerce her. Whenever she resisted, he allegedly threatened to make the images public, forcing her to endure repeated assaults.
In her testimony, the girl explained that this pattern of abuse had gone on for years, beginning when she was still a minor, which clearly amounts to grooming, with the accused deliberately targeting a vulnerable young girl and exploiting her through fear and blackmail.
On July 27, after returning to her parents’ home from her in-laws, she began receiving a series of threatening calls. The next night, the threats materialized when Fazal, accompanied by three others, identified as Qurban Khan, Sabir Khan, and another accomplice, arrived in a car. According to the FIR, they forced her into the vehicle, drove her away, and carried out the assault before dumping her on the roadside.
Initially, the girl was too frightened to reveal the whole truth. Police sources said she hesitated in recounting her ordeal, overwhelmed by the threats she had received. It was only after confiding in her uncle that she disclosed how she had been blackmailed and assaulted repeatedly over the years. Based on her detailed statement, the FIR was registered. Yet more than twenty days later, no arrests had been made, sparking outrage among the local refugee community.
The delay in action prompted protests in Jaisalmer, where members of the Pakistani-displaced Bhil community, alongside activists of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), staged a sit-in at the district collectorate. Protesters carried placards, raised slogans, and demanded immediate arrests of the accused. They voiced frustration that despite the seriousness of the charges, the accused continued to roam free. For many among the refugee families, the incident felt like a cruel twist of fate. They had fled Pakistan, fearing abduction and forced conversion of their daughters, expecting India, with its Hindu majority, to provide safety. Instead, they now found themselves facing similar threats across the border. “If we are not safe here, then where do we belong?” one protester asked.
VHP leaders described the case as an instance of “love jihad” and warned the administration against treating the matter lightly. They pledged to continue their agitation until justice was delivered. While the district administration has acknowledged the protests, no concrete statement has been issued on the progress of the investigation, further fueling anger. Community members say the prolonged inaction not only prolongs the suffering of the victim but also undermines confidence in the justice system.
The case has also taken on a political dimension. Rajasthan is governed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), a party that positions itself as a defender of Hindu interests. Still, critics argue it has not only failed to protect a defenseless Hindu minor from rowdy Islamic elements in the state, but also couldn’t deliver swift justice. The silence of opposition parties has also drawn scrutiny, with many observers pointing out that they have avoided protesting since the accused belong to the Muslim community. Even Dalit groups, who often speak out when members of marginalized communities are attacked, have not taken up the cause, since their political alliances and anti-Brahman propaganda frequently place them alongside Muslim groups.
For the Hindu refugees from Pakistan, this silence from every Indian institution has deepened their disillusionment. They say the case remained absent from mainstream media for weeks, as if it were being deliberately kept from public attention. Now, with both ruling and opposition parties accused of looking the other way, the Hindu refugees feel abandoned once more.

That’s the point I have been making for the last 3 years: the BJP is anything but a defender of Hindus, and that’s all over the country. The prime minister is from that party, and so are most of the chief ministers (equivalent to governors here in the US). Despite that, we have stories here all the time of muslim men stalking Hindu girls of all ages & marital statuses – absolutely no different from Bangladesh or Pakistan. As Sitaram Goel once observed, “Hindu society is doomed unless this RSS-BJP movement perishes”. That’s precisely what needs to happen if India is not to go the way of Fuckistan

You have to remeber India don’t make it a day with radical Islamic oil and economic ties, repatriated money , and Hindu laborer in gulf. so bjp is limited by outside forces, and even the USA and west will use a crackdown on Islamic problems against India.
They’re going to handicap India for a long time.
Modi is a wise leader, but India must know its place. “A wise man knows his limitations”.

No, they invest the bulk of their money in foreign exchange reserves, particularly in US bonds and in both US & EU banks. In the US, they have some $700 billion in reserves, when they only import something less than $100 billion of anything from US. That’s a high risk move. They could pull back that money and use it for things like their own crumbling infrastructure, following policies like President Millei in Argentina and expanding economic and job opportunities in India itself. They were actually doing that fine in the early 2010s, but over the last 5 years, they seem to have reverted to their old, third world, socialist ways
Once they straighten out their economy and also end their versions of DEI, they’ll do fine. In fact, so fine that not a single Indian would need to go to places like Qatar to find jobs, much less Russia. Then those Indians who go abroad but discover that they have trouble assimilating in the local cultures can return, and actually replicate their same successes in India itself. Let the only people from India who immigrate be those whose cultural values don’t match, rather than those who just leave out of economic necessity

Islam is the worst kind of brutality. It begins in the mosque where they brain wash and train the young boys to follow islamic leadership and fight, rape and murder non islamic followers. Its time to shut down Mosque and stop Islam.

Burden of proof, if the attacker still has the proof on his phone then there it is. If not the proof is gone.
Again DNA testing in that nation, what’s DNA testing?

Ironic or Tragic? Muslim men in India rape Hindu refugee girl from Pakistan

How about just despicable? This poor girl. God, I hate Islam.

You got that right. These Muslim fanatical dogs should be taken in and punished immediately by surgical castration, pending further legal action. Unfortunately the so called BJP administration is in name only, probably more interested in protecting their power base!!
