This August 27, according to information from borders relayed by CNews, Muhammad Souhail Akram managed to escape from the Paul Guiraud psychiatric center in Clamart (Hauts-de-Seine). This 37-year-old Pakistani had been interned there since August 3, following an attempted murder committed in Ablon-sur-Seine. That morning, dressed in a djellaba, he tried to steal his bag from a man, who had fled by climbing in a RER train. Muhammad Souhail Akram then threatened him through the window with a knife.

Inject him with a maximum dose of Thorizine or Haldol every day so he sits there like a zombie in a “snowed” state. Keep it up until he develops a bad irreversible case of tardive dyskinesia. Then release him. His jihad days will be over! Problem solved!

We know that this fellow is a mentally normal Muslim for who killing or attempting to kill an infidel is perfectly normal. But if he is first sent to a psychiatric hospital for an attempted murder, then escaping from that hospital and then again attempting to murder someone whom he doesn’t know at all I have one question.
Is that not adequate grounds to remove him from France entirely and sent him back to Pakistan, his native country? Or is France forced to stick with him forever?
What about his entrance to France, did he have mental illness then? Did he lie to authorities about his mental state? Or was his insanity brought about by living in France, which would clearly be grounds for deportation as then being in France itself was the basis of his insanity.
Looks to me like the authorities in France could easily get rid of this potential killer madman if they wanted to. Again, it is all really about the Will To Deport.

Of course, these people have never read the Quran, but for them, Islam cannot be bad, so those who commit crimes are “crazy”.
