Will she be deported? Many will argue that the question itself is politicized and “Islamophobic.” But if a patriotic congressman who was an immigrant had married a sibling under similar circumstances, would leftists hesitate to call for his or her deportation?

  1. There is no “phobia” connected to this violation of Law which has yet to be prosecuted. But, she and all who support terror will say so.

    However, false claims happen all of the time when a criminal is charged with a crime. If courtrooms could talk and play back all of the lies which have been told and re-told when defendants are on trial, we can only imagine the grinding of teeth of those sitting in the jury boxes and on the benches having to hear them again.

If I as an American citizen cross the border from Mexica and have one quart to many of Tequila our border patrol will take that bottle away from me. I will also be on a list and if I violate customs again I will be subject to fines or even jail time. So how can this Omar be so exempt from immigration fraud? They should be able to apprehend and deport her with out a court and Judge being involved just like my bottle of Tequila which is harmless compared to Omar.

  3. These documents are not new and have been around for years. I don’t know how she has been able to dismiss them out of hand like she has in the past but, maybe this time will be different.

It is a pity that too many Muslims are brainwashed as children that they are superior to other cultures and races then carry that attitude into another culture and demand their, “bow down to me”, unearned respect. By establishing their own communities their sense of superiority can remain until it meets an infraction of the law.

    They have gotten away with this and the use of Islamophobia as a weapon in France, the UK Germany, etc, making threats and getting away with serious infractions. However, in the US this does not excuse them from justice. Probably nothing will happen for Omar whose is apparently not Omar.

She thinks the US treatment should be like she could demand in the EU. This should give CAIR nightmares.

    • Omar became a naturalized US citizen in 2000. We didn’t have a DHS in the year 2000. The US government created the circumstances that led to the creation of the DHS. Pretty slick huh?

Omar was lucky enough to end up in the United States. But now Omar says that Somalia is better than the USA. I dont understand why she doesn’t go back voluntarily. Well, I do.   15. DNA is the proof and documents and witness statements show cause. Like other criminal suspects her DNA can be taken clandestinely.

  16. Getting married solely for immigration purposes is also immigration fraud. Still not indicted.

    • If an American marries a foreigner for immigration purposes but they stay married and build a life/family together, I can give them some leeway. But in this case, both she & her brother knew that they were never gonna conceive kids, and that it was only a way to smuggle him into the country
