This parade display was meant to represent a deep threat to American interests: “China’s Xi projects power at military parade with Putin and Kim,” by Ryan Woo and Mei Mei Chu, Reuters, September 3, 2025:
BEIJING, Sept 3 (Reuters) – Chinese President Xi Jinping warned the world was facing a choice between peace or war at a massive military parade in Beijing on Wednesday, flanked by Russia’s Vladimir Putin and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un in an unprecedented show of force….
“Today, mankind is faced with the choice of peace or war, dialogue or confrontation, win-win or zero-sum,” Xi told a crowd of more than 50,000 spectators at Tiananmen Square, adding that the Chinese people “firmly stand on the right side of history”….
Seated between Putin and Kim in the viewing gallery, Xi repeatedly engaged in conversations with both leaders as thousands of troops and materiel passed before them. It marked the first time the trio have appeared together in public.
Putin later thanked Kim for his soldiers’ courageous fighting in the war in Ukraine during a bilateral meeting at China’s State Guesthouse. The North Korean leader said he was willing to do everything he can to help Russia.
The biggest concern is all three countries, China, Russia and North Korea, is improving their military relations. Already in December, a “Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty” between North Korea and Russia “came into force.” Also, last Sunday, Xi Jinping met with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that it was the “right choice” for their countries to be friends, particularly given the fact that both countries have shared concerns over American tariffs and dealings with Russia. Trump’s Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent called the Xi-Modi summit “‘performative’ and accused China and India, the biggest buyers of Russian crude, of being ‘bad actors’ by fuelling Russia’s war.” India and many others are jockeying for position in a world where the old order is rapidly giving way.
The two most significant opposing camps in the world are the red-green axis (Communism and Islam) and free societies (with equality and the freedom of speech as their foundations). But given the relentless leftist traitors on Western soil who are undermining Western societies, most notably those who do not understand that Israel stands on the front lines of jihad war, America as a world power stands at a crossroads, while the red-green axis is growing stronger.
Bear in mind where North Korea stands with respect to Islam: During the Covid lockdowns, special consideration was given to Muslims. “Though North Korea’s strict COVID-19 pandemic measures have barred North Korea’s shrinking expat community from most social gatherings since Jan. 2020, a special exception was made last week for the Muslim celebration of Eid al-Fitr.”
Russia, meanwhile, has a long history and co-dependent relationship with Islamic Chechnya. According to Reuters: “The Kremlin relies on its hardline Chechen leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, to maintain order in the violent region in the North Caucasus, where separatists were driven from power a decade ago after two wars.”
Ramzan Kadyrov has imposed elements of Sharia in Chechnya; it is the most Islamized region of Russia. Russia and Chechnya have a history of war, but now they need each other. In 2020, Russia’s military established control over Chechnya, which is now subsidized by Moscow; Kadyrov has become close friends with Putin, despite the fact that at one time he was anti-Russia, and advocated for Chechnya’s separation from Russia. He was affiliated with the Chechen independence movement.
Ramzan Kadyrov’s father, Akhmad Kadyrov, was the separatist-appointed mufti of Chechnya. Ramzan followed in his father’s footsteps until Putin appointed him First Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic in 2004, following the assassination of his father. He then began displaying a loyalty to Putin and Russia that has continued to this day; he has been Head of the Chechen Republic since 2007. In 2022, Kadyrov called for a Russian “jihad” across all of Ukraine, after he was granted the rank of general in Russia’s army. He said that the appointment was a “huge honor” for him. Eight months later, in June 2022, Russia signed a contract with a Chechen special forces group, the Akhmat paramilitary group, that has been “waging the Kremlin’s offensive near the town of Mariinka in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine.”
It isn’t unreasonable to surmise that given the turbulent past between Russia and Chechnya, and the current apparently deep bond between Putin and Kadyrov, that Russia prefers to maintain stability in its relationship with Chechnya. With that said, in the end, a Muslim hardliner such as Kadyrov will always choose Islam over any other system of government, no matter how tight the red-green axis may appear. Already, relations between Putin and Kadyrov are becoming turbulent over “secret Middle East talks ” between Kadyrov and Middle East officials.
As for China, despite its deplorable treatment of the Uyghurs, the Chinese government website says: “The People’s Republic of China (PRC) was one of the first countries to support the Palestine National Liberation Movement (Fatah) and recognized the State of Palestine. In May 1965, the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) established an office in Beijing which enjoys diplomatic privileges and immunity.”
This is just one of many indications that the red-green axis will likely continue to grow stronger, which is, or should be, a matter of concern to the West. The goal of this axis is to destroy America, seen as the foremost exponent of Western freedom, followed by other Western countries. Should these forces succeed in destroying the West, the world will likely see a battle for hegemony between Islam and Communism. As Xi Jinping warns the world about “facing a choice between peace or war,” it is China, a vital part of the red-green axis, along with Russia and North Korea, that most threatens that peace.

Now if only the rest of the free world would understand this truth. Marxism/Communism and Islam will clash after they try to rid the earth of Judaism and Christianity. But Christ will prevail, and He and His Bride will be at the wedding super of the Lamb of God celebrating His wedding..
But does that mean we as the Church or the House of Israel are to allow the murder of the innocent, or the killing in war by the Commulists? Or do we fight against this evil for the innocent, and the Church, just like the Nation of Israel is doing for their survival?

Westman says
I’ve sadly come to the conclusion that three empires are vying for supremacy in the world, and Islam is just a subnote.
China, Russia, and the West(US, UK, EU) all have interest in being the prime hegemon. The Ukraine war and the Israel-Iran war may reduce that through new alliances. It appears that China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea are finding an interest in common defense.
There is much inconsistency in assuming relations between Russia and Chechnya are souring at the same time its Muslims have volunteered to fight for Russia since 2022. And one wonders if Muslims have forgotten China’s treatment of a million Uyghurs? They must wonder, would it do the same to mainstream Muslims?
Any world domination is both economically and militarily out of reach for Islam. Their common interest, eliminating all Jews, cannot be accomplished, though Israel is at serious existential risk from Iran. Currently the US is a counter balance that stops Turkey from acting and provides backup against Iranian attacks.
The US may be in a weaker position in the future due to debt and movement away from using the dollar for international trade. The recent movement of India toward BRICS after the US raised tariffs might give BRICS a kickstart.
No large modern state, extended by cheap energy, can be economically healthy without it. Is it likely the EU will slide into bankruptcy? France is already looking toward the IMF for a loan. Will the, “coalition of the willing”(very unpopular elite EU leaders who want to stay in power), choose war to distract the populace? What a mess….
Let us insist that our US support for Israel stays in the forefront no matter what the future brings.
Jerry says
India was in BRICS before the Tariffs were thought of. The I in BRICS stands for India. Brazel, Russia, India, China and South Africa make up the BRICS acronym. So, the Tariffs are not the reason India is aligning with Russia and China in BRICS.
Westman says
I’m quite aware of the I in BRICS and other parties have and are joining which are not in the acronym. BRICS will encompass half the world’s population.
And yes, tariffs, an extortion, were the last straw for India, while only a necessary condition. Russian oil was the sufficient reason, as no large nation can prosper today without cheap energy. The, “gas station posing as a nation”, where India is procuring its fuel, only gets about 17% of its economy from fossil fuels and has a PPP about equal to the US.
It was the oil embargo of Japan that led to Pearl Harbor and it was the destruction of the Nord Stream pipeline that will sink the EU economy by making it dependent on far more expensive fossil fuels. One would imagine Germany now regrets shuttering its nuclear generating plants as its industries starve and cease for lack of cheap energy. Fossil fuels will yet drive future wars.

I have been watching various YouTube channels to learn what’s really happening w/ some of these different countries
⮞ China 🇨🇳 – a few days ago, I was watching a Gordon Chang interview on YouTube by the Epoch Times, which discussed the various internal fissures in China. One startling fact that stood out was that Xi Jinping has lost control over the PLA and is losing some influence within the population. Somehow, this time, Beijing can’t go on a high by encouraging its population to consume more. What is important is that Western and other companies continue their exodus from China to other low-cost manufacturing destinations, be it Vietnam, Thailand, India, Singapore, et al so that China’s economy gets even more hollowed out – just like the US economy was ever since China was admitted into the WTO
⮞ Russia 🇷🇺 – I have been following a Russian emigrant Elvira Bary, who has been reporting on all sorts of aspects of life in Russia, from who they’re recruiting for their war to their demographic implosion and gender imbalances. Essentially, Putin knows that if he forces Moscovites and St Petersburgians into this war, he’d be cooked – there could be a revolution like 1917. So the Kremlin has been hollowing out all the Siberian provinces, like Tuva, Buryat, Krasnoyarsk, and some non-Russkie parts of Eurussia – Tatarstan, Chechnya,…., forcing their governors to conscript men from ages of 15 to 70 to fight in this war, and even bringing in troops from abroad.
There’s also what happens the day after the war ends: all those troops, who had been paid well on the Donbass frontlines, will be back to no jobs and back to the economic downward spiral. No matter what agreement is reached, Putin will have nothing to show for it, so already, there is a power struggle brewing, w/ once powerful oligarchs and governors getting dismissed, and worse, murdered. There is even a return of Soviet era policies like price controls and land grabs, and post-Soviet institutions that were painstakingly developed in the 90s and 00s are being ignored. I just hope that there isn’t another 1917 type revolution that converts the Russian Federation into the Soviet Russian Federation. Oh, and then there is the threat that China could gradually start claiming Siberia, since it’s empty, and China has the manpower to fill it but Russia doesn’t. Despite being critical of her former country, Bary says that in a post war Russia, the West should this time avoid the mistakes it made in the 1990s, when it just ignored Russia. A point I have made here and elsewhere about our policy towards post-Soviet Russia. I recommend most videos in her channel – they are pretty eye-opening
⮞ India 🇮🇳 – the euphoria of Modi’s first term in 2014-2019 is long gone. I won’t touch on the islamic issue here, bad as it is. But on the economic front, the ruling BJP has reverted to a lot of the socialist policies that it used to condemn back in the day, making India resemble an oligarchy. Although Delhi imports 38% of Russsian oil, unlike Beijing which imports 47%, it’s bought by private companies which refine them and resell the bulk of it to Europe, since that’s how the oil markets work: gasoline savings from all this Russian oil has not percolated down to the gas pumps in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Noida, et al (if anything, they’re trying to mix 20% sugarcane-based ethanol, which causes engine damage). While the tariff threats have not been well received, many Indians do recognize that Trump’s job is to do what’s best for the US, so don’t hold it against him.
But statements by Scott Bessant mocking the Indian rupee, and 2 days ago, Peter Navarro’s claim that Brahmins are the oligarchs getting enriched by all the Russian oil sales have gone down badly. Navarro’s claim is bullshit, since none of the major companies – Reliance Petrochemicals nor any of the other companies doing this refining and reselling – are owned nor run by Brahmins. Until now, the moves against India did not look like a hatred of Hindus in general, but now it does. Given how supportive Hindus have been to Jews and Israel, Navarro’s comments have actually shocked them, and convinced many that the US is at best a neutral partner, and at worst, a hostile one. It won’t help US on the trade front, where we are trying to get into their agriculture, dairy, retail and military sectors. (Dairy is out, if people are convinced that US cattle are fed non-vegetarian feed, and military is out given the US role in forcing India to end its war against Pakistan as well as past policies of withholding military spare parts after the 1998 nuclear tests)
One Indian analyst pointed out that the $700B that India has in 💵 reserves as well as in US bonds is lethal, as the US could just freeze that in the same way that they froze Russia’s $300B assets (and now, the EU is contemplating using that to aid Ukraine, rather than saving that for Russians once the war ends, normal relations are restored). He has therefore urged that the Reserve Bank of India (their equivalent of our Federal Reserve) should stop putting money there, pull out some $600B from there and use that to strengthen the rupee, as well as invest in currencies of countries that India does trade w/ more. As well as follow policies like President Millei in Argentina – shut down entire ministries and bureaucracies, and let the economy grow. He pointed out that while President Trump himself has good policies – shutting down DEI and LGBTQ lobbies and ending USAID, that the US political establishment has very different – and hostile – visions, and that India absolutely must recognize that it’s an Eastern, not a Western country. I disagree w/ one of his recommendations of reconciling w/ Beijing, which unlike Russia, has territorial claims on India, but I do think he is right when he says that India should ally more w/ countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, South Korea and others like them – Asian countries. But India’s economy is in trouble as well, and DEI-like policies but this time caste-centric rather than race-centric is driving many Hindus out of India to countries where they are increasingly resented. They desperately need a party that like Millei, would completely de-bureaucratize the country and encourage the rest of the world to move their manufacturing from China to India, a party like all the ones in Burma that has zero tolerance for islam and a leader like Putin who’d reclaim all Indian territory from Pakistan and China, but do it smartly.
Jerry above was right that India was in BRICS – and SCO, and that is something I don’t think serves them well. They used to be in an organization called SAARC (South Asian Association for regional cooperation) which included Pakistan, and ultimately, India started ignoring it in favor of another organization called BIMSTEC (which are countries around the Bay of Bengal, but now, this one includes Bangladesh, which is now an enemy of India, even if Modi doesn’t seem to recognize it). India has this stupid habit of joining organizations that have members hostile to them: Pakistan is already a member of SCO, although not of BRICS
Also, the “dedollarization” trend has been conflated w/ the concept of a “BRICS currency”, the latter which is not what it seems to be. Essentially, after Russia was pulled out of SWIFT in 2022, the profile of BRICS Pay only rose. It was supposed to be a way for those countries to receive and make payments in their own respective currencies, making SWIFT completely irrelevant in a huge portion of the world. “Dedollarization” is a secondary effect of this system: if these members can trade in their own currencies, then there is no reason for them to stockpile 💵💶, and that results in the 💵💶 values crashing, and them no longer being reserve currencies. Tucker Carlson, in his saner days when he was still at FNC, did a couple of shows where he painstakingly explained the consequences of these anti-Russia sanctions on the US in general, and the 💵 in particular
On this “dedollarization” trend, I don’t think Trump can pull us out of it w/ anything, be it tariff threats or anything else. Although I support tariffs and like the 10% tariffs that he ended up w/ most countries, I do think that his use of it harks back to a Silicon Valley cliche: “If the only tool in your toolbox is a hammer, every problem will look like a nail”. The only way for the US to recover now on the debt front is to make offshoring prohibitively expensive, in the hope that onshoring will completely restore the US economy

Very comprehensive and truthful analysis, Infidel! Thanks for taking the time to write this and the time to be aware of all the information.
India claims to have eliminated the Caste System (in law ) but as you’ve expressed, in practice, it’s very much alive and a detriment to India’s progress.
I was amused by, “Tucker Carlson, in his saner days”, which I’ve also thought.
It appears that BRICS has given up on a common currency and agreed to trade in native currencies for now.
I think the theft of Russia’s assets has long term consequences for the EU and nibbling on the principal, beyond the interest, has already been underway in the EU. Doing the same to India’s assets by the US would cause a drop in investments from foreign countries no longer trusting the US.
When Russia eventually dictates most of the Ukraine war’s settlement, the “frozen” assets are likely to be an item.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Westman
India has in no way eliminated the caste system: like the West w/ DEI, they’ve simply flipped “oppressor” and “oppressed”. Once upon a time, the claim (it’s being historically dissembled today by Indian historians who study not only the works of contemporaneous Hindu historians of the eras, but also foreign visitors like Megasthenes and Hiuen Tsang, who visited the subcontinent in post-ancient times from Anatolia and China, and gave their independent description of what Hindu (+Buddhist+Jain) society was like, which disproved the claim that certain castes were persecuted
However, let’s assume hypothetically that they were. Today, the tables have turned. Just like in the West, DEI has made non-Whites the favored group that others have to pay obeisance to, in India, not just Brahmins, but “General Category” ie everybody who is not a “Dalit” (supposed untouchables who converted to their own version of Buddhism in the 1950s) has to pay obeisance to them. To make things really ugly, India has 2 laws that make general category Hindus pretty much dhimmis in India itself:
⮞ Reservation quotas, which seemingly have no limits. In some states, they go as high as 80%, and these days, on @X, there are a lot of cases where people who are Dalits and who get 0 or even negative marks in their exams are preferred over general caste people who score in their 90s. The jobs in question start as jobs like teachers, but have now started spreading into the medical field and civil engineering, which partly explains India’s crumbling infrastructure during the monsoons. To make things even worse, politicians of all parties now want to spread this to the private sector, which is the only place general category people can hope for any jobs
⮞ There is a law called the “SC/ST Act”, where if someone from those newly-privileged categories even merely accuses a general category Hindu of anything, the book is thrown at the latter, evidence be damned. This law has been used for extortion, and has led to a lot of suicides. That has made life hell for a lot of people
Two results of this have been that more and more communities are trying to get re-classified as backward castes, to avail of these privileges, and that whole thing is a complete scam running in India. The other result has been a major exodus from India of general category Hindus
Here in the US, we think that Indians just want to come here to the US for a cushy life, and to an extent, that’s true. But the Indians I’m describing above want to flee anywhere, where they can get a job, and not be discriminated against, whether it’s Western countries like US, Canada, UK,… or even countries like Russia or Israel. For instance, a number of them have gone to Russia, where they’ve been put on the Ukrainian front as one of the groups Russia wants to use to fight the Ukraine war: at an official level, Delhi has had to get Moscow to intervene and return them. Since October 7th 2023, after the Israelis stopped hiring Palis for their work, a lot of Indian construction workers have moved to Israel, where they have been doing pretty well. Essentially, Indian’s equivalent of “Whites” have been fleeing anywhere they can, just like South Africa’s have. Even if people in the target countries resent them, for whatever reason
The freezing of Russian assets was done to retaliate against them for the invasion of Ukraine. I’m not justifying the Russian invasion. But what that has done is set a precedent to do that to any country that the West is unhappy w/. For instance, what if there is a Leftist wave again throughout the West and they want to sanction country X for not having DEI or celebrating LGBTQ? They could unanimously decide to freeze country X’s assets, and suddenly, X’s economy will be in a tailspin. That’s why one requirement of any reserve currency is that it be perceived as politically neutral. That perception is lost for good, partly bcos the sanctions on Russia imposed in 2022 were bipartisan. In fact, if you recall, Justin Trudeau used to call for sanctions against Uganda b’cos of their anti-LGBTQ policies, which drove them into the arms of BRICS (although they are not yet a member). Essentially, we’re seeing a Western neo-colonialism where Western countries are not occupying countries in Asia or Africa or Latin America, but rather trying to economically armtwist them into doing whatever they want. Which is why the US has already lost trust w/ most non-Western countries, and Trump’s tariff roller-coasters, justified as they might have been in the model of the “Art of the Deal” negotiation techniques, can do absolutely nothing to win that back
So no sane country would stockpile 💵 above and beyond what they need trading w/ the US. They would rather have bilateral mechanisms to trade w/ trading partners in their respective currencies. That is where exchange mechanisms like BRICS Pay come in: they don’t replace 💵💶💷 but rather, they replace SWIFT. Here, in the US, we won’t notice it, since our banks use ABA in exchanging 💵 b/w US financial institutions, but the SWIFT platform has probably been damaged beyond repair
As for Russia and Ukraine, as I pointed out above, the best that Russia can hope to get is what it has already occupied – Donesk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, which is a pretty poor ROI for the 1 million Russian soldiers who died in this war. Which is why Putin’s position would probably be untenable once the agreements are drawn out. Probably the best thing the Kremlin leadership can do is try & oust Putin, preferably like Nikita Krushchev rather than like Lavrenty Beria, and have a new leader who disowns Putin’s policies since 2022 and agrees to give back to Ukraine everything it grabbed since the 2022 war (not including Crimea or eastern Donbass), as well as the stolen Ukrainian kids. In lieu of that, they can demand a couple of things:
⮞ A complete unfreezing of all Russian assets in Western institutions, so that they can bring that back and use that to rebuild the Russian economy
⮞ Agree to Ukraine being in NATO, but on condition that Russia too be a part of NATO. Failing that, demand a rollback of NATO to what it was in 1989
Hopefully, that leadership will then focus on rebuilding Russian institutions created in the 90s, and working on the diversification of the economy, and policies like Hungary like increasing the birth rate
I do want Russia to succeed. B’cos if it fails, chances are more likely than not that it’ll either lose Siberia to the Chicoms (more likely) or to the Turks (Kazakhs, Tatars, et al), neither of which would be a good outcome for the free world geopolitically
