Canada: What might be the consequences for the anti-Trump, Antifa-linked Anti-Hate Network?

President Trump has announced his coming crackdown on the far-left, hateful, violent Antifa. What could that mean for the powerful Canadian lobby, the Canadian Anti-Hate Network et al, which is associated with the group?

Marco Rubio’s post further highlights the Trump administration’s zero-tolerance approach to far-left violence:

The Canadian Anti-Hate Network (CAHN) lobby in Canada says in its own words:

The Canadian Anti-Hate Network is a proudly independent and antifascist nonprofit organization.

Antifa is short for “Antifascist.” CAHN lists among its priorities the targeting of white nationalism,  Christian nationalism, anti-2SLGBTQ+ movements, male supremacist movements and anti-gender movements.

A National Post report in 2022 revealed key points about the Canadian Anti-Hate Network’s alliance with Antifa.

  • “A recent decision by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has given Canadians yet another reason to question the federal government’s relationship with the Canadian Anti-Hate Network (CAHN)……”
  • “The judge said that the statements made had the benefit of being true, noting that, “CAHN did in fact assist Antifa and that the movement has been violent,” and it would be reasonable to state that it is not a “good look” for a human rights organization to support a violent movement.”
  • “The decision tells us two things: that there are members of CAHN who are willing to use the legal system to silence its critics, and that there is a relationship between CAHN and the Antifa movement.”

So what happens when America’s neighbor is engaged with the Antifa-linked CAHN? The group boasts Liberal government funding.

Israel Now leader Meir Weinstein wrote:

The Anti-Hate Network has also received $25,000 from Mohamad Fakih, the owner of Paramount Fine Foods, who sparked an outcry, followed by demands to strip him of an Order of Canada award, when he stated: “Supporters of Israel ‘do not have basic human values, let alone Canadian values.’”

CAHN was co-founded and steered by Bernie Farber, who served as a member of the Trudeau government’s “expert” advisory group on online “safety.” Farber chaired CAHN from 2018 until 2023, and now serves as founding chair emeritus.

Illustrating just how determined Farber’s far-left group is, it published a booklet in 2022, entitled Confronting and Preventing Hate in Canadian Schools, which was supposed to be a toolkit against “online hate,” and was slated for government distribution all across Canada. In reality, it turned publicly funded schools into leftist indoctrination camps, with traditional values presented as “hate.” The booklet was a companion to the unprecedented Trudeau Liberal Internet censorship bill which sparked a strong backlash. Despite being presented as fighting “hate,” the new booklet instead fueled further hatred and division in Canada.

The 53-page propaganda booklet advanced “core values” of the far left. Some of them:

  • Freedom of expression is presented as a cover for “hate.”
  • Trump’s border wall to stop illegals is presented as “hate.”
  • Mainstream Conservative parties are singled out and presented as being “infiltrated” by bigots, “groypers,” and “white nationalists.” The inappropriate pamphlet actually states: “While the majority of Groypers are white, there are a growing number of youth of colour involved in the movement, as they engage in antisemitism, anti- feminism/misogyny, anti-2SLGBTQIA+, Islamophobia, and anti-Black racism.”
  • The book names people such as Lauren Southern and Faith Goldy.
  • It makes the claim: “In our work, some of the most extreme neo-Nazis have been teenage girls.”
  • It condemns a “specific Canadian flavour” of the “worldview”  that is “seen on many college campuses, often under the banner of “Canada First.”
  • In a chapter on “hate promoting symbols,” the booklet names the Red Ensign flag as offensive, even though it was used as Canada’s national symbol until 1965.
  • It condemns concerns about terrorism and crime as “anti-immigrant.”
  • It references  Trump as a “problematic politician” and condemns his border wall as “racist.”
  • It warns about students who may inquire “why there aren’t any straight pride parades, or a white history month during class discussion.”
  • Without context, anti-police sentiment is taught, as the pamphlet teaches that “Black residents are 20 times more likely to be shot by Toronto police than white counterparts.”
  • The booklet ironically utilizes intersectional tropes and stereotypes “people of colour,” stating that “shared beliefs in misogyny, anti-2SLGBTQIA+, Islamophobia, and anti-Blackness will often attract and unite people of colour to hate groups.”
  • It heavily promotes the Marxist, anti-nuclear family Black Lives Matter movement.

Farber has also called Christian evangelicals “Bible-thumping ultra-conservatives.”

The federally-subsidized Anti-Hate Network received a $268,400 grant to fund its guide, which also warned students to be wary of classmates who speak fondly of Donald Trump.

The group is still publishing articles including “REMIGRATION: HOW WHITE NATIONALISTS ARE REPACKAGING ETHNIC CLEANSING.”

Charlie Kirk gave his assessment of Canada and its former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau nearly a year ago:

There are many outstanding questions that apply across the border. For instance, what does it mean now for the anti-Trump, Anti-Hate Network, which is linked to Antifa, that President Trump has announced that he will list Antifa as a “Terror Organization” after the murder of Charlie Kirk? Will its leaders be barred from entering the US? And how will the Canadian government’s funding of CAHN sit with the Trump administration?

  1. A foreign terrorist organization?

    At the very least, the State Department can deny any member of this “Canadian Anti-Hate Network” visas to the US. And if they are found funding Antifa activities within the US, we can launch air strikes on their offices just like we do on terrorist bases in Yemen or Venezuelan boats in the Caribbean carrying fentanyl

    Mark Carney might as well know that just b’cos he got elected doesn’t imply that he’s immune from a US attack if his country either harbors terrorists, or funds them

    Islam functions like a Terrorist-Criminal-Gang Enterprise. Similar to a Foreign Terrorist Organization(FTO) designated by the USA Secretary of State, Islam and its Muslims are a MUSLIM TERRORIST ORGANIZATION(MTO) fighting against Non-Muslims to make Islam supreme and NOT A PEACEFUL religion under Western Law because Islam funds, teaches, and promotes Terrorist Criminal Organizations with Muslims as Terrorists for Allah(Quran 2:191; 4:89, 91; 9:5,29, 111; 49:15, etc.). So, Muslims make false claims and deceitful exaggerations, breed a grievance mentality, and aggravate divisions among people in a manner that allows for justification of terroristic violence(Quran 3:28,54; 7:99; 8:30, etc.). Allah in Quran 4:101 says, “…Surely the infidels(Non-Muslims) were your clear enemies.”

First, considering that Network anti- Donald Trump Network has close ties with, as in linked to that Communist/Hamas terror entity Antifa, that alone reveals that there must be many good decent all-American, pro US constitutional values which President Trump stands for. Likewise, this also shows that the national and Interntional polices

    Second, With the problem and plague of dangerous sand vicious gangs in American cities, as MS -13, there is yet a different “breed” of violent malicious lawless hooligans as from the Marxist favoring thugs who make the bands” that is Antifa.

    As exposed by the book UNMASKED: INSIDE ANTIFA’S S RADICAL PLAN TO DESTROY DEMOCRACY by Andy Ngo on page 98 the reader in informed that during January 2017 “In Washington DC, marauding gangs of Antifa overwhelmed police by braking window sand hurling projectiles.”

    Likewise, in another places “masked Antifa extremists started fires on campus, destroyed property, threw incendiary devices hurled rocks at police…”

    Those aren’t isolated incidents of Antifa violence and mayhem, it occurs in different cities, towns and place time and time again. Sometimes with murderous outcomes. Those criminal bands of Antifia hooligans have proven by their actions that there’re a malice-filled violent brutal gangs of domestic terrorists’ thugs and should be dealt with as such. As Thomas Jefferson had so wised written “With every barbarous people… force is law.”

    Furthermore, the author Mr. Ngo further reveals in his expose’ that “The militant far-left movement and ideology have existed for over half a century in Europe. It has had decades to develop a coherent ideology in both violent and non-violent strategies to undermine democracy under the guise of fighting fascism.”

    To reiterate the last part of that sentence “to undermine under the guise of fighting fascism.” This only proves the old wise saying to be true. Which is that “Evil is always looking for an excuse.”

    Third, in THE EPOCH TIMES A7. 1/26/22 article entitled “Antifa Shuts down College Event in New Hampshire.”

    It informs its reader that “Dartmouth College moved and event online after far-left extremist threaten violence…”

    It further reads “The live even scheduled at the Ivy League university in New Hampshire was called ‘Extremism in America” and was to feature conservative personality Andy Ngo, who has been violently attacked by Anfifa in the past. Antifa and its sympathizer made several threats against the event.”

    So much for freedom of speech. Actually, the lawless ruffians who made up Antifa really do believe in freedom of speech but only as long as it’s them doing the speaking.

    This really shows not only who completely in tolerate Antifa is of those who differ from them, this likewise reveals to weak the platforms of the agenda people are for because they must fear, balance, as an opponent speaker will expose the terrible fragile flaws in what they believe.

Those violent and lawless hooligans who makeup Antifa have embraced and joined the Communist –Islamic alliance which is called the “Red/Green alliance.” Those Marxist leaders of Antifa also lead their members of this domestic terror organization to join with the jihadists against Western civilization and Western society. They are the stooges, tools and useful idiots of Hamas.

    Little do those Antifa ruffians know, realize or understand that they are just serving as “useful idiots” for the jihadist to achieve their Islamic goal advancement of Islam and the establishment of Sharia law of the nations of the West.

    It most likely will not happen but if, and that is “If’ the jihadists succeed in achieving that Islamic agenda for the West, by using as Antifa “soldiers”, as their tools and stooges, in their Islamic quest, they will turn on and their Antifa tools and eliminate them.

    Those Antifa ruffians would never be tolerated in any Islamic country.

In America’s’ s “cultural war” between the conservatives, of the Right , and the vicious enemies of the far- left , Antifa which is the Marxist /Islamic alliance also called the Red /Green alliance. Those Antifa hooligans do poses a danger. Hooligans they actually, for the have proven this, many over by their action’s violence and mayhem. Those violent, criminal and lawless characters who compose Antifa have also proven by their own behavior that they are people of a very low intelligence level.     In sum , in this Cultural War the brutal ruffians of Antifa are, somewhat of ,a reminder of the 1979 movie which is entitled TIME AFTER TIME .In which the hero in that movie said “The first man to raise his fist is the man who has run out of idea’s” So those of Antifa and other of the radical left are those in this cultural war are those men who “have run of Ideas.

Und nicht zu vergessen, welche bösartigen Oligarchen wie beispielsweise ein Herr Soros, mit seiner Finanzierung es erst ermöglicht, dass sich solche gewalttätigen Extremisten global vernetzen und gezielt aggressiv betätigen können. Das antifaschistische Logo als eingetragene Marke ist eine bewusste Verschleierung hinter ihren wahren Absichten.
    Sie benutzen die Worte Nazi und Faschist zur “Feindmarkierung” um damit ihren “Kampf” zu legitimieren und in der Gesellschaft Anerkennung und Unterstützung zu erhalten.
    Komischerweise finden sich diese Gruppierungen nur in westlichen demokratischen Ländern, die nicht im entferntesten von Faschismus bedroht sind. Sie inszenieren Scheingefechte gegen selbst errichtete Potemkinsche Dörfer, um von ihren wahren Zielen, die Abschaffung der Nationalstaaten, die Abschaffung von Demokratie und Individualismus und die Errichtung einer totalitären, antikapitalistischen Gesellschaft, abzulenken.
    Die enge Kooperation mit den Dschihadisten/Islamisten ist nur folgerichtig. Beide haben einen gemeinsamen Feind “Großer Satan/Kleiner Satan” und das kapitalistische Schweinesystem.
    Es ist richtig, ihnen das Handwerk zu legen und sie als das zu bekämpfen was sie wirklich sind: Eine demokratiefeindliche paramilitärische Terrororganisation.
