No, it was not for the murderous antisemitism of his chant — “Death, death to the IDF” — which he first spewed out while appearing at the Glastonbury Festival, that caused Bobby Vylan’s gig in Tilburg, Netherlands to be cancelled. It was, rather, his expression of glee at news of the murder of Charlie Kirk.

The punk duo Bob Vylan have had a gig cancelled after their frontman Bobby Vylan called the far right commentator Charlie Kirk, who was fatally shot last week in Utah, “an absolute piece of shit of a human being” while performing in Amsterdam.
The Tilburg venue 013 has cancelled the Ipswich band’s 16 September show as a result, saying that the band went “too far” at the Paradiso venue in the Dutch capital.
Bobby Vylan, who does not use his real name, added on stage: “The pronouns was/were. Cause if you chat shit you will get banged. Rest in peace Charlie Kirk, you piece of shit.”
In a statement, organisers said: “While we understand that these statements were made in the context of punk and activism, and that the reporting on them is sometimes less nuanced than what actually happened, we still believe these new statements go too far. They no longer fall within the scope of what we can offer a platform.”
The 013 venue said it had initially decided to let the duo perform “despite the controversy that arose after their Glastonbury performance”. At this year’s festival, the frontman led chants of “death to the IDF”, prompting an ongoing criminal investigation by Avon and Somerset police. The band also had their US visas revoked, scuppering an autumn tour.
The frontman also told the Glastonbury audience “F**k the fascists, f**k the Zionists. Go find them in the streets.” “Find them in the streets” and then — beat them to a pulp.
After the band clarified that the chant was “not an antisemitic slogan, but rather criticism of the Israeli army”, 013 decided to go ahead with the show….
Oh yes, that’s okay then. The band “clarified”— that is, tried to make us believe — that Bobby Vylan’s chant “death, death to the IDF” couldn’t possibly be antisemitic, even though what it means is clear: death to all the Jewish soldiers who are now keeping the Jewish state alive. And then there was that other telling comment: “F**k the fascists, f**k the Zionists. Go find them in the streets.”
Antisemitic? Don’t be silly.
Now Bobby Vylan has had its next scheduled appearance, on September 16 in Tilburg, the Netherlands, canceled because of what the lead singer had posted about the murdered Charlie Kirk. It bears repeating: “Cause if you chat s**t you will get banged [killed]. Rest in peace Charlie Kirk, you piece of s**t.”
In response to the show’s cancellation and allegations that the band celebrated Kirk’s death, Bobby Vylan said in a video: “At no point during yesterday’s show was Charlie Kirk’s death celebrated. At no point whatsoever did we celebrate Charlie Kirk’s death. I did call him a piece of s**t. That much is true. But at no point was his death celebrated. If it was, go find me a quote, go find me something that proves that we were celebrating his death. You’re not gonna find it, because it didn’t happen….
The Newquay festival Boardmasters potentially stands to lose its license this week after it allowed the band play the festival in August, in the wake of the Glastonbury controversy.
In July, a Reform community organiser applied to Cornwall Council to review the event’s licence, saying that the band’s appearance “undermines the licensing objectives”. A Boardmasters spokesperson said the festival did not “tolerate hate speech” or “incitement to violence”. Devon and Cornwall police said they were happy with the measures put in place at the festival.
Hmm. The organizers of the Boardmasters Festival held at Newquay expect us to believe that they don’t “tolerate hate speech” or “incitement to violence.” But they saw nothing wrong with letting Bobby Vylan take part in their August festival. Apparently, a repeated chant of “death, death to the IDF” and the command to “f**k the fascists, f**k the Zionists. Go find them in the streets” are neither hate speech nor an “incitement to violence.” Many will disagree.
Bobby Vylan’s claim that the chant “death, death to the IDF” and is neither hate speech nor an incitement to violence is, of course, preposterous. The American government felt the same, cancelling the two-man group’s visas, which means it has now seen its planned fall tour of America cancelled, and a great deal of money lost.
In Europe, it’s not just the group’s antisemitism that has brought Bobby Vylan low, but the frontman’s comments on the death of Charlie Kirk. Repeatedly describing Kirk as a “piece of s**t,” as Vylan twice claimed, is an unambiguous expression of contempt and hatred for that murdered man. As a result, the band has been banned from its next gig, that was supposed to take place in Tilburg. Keep it up, Bobby Vylan. You’ve already had your American visas revoked, and thus your fall tour in the U.S. had to be cancelled. I am sure other cancellations will follow. At this rate you two will be reduced to busking on street corners, or singing for your supper in the subways.

Aside from the usual Leftist habit of projection – calling someone else a POS which he himself is – Vylan is also ignorant of grammar. “Was/were” are verbs, not pronouns. Also, unlike trannie loons, Charlie never referred to himself in the plural. He may have used “we” while talking about his groups, be it TPUSA or the “Get out the vote drive” people, but never for just himself. So even if Vylan was talking verbs, “were” would still have been wrong, since all other supporters of Charlie’s movement are alive, and ready to drive the popularity of the Left even further underground

The assassination of Charlie Kirk was definitely a turning point that couldn’t envisioned as another death in a video game or a war in a foreign land. With it came the realization that millions of people, from the family to just followers, felt a great loss as they observed evil-emitting humans, with vulgar, dispicable, speech and actions, who have no moorings but limited fear of law, trample upon a deceased moral person who had spoken truth.
There is no more doubt. Parts of our have society sunk so low that, like the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, no one should expect national support from a moral diety. It seems to be the recurrent fall of empires when citizens are, “as bad as I want to be”.
Perhaps there is an upside – Vylans won’t get away with shouting, “death to the “IDF”, and keep his concerts again. He now has skin in his dirty game as do the celebrants of Kirk’s assassination, now losing jobs and status.

Charlie Kirk was a decent man, father, husband, advocate for good and right Christian values and morals, and is now being castigated by the far-left nutjobs that hate being called out for their evil ways.
