      I have just had another disagreement/discussion with my husband about the rise of parallel sh a ria legal systems and courts in EU and some places in US. He believes that the recent example in Vienna is based on the agreement between 2 businessmen who verbally agreed to mo slum law is correct. He does not see it as a parallel system.
