What this Muslim is claiming is, of course, totally absurd I just looked up when the Australian aborigines arrived Australian and where came from and it said they set out from Africa which I didn’t know, and arrived in Australia around 50,000 years ago. Achaeological remains of Makassar trepang processing plants from the 18th and 19th centuries are still at Port Essington, Anuru Bay, and Groote Eylandt.
But the Makassans created no permanent settlements. They did not convert the local Aboriginal tribes to Islam. They came in – got their trepang – and left.
