At this point, judicial lawfare comes with some fairly predictable checkboxes
1. Biden appointee
2. Third world immigrant judge
3. A ridiculous ruling blocking President Trump from actions that he is unquestionably legally authorized to undertake that amounts to little more than calculated trolling (or utter ignorance) or attempts to bog down the Supreme Court.
Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, the daughters of immigrants from Trinidad, is a threefer and her decision claiming that because of the Supreme Court’s decision on Chevron Deference, the State Department can’t enforce Trump’s travel ban is 99% trolling (also possibly +1% stupidity).
The only purposes here are to make sure that Afghans, Somalis and other invaders can keep entering the United States until this decision is shut down by either a weary appeals court or Supreme Court, and to make a name for herself by trolling SCOTUS and Trump.
Mostly though it’s a reminder of how much damage four years of Biden did and that the judges he appointed need to be removed.

The Biden Presidency was the single most destructive presidency in American history, worse than that of Pierce, Buchanan, Hoover, Carter and Obama. Part of this had to do with the fact that Biden, even when he was in full possession of the mediocre mind he had, was still a rotten human being, a very mean, revengeful and corrupt character. But by the time he became President (and in an election so full of “irregularities” that not to question the results of the 2020 Presidential election is evidence of either ignorance or mendacity) he was already in dementia mode and which became worse each year America had to suffer through this nothing of a man being the nominal President.
Some of the worst of the Biden Presidency has to do with all the judges this decrepit human being officially put forward and got confirmed. Way too many and who will do harm or at least try to do harm to the American Republic for many years to come since judges have life tenure (itself an issue worth examining).
As bad as Obama was, and he was terrible, Biden was even worse. The man did immense harm to America and he will go to his grave thinking he was a great President even though he harmed America in more ways than almost any other personage in American history. What a monumental waste of a human being he has been. I despise him as much as I despise Islam.

One of many things Congress needs to address is that only natural born citizen should be allowed to be judges in this country and this also goes for politicians. No foreign politicians.

I totally agree with your assessment of biden, the unelected and illegitimate corrupt very stupid and incompetent buffoon. The damage to the American constitutional republic is vast in many ways. The amount of innocent Americans murdered and harmed in other ways is devastating. His wife, his former married babysitter, is a corrupt liar whose only concern is acquiring titles she neither earned nor deserved.

Why should we keep them out? There’s the Michigan muslim Senate candidate openly threatening violence on the campaign trail. There’s the Minnesota muslim mayoral candidate whose party has rejected him for cheating. There’s the muslim who raped a disabled girl in front of a church. There’s the pregnant Greek woman raped by one muslim; when she asked for help from passersby, those 3 muslims then raped her. There’s the Tamworth UK rape by a muslim. There’s more news from Texas where the red-green alliance is using islam to shift the state.
I could go on. These are just the cases I read about this morning.
