Two men had agreed in Vienna to clarify their contractual disputes under Islamic law-specifically “Ahlus-Sunnah Wal-Jamaah”. The private arbitral tribunal decided against one of the men who should then pay 320,000 euros. He defended himself: the Sharia is ambiguous, arbitrarily interpretable and contradicts the basic values of Austria.
However, the regional court for civil law (file number 47 R65/25V) confirmed the saying, as the press reports.
Court does not check content at all
Explosive: The Viennese court made it clear that it did not have to check which Islamic legal rules were actually applied. It is crucial that the result does not violate “basic ratings” of Austrian law.The court made it clear: Islamic legal provisions in Austria can be effectively agreed for property law disputes – regardless of their content with applicable law.
Critics warn of parallel justice
The judgment triggers violent reactions. Lawyers and citizens are wondering whether Austria opens the way for a gradual recognition of Sharia. Critics already warn: If Islamic law can be applied in contracts, there is a dangerous parallel justice in the middle of Vienna.

Well that count is overruled by history which reveals actual origin of Sharia had been revealed in a Time –Life book with the title MESOPOTAMIA: THE MIGHTY KINGS copyright 1995 ” For that future history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.
Therefore Sharia is of pagan origin and therefore has no value or worth, Therefore, in the light oy history, Sharia is ,in realty ,invalid.
