Why was he out of prison at all if he was sentenced to 16 years in 2011? Prisoners in Britain hardly ever serve their full sentences, and of course, authorities don’t want to appear “Islamophobic.”

A “trusted” Muslim cleric who repeatedly raped a young boy whilst working as a teacher at a Bradford mosque has been handed an extended jail sentence.
Mohammed Hanif Khan will serve 13 years in prison plus a further three years on licence for a series of sex attacks on the victim more than a quarter of a century ago.
Khan, 57, of Blagden Street, Sheffield, appeared via video link from HMP Leeds for the hearing at Bradford Crown Court….
Sentencing Khan, His Honour Judge Christopher Smith told Khan: “You were a respected member of the teaching staff.”…
He also referred to Khan’s previous conviction for “strikingly similar” behaviour at Stoke-on-Trent in 2009, for which he received 16 years’ imprisonment in 2011.
His offending in Bradford pre-dated the Stoke assaults.
Judge Smith said Khan could have brought those earlier rapes to the attention of the police when he was charged with the Stoke offences “but you chose not to do so”.
He said: “I am satisfied that you do continue to present a risk of committing such offences.”
The judge said that while he was being sentenced for the offences of more than a quarter of a century ago, “there has been further serious offending of a strikingly similar type in the intervening period”.
“You accept only limited responsibility for your actions and there is a continuing lack of genuine insight,” he said….

“An extended sentence”….13 years? That’s extended? And why, pray tell, was he let out before two years from now for the other *offence*? Those years of release should be added on to the 13. Even that is not long enough for this hideous ghoul.
Judges should put themselves in the place….wear the shoes….of the young victims. Judges should imagine what it was like to see this demonic face so close and feel the nasty body parts before they pass sentence.

He was a known child predator, and the Muslim community placed him in a teaching position over little boys in their mosque. The judge who read his sentence sounded cold and mechanical. Was anything said on behalf of the children whose innocence was murdered by this wicked man? The UK is saturated with Muslims, and the only place I found that was not saturated with them was Cornwall. Maybe they don’t like water. SMH

If a person receives a sentence of 20 years then it seems to me that the person should serve those 20 years IF he behaves himself in prison otherwise time will be added to those 20 years but in the madness of today’s PC world a person who behaves himself while serving those 20 years gets out 10 years earlier..
Ive often heard Lawyers say he got 20 years but will only serve half that… so why bother giving him 20 year rather than just the10 years…. Am I missing something here?.
