There may be no Nobel Peace Prize for not supporting Islamic terrorists, but it is the safest and most reliable path to peace.
The New York Times has a special video appeal to President Trump that at once condemns him and promises him that he can ‘win a Nobel Peace Prize’ if he follows in Obama’s footsteps and betrays America, Israel and the free world by supporting Islamic terrorist states in Iran, Israel and across the region.
The actual path to peace is to do the opposite of what Obama did. And that’s to stop supporting Islamic terrorists.
Every time America supported Islamic terrorists, whether it’s in Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel or Syria, and Obama’s entire feckless Arab Spring, the results were a disaster that blew up in our faces.
There may be no Nobel Peace Prize for not supporting Islamic terrorists (even if there ought to be) but it is the safest and most reliable path to peace. While supporting Islamic terrorists is the most reliable pathway to violence and war.
The Clinton administration and the Obama administration did even more damage with their ‘peaceful’ nation building than the Bush administration did with ‘regime change’ and ‘nation building’ in Iraq. Why? Because all roads ended up empowering Islamic terrorists.
There is a simple two-step solution for the Middle East.
1. Stop empowering Islamic terrorists
2. Empower their opponents without direct intervention (and done right, we’ll never have to intervene.)
This may not make war magically go away, but it will significantly limit its scope. Because the one thing that can really make the region go to hell is when Islamic terrorists take over entire countries.
Rick Gordon says
This is so obvious that it is embarrassing. Perhaps if a million (or more) sent this message to the United Nations, NATO, and the US State Department somebody would listen – and act!
Adamu says
The obvious is hardly taken
Wellington says
Stop supporting terrorists? Yes, I agree but this would mean that to be completely thorough in this regard it is imperative to stop supporting Islam, ALL OF IT, which had its birth in terrorism and which is a major reason for its “success” to this day, if not the principal reason.
Adamu says
Absolutely. Islam has costed the world peace, hunger, deaths, safety etc. consequently huge financial waste to secure the world. Look at the investment in security gadgets and facilities at airports and borders and almost every where. And the world doesn’t see it. It’s amazing how such an obvious connection is lost on otherwise brilliant people

What I don’t get is – Why is President Trump so enamored w/ the Nobel Prize? If I were to for some reason be nominated, I’d decline it upfront. It’s name has been irreparably tarnished by being awarded to the likes of Yasser Arafat, Mohammed Yunis and Barack Obama
Trump receiving it would not restore the prize its past prestige: that’s gone for good

Agreed. It’s like a young woman being asked on a date by Ted Bundy or Joel Rifkin.
Or a girl child being sold to become the next rape victim of the ghoul in charge in iran or turkey.
It’s repulsive.

Not nearly as bad as those two things. But, still not something to want.

Don’t forget North Vietnam’s Secretary General Le Duc Tho won the noble prize for “peace with honor “ along with Henry Kissinger . However at least Le Duc Tho declined his award because he knew the North would invade South Vietnam soon. So yeah, the noble peace prize isn’t anything special

Actually, this was long suspected by many on the Right side who thought about it: it’s inconceivable that people like Comey, Brennan, Clapper, et al would have done everything they did without the approval of Obama. This is hardly news: it’s confirming what we already know
What is a shame is such an operation couldn’t be exposed in 2017-2020, and paved the way for further atrocities not only on Trump supporters, but on ordinary Americans. What Director Gabbard is doing now should have been done in 2019, after Mueller failed to come up w/ anything incriminating Trump
In fact, coming to think of it, even his accusation against the Russians was perjury: this report from Gabbard clearly demonstrates that even the Kremlin had done nothing. But in the process of trying to destroy Trump, they’ve destroyed relations w/ Moscow to such an extent that even Trump was found it hard to repair
My solution to all this: since we don’t go after former presidents – we saw what they did to Trump – don’t! Instead, go after each and everyone below him who worked on this – from Clapper, Brennan, Comey (whose daughter has thankfully been finally terminated from the DOJ: better late than never), to all the go-betweens b/w Obama and every Washington bureaucrat who worked to sabotage Trump 45 (the Jake Sullivans, Neera Tandons of the world) to those bureaucrats themselves (like Fiona Hill). Go after them for treason, and send them to CECOT, since a death penalty would not be forthcoming and would be resisted hard. Also create a movement to cancel every company that worked w/ the Left in Trump’s 2020 defeat
Yeah, the Left may call it payback. But it would be accountability

I know it isn’t “news”, Infidel. But it is coming with more exposure than what we, who knew it all along, could make public.
The FBI cleared Mr. Flynn, but bo wanted him to be caught in a crime….and the rest we all know.

So, now we can say wolf blitzer has joined the pack of terror supporters

You can’t compromise with Islamic terrorists, it’s just a prescription for more jihad. Israel has compromised to the point of giving up land each time, it’s time to take land back, especially in Judah and Samaria.
Michael Paul Skok says
During the Obama Abomination from 2009 to 2017, you couldn’t even use the two words “Islamic” and “terrorists” together in the same sentence.
The Trump Administration is better, but the President needs to understand that you cannot make peace with Islam. That’s what he seems to be doing. He wants to bring everyone together, so that they try to understand each other, and try to live in peace with each other. This is not possible. Their Koran demands that everyone submit to Islam.

The outbreak of violence in southern Syria’s Druze-majority Suweida province has caused alarm in recent days
Syrian government forces have been accused of carrying out a massacre at a hospital during sectarian clashes which erupted just over a week ago.
The BBC has visited Suweida’s National Hospital, where staff claim patients were killed inside wards.
Warning: This story contains descriptions of violence
The stench hit me before anything else.
In the car park of the main hospital in Suweida city, dozens of decomposing corpses are lined up in white plastic body bags.
Some are open to the elements, revealing bloated and mutilated remains of those who were killed here.
The tarmac beneath my feet is greasy and slippery with blood.
In the sweltering sun, the smell is overwhelming.
“It was a massacre,” Dr Wissam Massoud, a neurosurgeon at the hospital, tells me.
“The soldiers came here saying they wanted to bring peace, but they killed scores of patients, from the very young to the very old.”
Earlier this week, Dr Massoud sent me a video which he said was in the immediate aftermath of the government raid.
In it, a woman shows you around the hospital. On the ground in the wards are dozens of dead patients still bundled up in their bloodied bed sheets.

Hospital volunteer Kiness Abu Motab said the victims’ were killed because they were in a minority group
Everyone here, doctors, nurses, volunteers say the same thing.
That last Wednesday evening, it was Syrian government troops targeting the Druze religious community who came to the hospital and carried out the killings.
Kiness Abu Motab, a volunteer at the hospital, said of the victims: “What is their crime? Just for being a minority in a democratic country?”
“They are criminals. They are monsters. We don’t trust them at all,” Osama Malak an English teacher in the city told me outside the hospital gates.
“They shot an eight-year-old disabled boy in the head,” he said.
“According to international law, hospitals should be protected. But they attacked us even in the hospitals.
“They entered the hospital. They started shooting everybody. They shot the patients in their beds as they slept.”
All sides in this conflict have been accusing each other of committing atrocities.
Both Bedouin and Druze fighters as well as the Syrian army have been accused of killing civilians and extra judicial killings.
There is not yet a clear picture of what happened at the hospital. Some here estimate the number of people to be killed last Wednesday at more than 300 but that figure cannot be verified.
On Tuesday night the Syrian defence ministry said in a statement that it was aware of reports of “shocking violations” by people wearing military fatigues in the country’s predominantly Druze city of Suweida.
Earlier this week, Raed Saleh, the Syrian Minister for Disaster Management and Emergency Response, told me that any allegations of atrocities committed by all sides would be fully investigated.
Who are the Druze and why did Israel attack Syria?

BBC sees fragile ceasefire holding in Syria’s battle-scarred Suweida province
Access to Suweida city has been heavily restricted, meaning gathering first hand evidence has been difficult.
The city is in effect under siege, with Syrian government forces restricting who is allowed in and out.
To get in, we had to pass through numerous checkpoints.
As we entered the city, we passed burned out shops and buildings, and cars that had been crushed by tanks.
Suweida city had clearly seen a serious battle between Druze and Bedouin fighters.
It was at that point that the Syrian government first intervened to try and enforce a ceasefire.

Watch: BBC report from last checkpoint before Suweida city
Although numerous Druze villages in Suweida province have been recaptured by government forces, the city, home to more than 70,000 people, remains under full Druze control.
Before we left the hospital, we found eight-year-old Hala al-Khatib sitting on a bench with her aunt.
Hala’s face is bloodied and bandaged. She appears to have lost an eye.
She tells us that gunmen came and shot her in the head at she was hiding in a cupboard in her home.
Hala doesn’t know it yet, but both her parents are dead.

Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone in a position to do anything – in the US or Europe (western civilization) cares. To them, it’s a ‘Middle Eastern’ problem – to be solved by eliminating Israel.

Path to peace in middle east by not supporting the terrorists, never going to happen.
If Islam does not get donations for supplies it will steal, destroy and kill whom ever gets in the way. That is it’s way to continue. It will also kidnap children and abuse them into submission to create more soldiers.
Islam is a disease upon humanity, until more people understand that Islam will continue to attack humanity.
