Jihad Groups are funded by Muslim Countries, Muslim Zakat, Mosques, Islamic Centers, and other Muslim Organizations as well as by Leftist Countries, the UN, the EU, and other Leftist Organizations to help gain more power and control. Every Muslim man, woman, and child is commanded to perform jihad by Allah with their money(eg. Sharia Finance), with their mouth, and with their life as a requirement to go to Paradise. Plus, Allah commands jihad by both peaceful Muslims using their money to finance jihad(eg. zakat donations) and by violent Muslims using their lives(eg. ISIS) against ALL NON-MUSLIMS. Qur’an 49:15 says, “Surely the believers are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed jihad with their money and their lives for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.”

Over $300million dollars in fraud perpetrated by Somali communities in Minneapolis the past 2 years with some going back to families in Somalia. Gee, what amount directly toward terrorist financing? Would DOJ look at how the State of Minnesota is complicit in their failure to curtail such fraud which potentially funds directly or indirectly such terrorism?
