Over the years, we have reported extensively on various instances of Islamic violence targeting Hindus across India. These have ranged from attacks on Hindu men by Muslim men, to assaults on Hindu women by both Muslim men and women, and even violence against Hindu men by the families of Muslim women, all this driven by the jihadist ideology. However, in a highly unusual and nearly unprecedented development in Madhya Pradesh, a new pattern of targeting has come to light: Hindu transgender individuals are reportedly being victimized by Muslim transgender groups. This disturbing trend has been described by some as a form of “kinnar jihad.” Kinnar is the Hindi word for transgender.
A serious controversy has erupted in Indore’s Nandlalpura area, and leaders from the Hindu transgender community have accused a group of Muslim transgender individuals of attempting to coerce them to convert to Islam, and purposefully infecting those who refused with HIV through syringes.
A prominent Hindu transgender leader, Sakina Guru, also known as Seema Haji, as well as Farzana; and Payal, alias Naeem Ansari, purportedly originating from Malegaon, are the primary figures in the alleged coercion campaign. Speaking to the media, Sakina claimed that those who resisted religious conversion were administered HIV-contaminated injections, with “nearly 60 people falling ill,” and around twelve currently undergoing treatment at MY Hospital’s ART Centre.
In response to mounting tension and a protest, including suicide threats, from Sakina’s group, the Indore Police Commissioner, Santosh Kumar Singh, has set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT), to be led by DCP Rishikesh Meena. The SIT is tasked with examining the allegations, which are being treated as highly sensitive due to their implications for communal harmony and public health.
Sakina’s legal counsel, Advocate Sachin Sonkar, stated that formal complaints, including video recordings, have been submitted to the prime minister’s office, the chief minister’s office, the chief justice of India, and the police commissioner. He also verified that nearly 100 transgender individuals are believed to have been infected, and remain without adequate medical supervision. Sonkar described the campaign as being part of a “kinnar jihad” targeting the community.
Multiple FIRs have been filed at police stations in Chandan Nagar, Vijay Nagar, and Pandrinath area, following altercations between the groups. The recent transfer of a station in-charge, a high police official, underscores the severity of the situation.
The controversy is situated within a broader context of communal tensions and targeted conversion claims. Hindu transgender activists have expressed deep concern about the public health ramifications, citing a lack of adequate medical testing, counseling, or follow-up care for the victims. Anxiety has grown as nearly 100 potentially infected victims of the “kinnar jihad” reportedly remain untreated, and are fearful of accessing public health systems.
The allegations not only threaten communal dynamics in Indore or Madhya Pradesh, but could set dangerous precedents for how Muslims in India could use a deadly virus as a tool to force religious conversion. Forced conversions, especially when entwined with a life-threatening HIV transmission, pose serious ethical, medical, and legal dilemmas. If substantiated, these actions may be subject to criminal prosecution, and violate protections under the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act of 2019, which guarantees bodily autonomy and freedom from coercion.
The SIT has been instructed to gather medical evidence, record witness testimonies, and determine if there was any organized effort behind the alleged scheme. The criminal investigations remain active, and further legal action is expected once findings are confirmed.

For once, I’m actually neutral in a Hindu-muslim clash. Since Hindu transgenders have essentially imported that insanity from here, while the muslim transgenders, being transgenders, can’t procreate, and are trying to increase their numbers by converting the Hindu transgenders. But even if the latter convert, they too can’t procreate

I note there’s been very little said about what was in the syringes muslims used in the mass attack at the French music festival. Are we going to eventually hear (from a leak, since the French won’t want the news out) that muslims infected their victims there?

I have noticed that mo’s seem to get into the medical fields…doctors, nurses, hospitals and nursing homes. Also as attorneys, food service, and politics.
Some are in transportation; but all are in positions to have contact with the unsuspecting public.

Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).

James, when I was a teen, I had hep A and it nearly killed me. My doc told my mom I had maybe a week to live.
So, even what might be considered not so serious as the things you listed, may still prove fatal. And mo’s are in the business of causing death.

So glad that you fully recovered from hepatitis A – and the good news is that you have lots of antibodies to prevent another infection.
Most people fully recover, but in rare cases, hepatitis A can cause liver failure and even death.
A vaccine for hepatitis A became available in the mid 1990s.

Our entire school and part of the community got sick with it. My parents took me to the doctor once my mom recognized I had turned yellow. On examination, the doc told her that my liver was the size and firmness of an inflated basketball.
All of my family had to be tested, but none were taken ill by it.
I washed my hands a lot.
It was quite awful all around; wouldn’t wish it on others.

Even transgenders who generally prefer to not do anything ( other than participating in LGBTQ parades) which draws attention to them which could result in their being targeted, will behave in a completely different manner if they are Muslim. Then being a Muslim takes precedent over their being transgender – which Islam considers a degeneracy – and we see them behaving like any normal Muslim who demands that non-Muslims become a Muslim. Is there the usual “Or Else” warning?
