The topic of Islamism at German primary schools was dealt with in the BR Podcast “Coffee Extra Black” on July 2. The journalist Oliver Mayer-Rüth reports that a German girl at a primary school of Muslim classmates in the Steilshoop district of Hamburg was asked to wear a headscarf because uncovered hair was “haram.”
Mayer-Rüth heads the podcast together with the Islam critic Ahmed Mansour. A mother told the journalist that her child was told by classmates that it was not part of school because it had blonde hair. It was also beaten up several times. The mother continued to report that numerous parents and some teachers had glorified the Hamas massacre of Israeli civilians on October 7, 2023. An Afghan father would have praised the Taliban regime at a school event.
Mansour comments on these and similar incidents in one word: “infiltration”. In the name of “Political correctness and anti -racism,” affected teachers and students were ignored. Mansour is not about criminalizing the children, but gaining for the German social order. In his experience, there was an increasingly decreasing willingness of the teachers, especially from 2018, to deal with such problems.
Because your own school should not be perceived as a problem school. But the Muslims, which are against such practices, would also adapt partly because of the social pressure. In the “Lower Saxony Survey 2022” survey, 67.8 percent of the students surveyed stated that the rules of the Koran were more important to them than the laws of Germany. 45.8 percent agreed to the statement that an Islamic state of God was the best form of government.
Ahmed Mansour pointed out that the allegation of anti -Muslim racism should suffocate debates about such problems. At the same time, he pointed out that the allegations are only directed against Islamists and not against all Muslims. In fact, due to this episode of July 2, the podcast was accused of “anti -Muslim racism”. The BR journalist Fatemeh K. wrote on LinkedIn: “I often wonder how long this publicly financed podcast can still get through stigmatization and anti-Muslim racism.”
She marked several people in the hope that they can “help” and “ask you to use your voice”. Among other things, the development minister Reem Alabali-Radovan and the federal anti-discrimination agency were marked as well as the new German media makers. It remains to be seen whether these people are involved in the debate. The Hamburg Morgenpost reported that not Muslim students were insulted as “pork eaters” (more on this here). Muslim students who do not wear a headscarf were also admonished by classmates.

Regarding the German state’s refusal to lift a finger, I just read that the UK, claiming to be in a state of completely overwhelmed courts due to the immense number of violent boatie crimes, is proposing to eliminate right to trial by jury in many cases. I note that Tommy Robinson, in all those lawfare cases, has never yet had a jury-rendered verdict. He has, however, been forced to accept verdicts from muslim judges.
