[One of the firm’s senior lawyers, barrister Franck] Magennis was a research fellow in Ramallah in 2019 with the Palestinian human rights organization Al-Haq.
So Franck Magennis has been a fellow traveler with, and supporter of, the Palestinians for many years, even working in Ramallah. I wonder if, while he was there, he took any notice of how the Palestinian Authority does not respect the rule of law, but beats or imprisons or in some cases kills, those Palestinians who dare to differ with the PA’s leader, now in the 20th year of his four year term, Mahmoud Abbas? Did he happen to notice how Abbas and his courtiers live so lavishly in their villas in Ramallah, while ordinary Palestinians can barely scrape by? Was Franck Magennis aware then that Mahmoud Abbas and his two sons Tarek and Yasser have amassed a family fortune estimated to be $400 million? Has he, once he was safely back in the U.K., ever dared to mention the massive corruption in the Palestinian Authority? Or is his law firm on a hefty retainer from the PA, as I suspect — possibly paid for by Qatar — which requires him to keep silent about such things?
The other senior lawyer is an Arab, Fahad Ansari, who is a deep admirer of Hamas. He has posted many times on social media about Hamas’ “legitimate resistance.” In one such post, he even uploaded an image of the Hamas bulldozer used to breach the Israeli border on October 7, calling it “one of the most iconic, hopeful images of our time.” In the U.K., Hamas has been designated as a “terrorist organization.” Yet Mr. Ansari not only supports, but celebrates it. Shouldn’t he be investigated for supporting a terrorist group? And then, possibly be struck off?
On June 22, [Ansari] tweeted, “There won’t be an Israel in 2035.”
Oh, I don’t know. Ever since 1948, tiny Israel has gone from strength to strength. The Israelis have won all four wars for their very survival — in 1948, 1967, 1973, and 2023-present — and dozens of campaigns against terrorists of the PLO, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. They are just coming to the end of successfully fighting a seven-front war, and have dealt a devastating blow to Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs. It will take years for those programs to recover, if ever. Despite the hundreds of thousands of reservists who have been called away from their jobs, Israel’s economy is thriving; its GDP is larger than that of Iran, which has a population of 92 million, and the second highest reserves of natural gas and the third highest oil reserves in the world. In the entire region, only Saudi Arabia has a higher GDP than Israel. Israel’s defense industry keeps signing up customers, impressed with how well the country’s missiles, drones, tanks, anti-missile defense systems, and many other weapons have performed during the war with Gaza that started on October 7, 2023. Now that the NATO countries have committed to spending hundreds of billions of dollars more each year on defense, much of that money will undoubtedly go to Israeli companies, especially to the Big Three of Elbit Systems, Rafael, and Israel Aerospace industries. There will be an Israel in 2035. The real question is: will there be an Iran in 2035, or will the country have dissolved by then into a series of statelets, for the Persians, the Azeris, the Kurds, the Baluchis, and the Arabs?
Robert Jenrick, the shadow secretary of state for justice and the shadow lord chancellor, told The Daily Telegraph: “This isn’t a law firm committed to upholding the rule of law – they are naked activists who seek to weaponize it. The [Solicitors Regulation Authority] needs to expedite their investigation so these disgusting individuals can be brought to heel.”
Sounds good to me. Bring these “naked activists who seek to weaponize the law” to heel. Magennis and Ansari and their willing collaborators are “disgusting individuals.” Right you are, Robert Jenrick. Let the Solicitors Regulation Authority investigate the firm to its heart’s content, and come to the only conceivable conclusion. At the very least, this filth must be struck off and imprisoned (or preferably deported with their entire families) for supporting a proscribed terrorist group, inciting violence against Jews, and taking money from a terrorist state.
Personally, I’d prefer to see something much more severe, but we all know that won’t happen. Just like I expect starmlin and hermer will use their influence to make this disappear.
As for Israel being wiped out off existence, she’ll be there when all the moslem states of the Middle East are dust and ashes, and lost to memory forever, which should have happened centuries ago.

Arafat always wore on his terrorist uniform, a material cut out map of the entirety of Israel including Gaza and indicative of the “River to the Sea” slogan. He should have been thrown out of every meeting he had with Israeli officials unless he removed that shirt. Instead, not a word was said to him, I am sure. Give them an inch and they’ll take your whole arm.

For England, the Koranic slogan will be “From the Irish Sea to the English Channel, it will be ours”
For France it will be “From the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, It will be Allah’s and ours”
For Spain it will be the same as for France. Etc. etc. etc. throughout Western Europe.
There used to be a similar slogan that incorporates all in only 3 words “Deutschland über alles”

It is actually laughable – except for the deaths – that a group who still uses donkeys to carry loads for the people believe they can master in war or really in anything at all, the people and country of Israel. Palestinians are in comparison a primitive tribe who likes to lie, torture their enemies,and shoot you in the back when after you tell them “NO” then turn and walk away.
