Just three years ago, in Marseille, a young 40-year-old military doctor, Alban Gervaise, was brutally murdered by Mohammed—“in the name of Allah”—in front of his children’s school. There was no minute of silence or national tribute for him. His widow has just learned with horror that her husband’s murderer will not be tried because he has been deemed “mentally unfit to stand trial.”
On May 10th, 2022, Alban Gervaise went to pick up his two children, aged 3 and 7, from a Catholic school in Marseille, accompanied by his youngest daughter, who was then 20 months old. The military doctor was attacked by a madman who stabbed him repeatedly while shouting “Allah Akbar.” He succumbed to his injuries about ten days later.
The brutal murder of Alban Gervaise did not interest the media. A few rare media outlets reported the death of this man “wounded in the throat”—they preferred not to mention that his throat had been slit. A Catholic, a soldier, a husband, and a father, Alban Gervaise was not entitled to a public tribute. The military claimed that his wife had refused to publicise the case, which she vehemently denied. But the public silence surrounding the case suited many people. For Alban’s military friends, “this media silence is a second death.”
As in so many other similar cases, the psychiatric assessment of the suspect, 23-year-old Mohammed L., concluded that he was ‘completely incapable of discernment.’…
Today, we are learning of the dramatic consequences of Mohammed L.’s psychiatric assessment. He is said to have acted in a state of diminished responsibility due to an “acute delusional episode” in the context of early schizophrenia and cannabis use. He is therefore considered mentally unfit to stand trial and will not be tried by a criminal court. He will escape prison but remain in compulsory hospitalisation for an indefinite period. Since the murder, Mohammed L. has been imprisoned and then transferred to a psychiatric hospital. He was then taken to a unit for less dangerous individuals, according to Le Figaro. Two psychiatric experts will have to approve his possible release—a moment that Christelle Gervaise dreads more than anything, because she knows that he could be out in a very short time and potentially re-offend. She will not be informed of his potential release and could meet the man in the street one day or another….

France is allowing Islam to bully France. This killer was doing what Islam gives him leave to do. What is wrong with France is wrong with the UK and now New York City. When does the U.S. and the West defend itself? I have also posted this question before: Does Islam attract mentally ill people, or do they become mentally ill after joining Islam? ‘(…) doing what Islam gives him leave to do.’ Well, that is not entirely untrue, but you do have to bear in mind that outside the Western world psychiatry as we know it barely exists. This leads to the situation that loons mostly are not excluded from society at large. And this is exactly what happens in the ‘dar al islam’. But please note that this didn’t happen in ‘the desert’, but in France. And that’s why he is separated from the public at large, and rightly so. This is the way we defend ourselves from idiots like him. Note: the first ‘person’ called an idiot was the Cyclops in the Odyssee.

In France if the murderous doctor really is “mentally Ill, it’s because his religion drove him criminally insane.
Furthermore , that politically correct official decree that the doctor is “mentally ill ” is more than enough to show the truth of the saying , which is “Evil is always looking for an excuse.”

Muslim doctor as “mentally ill” don’t understand that what they mistake for “mental Illness ” is instead a follower of Islam who is tactically a very devout Muslim who is obeying the instructions found in the Qu ‘ran.
For the Qu ‘ran instructs “O you who believe ! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you , and let them find harshness in you..” Surah 9:123.
slashing people with a knife who aren’t Muslims, “disbelievers” is a terrible cruel way of showing them Harshness.

You will have to excuse me, but I do point out that in case a suspect is found to be mentally ill, in most Western countries he will be incarcerated for an indefinite time, in order to treat his illness and keep him away from the public at large. This may be life. I personally have no problem with that.
Where I’m from, the problem isn’t this incarceration, but the constant push by the psychiatrists treating these loons to end the incarceration, which (effectively) leads to their untimely release and thus frequently to repeat offenses.

In crime families, the little kids will be taught by their fathers, and even sometimes by their mothers, that crime is the way to go. They may be into home invasion robberies, or night-time burglary, or dealing in stolen goods, drug dealing, etc.
The fathers set an example and the kids follow. In the U.S. criminal justice system, this is not viewed as mental illness.

I feel really bad for this woman and her little children who have been deprived of a man they loved and respected. He had a nice face which showed a good heart. Losing him and now having to fear for their own safety is horrible; and it wouldn’t have to be that way. If only the goons in charge did the right thing.

Mental Illness killed the doctor. A tactic used by Islam to spare the Muslim from death because he performed his jihad.
All it took was one Muslim to use this excuse and it is now a common excuse not to convict or deport the Muslim.
Europe is filled with people who have no guts to stand up to Islam as they would rather appease and bend over and take the abuse leaving the victims without justice.
